Very professional and responsive. Great experience. Would definitely recommend Zoom Drain over bigger named companies who charge an arm and a leg for subpar service.

I discovered this company by noticing truck in my community. I asked the technician(Desmond) to come to my home for an estimate. This was completed and appointment made for the following day for actual repair. Desmond arrived right on time with assistant Jadon. The work was completed with a promise if further concern they would come back at no charge.

The second day after the repair, the leak reappeared. A new appointment was made that same day. The team came back and advised the leak was more extensive than first determined. Additional supplies were purchased and the work was completed. The bathroom wall and the garage ceiling were the
impacted areas.

I am a senior citizen and I felt safe giving these young men the run on my home. They were extremely professional, and courteous. They kept me informed along the way and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

I highly recommend Zoom Drain. I will use them for any future plumbing needs....but only if I can get Desmond and Jadon:)

I found the company on Google search and was highly satisfied with the service and response time. The communication from the tech (Jaden C.) was superb and the job was done with satisfaction.

Very pleased with Desmond and his partner came and found a drain in my yard when no one else could. The city of East Point showed me a drain that was a sewer line, but Zoom Drain came and fixed the issue. Thanks to Zoom Drain they stayed until they discovered the clogged storm drain. They saved me a good grip of money , great company , great work.

Michael Cook and Zoom Drain were super helpful with a same-day issue. I had multiple plumbers out for an estimate and they were by far the cheapest! Really happy with the job.

I had originally given them 4 stars with the comment, Far too expensive, given the amount of time it took.

The next morning, I received a call from (I presume) the owner, and after a very viable discussion about why I gave the review I gave, we came to an amicable conclusion! It spoke volumes to me that the call was not to bully me into revising/upgrading my review based on my experience, but was a candid conversation where each side got to express themselves so we could reach an optimum outcome.

Technician Michael came earlier and he helped me understand the issue with the drain blockage, and he was able to fix the issue!! I had the nightmare of sewage backing up into my downstairs bathroom and through my front yard. After researching I found Zoom Drain. I called because I thought how do they only have 5 star reviews. Guess what… I had the pleasure seeing for myself. Justin and Desmond responded so quickly to my request on a Friday night! The next day Oscar arrived and further knocked my socks off. He was on time, courteous, answered all my questions (me and my parents had a lot too). Their customer service is impeccable, they honestly communicate, and the pricing was great!

On Sunday morning I had a sewer line blockage. I did a search on Google that afternoon and found Zoom drain and called them. Mr. W. Clay, the owner spoke with me to say that he could send a technician out early Monday; 1st thing. He was very pleasant and I was surprised to be speaking with the owner. Jaden the tech was on time and ready to solve my issue. He was very professional and neatly dressed and explained to me what was going on with my sewer drain line. I was so pleased with the service and he cleaned up the area well. This was the best service call I've had in a long time. It got even better when Mr. Clay did a follow up call. That made me feel like the company really cared.
My sewer issue was taken care of to my satisfaction. A plus for Zoom.

We had an eventful Christmas eve and our tub wouldn't drain the water from the tub and we called Zoom Drain and they immediately came to our rescue and were very detailed and explained everything that was going to occur before they actually worked on the tub. Will be using again if necessary!

Zoom Drain is a homeowner's dream. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable, and did not push unnecessary services on us like a previous company who came to check the same issue. He gave recommendations for things that could be done, but immediately fixed the most urgent problem. This company is reasonable, honest and will be our go to for our plumbing repair needs! I highly recommend them.

I had a crawl space leak and it was repaired very effectively.

I couldn’t be happier with Zoom Drain. After another large plumbing company failed to clean out my French storm drains after two visits, I tried Zoom Drain. I had small gravel/rocks from the garden that slipped through the drain’s grate cover. The gravel slowed the free flow of storm water. Zoom Drain patiently worked with various high pressure jet heads cleaning the gravel out and checking progress with a camera (which I could watch). They assured me they would stick with it until all the gravel had been removed. I finally got a fully clean pipe and peace of mind (I could see the clean pipe via camera). Happy customer!
