We have used them several times over the years, and they are the only number we call with plumbing problems. 2 days ago we thought our basement sewer pump was dead, and were expecting we'd be spending a bucket of money to replace it. Melvin came out (exactly on time) and spotted/fixed the problem in less than a minute. Then he refused to charge me for the call. He also encouraged me to call PlumbPros any time I have a plumbing concern--not too worry if something is too small. Very reassuring to have a company like this to call when things get messy!!

They fixed a leak under my driveway. They came out at an inconvenient time for an estimate. They had the best estimate, slightly beating the other guys. They were fast and used high quality pipe and provided a 10 yr estimate. The plumber was very professional and genuinely cared about the customer.

The plumber came to my home to help with a problem I was having and identified it quickly. I needed a new toilet so I went out and purchased one, and he came back just a few hours later and helped install it. He was friendly and very fast. I will definitely remember them for future issues!

I can't say enough good things about PlumbPros. I had an emergency situation and was in immediate need for help. From the first phone call to the completion of the job. A+ all the way. On my initial call, I spoke with Jolanda. She was very professional and kind. She said she would have someone contact me asap. She didn't let me down. Within 15 minutes after we talked, one of the PlumbPro professionals named Melvin called me and I explained my problem. He immediately came out. Melvin quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it and also talked me through the problem so I would have an understanding. What could have been a nightmare issue turned out to be A-ok thanks to PlumbPros, Jolanda and Melvin. Great service, reasonable prices and dependable. I highly recommend PlumbPros.

I have a waste water transfer pump on my basement sink that is about 15 years old. It worked solidly that whole time, but failed recently. I was having trouble finding a plumber to fix it, as a lot of them didn't have the knowledge of that type of pump, nor do they have services set up around it. PlumbPros came out, found my float and a valve were bad, but also the unit needed to be cleaned (a terribly dirty job). Michael (tech) handled it great and gave me a price that made sense for the work in a small, hard to get to space.

the diverter on my shower was broken. Jack came out and fixed it. He's very good about explaining what happen to the part. Being a girl - this falls under the man's world - and had no clue what he was talking about. Jack does a great job and I request him, as he's through and he explains things to you and most importantly, he's a dog lover!

Jack was thorough and totally professional. He understood the issue immediately and checked my water pressure to be sure everything was safe and at the proper level. Their pricing is a joke. Other plumber will end up costing 150 after a couple hours. For them, a couple hours equals 600. They fixed the issue, but tried charging $550 for 50 minutes worth of work (including conversation, estimate and payment). I talked them down to $350, which still seems exuberant. They made a burst copper pipe sound like a big deal, but had it finished extremely fast. I would not trust this company due to its prices and shady negotiations. I should have called for a second opinion.

In addition, they shortened the copper pipe to the point that I cannot rebuild its enclosure. It was a shoddy job, but at least the pipe is fixed

I was not at home but the tech called me and quoted a price of $250.00 to unclog our toilet. Later my husband told me that all he did was plunge the toilet. That sure was alot of money just to plunge a toilet, I understand he did not truly know what all it would require when he started but to stick to that price when it was a 3 minute job made us feel fully taken advantage of. Will not use this company again.

The water line between the meter and my house was leaking. A PlumbPros technician had fixed the water line before and had recommended getting it replaced, because my existing water line was not buried deep enough (it got punctured when a lawn service had aerated my yard). My water line started leaking again a month ago, so I finally decided to get this replaced. I called on a Friday and Matt Stewart from PlumbPros showed up on Tuesday with a dig crew to lay a new PEX water line. Within a couple hours, the new water line was buried and up and running. In addition, they honored an older estimate for this work rather than providing me with a new estimate. I'm happy with the way this service went and plan to use PlumbPros again for any future plumbing work.

I can't say enough good things about our plumber, Jack Garland! We thought he was coming for an easy appointment to swap in a new toilet but it turned into a day-long project. Our old toilet was installed incorrectly making the job more difficult to remove it and then we found out we needed a special size toilet instead of a standard one. Jack explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond driving all around to different toilet suppliers to find one who had what we needed in stock. Jack was friendly and super knowledgeable and we are so thankful for his help!

Amazing company! I’ve used Plumbpros for years and have always had a great experience. Most recently I had a home I was selling and the buyer had two companies try to scope the sewer line with no success. I immediately called Plumbpros and they sent Cole out right away. Not only was he able to scope the line but he also found the clean out that the other two couldn’t find ultimately saving my sellers over $1000.

Randall was very professional and knowledgeable about my issue. He went above and beyond what was asked of him, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I will definitely be referring him to other homeowners and I look forward to working with this company in the future!

Found this plumbing company to be prompt, professional and efficient. They replaced our disposal and water heater, plus, we liked the price.

We called PlumbPros after another plumber made three trips to our house and could not connect our new bathroom fixtures to our existing plumbing lines. Randall came out and installed them in a couple of hours! He even fixed errors that the first plumber had made. PlumbPros is our plumber from now on.

Don't go with this money sucking company. Waterline leak. Plumber Ben came out charging me $250 just to grab a shovel and dig. He only dug for 10min and gave up and told me to hire another guy costing $350 to locate the leak and call him back to fix it for another $400-$600.

I ended up digging it myself. Spent 5 mins digging and located the PVC pipe. Repaired it myself with PVC coupling and pvc cement. Total cost : $18 Time spent : 45 min

This company charged $250 a hour. Lazy worker.

I've hired PlumbPros multiple times to fix multiple problems of different variations in my aging building. The first time I called, Richard - one of the owners - came out to survey my issue and had me good as new within less than 48 hours. I was skeptical at first due to the cost and the speed, but soon realized that him and his team is the real deal in the greater Atlanta area. They are all honest folks, doing honest work and making honest money. This is rare these days.

Whenever there is a problem, I call Richard (at all hours of the day) and either him or someone in his team has me up and running within 48 hours or less. Best plumbers in Atlanta!

Randall from PlumbPros came out to investigate why it was taking 5 minutes for my shower to get hot water. He identified a number of concerns in the previous owner's build that the hot water recirculation line wasn't working properly. He identified a seized ball valve, corroded (mis-installed) check valve and installed a recirculation pump onto the existing recirculation line. Where we used to have to wait 5+ minutes for the shower to get hot water (literally flushing 37.5 gallons of water down the drain based on the number of folks showering in our household), we now have instant hot water at all of our taps. Randall was very professional, very clean and tidy, and did a great job the first try. Very happy with the service, and ultimately, the results. PlumbPros are now in my contact list for future needs!

I called PlumbPros on Monday afternoon. They called back almost immediately to take my information. They agreed to have a technician call me before coming the next day when it was convenient for me. I sent photos of the problem for easy diagnosis ahead of time. The next day, Sean called me when he was 40 minutes away from my house. He arrived with the parts, tools, and knowhow to instantly repair the problem. I thought the estimate he gave me over the phone was a little pricey but considering the other plumber who never showed up over the last week would have probably been just as much, I took the plunge. When the job was through, the total came in less than I expected, and I am very pleased with the work. I will use PlumbPros again when the need arises.

We hired this company to install toilets,vanities and showers in 2 bathrooms. They installed vanities and tubs in literal holes in the floor. They had to completely remove what they installed and reinstall after everything was properly fixed. After a 3 week nightmare they finished, still not great but I was tired of dealing with them they charged a credit card, without authorization and charged $375 more than they were supposed to. The supervisor Richard was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. 100% do not reccomend.

Edit: I'm not sure how the overcharge was a miscommunication when it was based off of a second estimate your employees came up with and forged mine and my fathers signatures. That's illegal

Dream experience with this company. I just bought a house and was in the middle of my move when, two days before i was scheduled to leave on a trip, my kitchen sink starts backing up. I'm like Of course. I call a few places and they can't send anyone for a couple of days...I call PlumbPros and they said they can send someone within the hour. I think, Oh Geez, this is gonna be expensive. My technician Cole arrives and unclogs the drain, then proceeds to teach me about my water heater and how to change my instant hot water filter, answers my Qs about water filtration options, and takes care of another issue that came up on my inspection. After all that, I say what do I owe you, expecting the worst, and let's just say I was EXTREMELY happy with the price. SUPER nice, cheerful guy, very knowledgeable and compassionate towards my first-time home owner situation, and affordable, on-demand service! Mr. Jack Garland is an amazing Plumber and we are very grateful that he knew where to obtain the part(s) needed to fix our leaking hot water faucet in the bathtub/shower wall.
We had another company that came out previously who charged for an estimate & said they were searching for a Metric Tool needed to perform the work but would stay in touch. We never heard back from anyone . We will call PlumbPros Plumbing for any plumbing need we have now!

Company was hired to install two faucets and new shower head and faucet in shower. Plumber who came out gave me an estimate for job, which was lower than another companies previous estimate. The other company said they would have to cut into the wall Plumb Pros plumber said it would not be necessary, even though I pointed out what the other company had said. I then okayed the work he started the work did the two faucets and started the shower. He then came to me and said he would have to go through the wall and the cost would be an additional $1400 on top of the original quote. This would have made the cost $900 more than the quote from the previous company. I told him not to do the shower and then called the original company which came and did the shower. Paying both companies cost me $250 more than the total bid from the first company. What work Plumb Pro did for installing the other two faucets was fine. I felt the Plumb Pro plumber should have known what was required to do the work on the bid they gave originally, especially after me telling what the other plumber had said. There work was fine but I do not think I will be calling them again.

We are very pleased with PlumbPros. We had an issue originally with our upstairs toilet. The gentleman who came out to service, Jack, was extremely professional. He was on time and very wonderful to work with. When our garbage disposal broke, it was an easy decision to re-hire PlumbPros. He was on time, and swiftly made the appropriate repairs. It feels like a family owned shop that take care of their customers. Would happily recommend them.

1) They showed up on time as customer and plumbpros plumbing to do estimate had set time at 2-5pm,customer then showed shawn the problems to these 2 toilets. Then Shawn worked up the estimate and price was in the budget and we all agreed to the price and set up next day to do the installation and time and the old toilets were removed in a timely manner by Randall. He was very experienced in doing the job removing/replacing the two toilets and Randall cleaned as he completed each job in the hall bath and master bedroom bath . I contacted PlumbPros for a water leak in the tubing around my shut-off valve. My appt was set for 8am and the Plumber arrive on time. He told us of stories of people having them dig a hole then stiffing them for the bill so he stated 400.00 just to look into the water and examine the pipe, when their website offers free estimates..with no water we agreed to the 400.00 initial repair, once he looked at the valve he said 950.00 to repair, then he left, said he could not find the small tube and wanted to dig the yard up for 2,400.00. I advised him I could search the part and go retrieve the part on my own so I google the part, the average price range was from $8.00-23.00 . I advised him that this was Atlanta, a big city and I could find the part online. I called a Plumbing supplier, the first one I called had the part and I allowed the supplier to speak to him. All of a sudden, the part was on his boss truck so he claimed. This was simply robbery it too him about 45mins to place the valve. However, he closed off the owners valve. The water dept tech advised we were not to use their valve to shut the water off, the man hole covering was missing and the customer shut off valve was non existence anymore. I called the technician back, he did replace the shut off valve and recreated a customer side..but why should I have to go through this after paying an absorbent price of 950.00 but took advantage of the 10%off making my bill 855.00 for a 45min job done incorrectly. If you used this Plumber make sure you get a break down of the cost. He also left my electrical cord on top of the ground, didn't bother to rebury it. I know that I was totally over charged, no itemization of charges on invoice, sloppy work had to be redone..for this reason I will not use them again. I hope the work he did will hold up under their 90 day warranty...Over pricing is terrible for any customer.

After a few minutes he found the leak and gave me a very reasonable replacement cost. Randall was friendly, courteous, professional and diagnosed the problem in short order. I'm extremely happy with the response time and the courteous service. I will be calling on Plumb Pro for all other plumbing issues I have going forward. Would highly recommend PlumbPros for all those looking for outstanding service at a fair price. Very impressed with this company and with Randall.

The guys did a decent job, but the pricing was not reasonable at all. They charged me $4,500 for a 4 hour root removal job and $250 for the day before to identify the issue. They did remove the root from the pipe and fixed the issue. However, after talking to few people about it, I was told that the pricing was totally unreasonable. I felt that they took advantage of the situation we were in.

Pros - were able to come out to my house the next day.
Communication was good - email and texting
Tech was nice and figured out problem quickly.
Cons - it only took about 30 minutes and I was charged $250 which I thought was very high. He said that was the hourly rate. Probably will shop around more next time.

PlumbPros came out to inspect a leak in the kitchen. The issue was with the garbage disposal. The plumber was prepared with a replacement and completed the job in short order. I was very pleased with how easy it was to schedule as well as the professionalism of the staff.

Jack does a great job just a little slow! Also spent a great deal of time having to go get parts! Actually time doing repair was minimal. Do feel that costs were a little high! This is my third time using the company!

Wow! Is all i can say. We had a major problem at our extended stay hotel. Non of our tenants had water. A guy came out at 8 am his name started with a T. Wow. What a great guy. Very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and had us water in no time. All of us at superior creek lodge thank you sir. You all are lucky to have this gentleman work for you!! They also were a thousand dollars cheaper than other places we called. We called other places they wanted to charge a fortune because we have old style plumbing cvp pipe. This company is great. I found this company through Home Advisors. The PlumbPros responded within 5 minutes of me completing my request and they were able come out within the hour (order placed early weekday morning). The work was satisfactory. However, I was not particularly happy with the cost. I had a PRV valve replaced. It took them less than an hour to go purchase the part AND install it. I researched the part after the fact and saw it ranged from $50-$100. The total for the repair was $425.00. I know we have to pay for what we don't know, but in hindsight I thought that was excessive.

I had been told by a company that my sewer drain had roots in it. The cost to clear the roots was ranged from 5k to 20k depending on if the roots were under the slab. I had PlumbPros come out for a 2nd opinion. Thank goodness I did!! They ran the camera and found that whatever was causing the slow drain of my toilet must have been knocked loose by the camera the original plumber used. There were no roots. PlumbPros saved me $1000's. I could not be more appreciative of happy with their service than I am. Thanks so much Richard!!!

This is an update on my experience using PlumbPros. I initially gave PlumbPros a good review after the rough-in of a house that I was renovating. I now have to revise the review to a strong negative. During the finish trim phase of the house, I discovered several major issues. The master shower valve was installed incorrectly, the hall bath shower valve was installed incorrectly, the kitchen pot filler piping was not connected to the supply lines, etc. I contacted a person called Michael Jordan purporting to be the owner to no avail. No return calls back. Pete Garner was the plumber who did the rough-in of the job. There were several rough-in issues that I had to identify to PlumbPros that when notified, they became upset that I caught those issues, but they did fix them. None of the issues identified during the finish trim phase were addressed by PlumbPros. Stay away from this organization. They do now follow through on warranty or quality issues.
