Kalib was our plumber and I would highly recommend him and this company. He took the time to explain all our options and the entire repair process. He came back the next day and replaced the pipe outside leading to the house. When home depot didnt have the ditch witch he reserved he dug the hole by hand to ensure that we didn’t have to go without water in the house. Very professional and he cleaned up all of his mess before leaving.

I feel played by this company. Paid 250 for the toilet to only end up not working. Before I called this company at least it was working.
They have an incredibly weird organization. They send someone over to assess. Caleb came to check it out. He went back to his car and came back in 20 min later after someone else (Gabriel) from the company called to explain the 3 solutions they had. Not sure why a 2nd person was involved when a tech was with me in person. Don’t know if they didn’t trust him to do the job alone or they just wanted to group up to figure out a way to charge me higher. They stated they do this in order to have standard pricing across the board. Anyways after the work was done I was very upset because now I’m out 250 and the toilet flow is absolutely at 0. Gabriel called again because he heard I was upset from the guy who came to do the work. I explained to him the situation and he didn’t know how to work with me so he just passed his phone off to his boss. The boss tried explaining that there was a miscommunication and stated an additional 125 or something would be needed in order to have a complete fix. I was desperate and said sure go ahead but towards the end changed my mind because the service I had already been given was so poor. Now I am out 250 and no longer have a functional toilet.
Save yourself and find another plumber to work with.

During the recent, very unusually frigid weather, we had numerous plumbing issues and Palette was responsive, professional and did great work. I had an issue with my toilet leaking into my neighbors unit below. I was thinking the worst but it turns out the previous plumber did not set the toilet properly on the seal. Pallette came when they said they would and fixed the problem in no time. I really appreciated the professionalism as well, as this seems to be a quality severely lacking in this industry. I contacted Palette Plumbing to repair a leaking line in my garage. They were quick to respond and sent someone out the same day. Kalib came and was very courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable, did a great job and was extremely efficient. I will recommend Palette Plumbing but specifically, Kalib, for all of your plumbing needs.
Our technician, Gabriel was incredibly helpful with installing a new faucet in the kitchen and assessing some other potential issues. The others were able to be deferred for a while but he explained any risks associated with that and let me make the choice without any sales pressure. Quick, helpful, understanding, and generally pleasant. Not words I usually use to describe my experience with a plumber but 10/10 would work with them again!

We are first time home owners. This was our first plumbing issue. This company and their plumber Jayjay did an incredible job. And that’s an understatement.
We were pretty stressed about this problem and Jayjay did a AMAZING JOB with calming our nerves and figuring out the problem.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company because they are great with their communication and customer service.
A+++ for a complete start to finish job.
Side note: they even clean up after themselves. Shows that they take pride in their work.

Gabriel came by to repair a damaged pipe in my garage. He was super helpful in explaining what the issue was. He didn't have the necessary part so he left to go get it and came back all in the same day! GREAT service.
I only ask for Jay Jay! I know that Jay Jay will be respectful of our home, good workmanship (from previous work done, installed new water heater, valves, fixed pipe leak) clean up after the job, and be transparent about costs and overall just a joy to work with. Today he installed a new toilet for us after a slow leak was discovered. It was time to upgrade! (We had purchased a toilet for a future bathroom renovation- which came in handy) I recommend Palette Plumbing because of Jay Jay’s work, and Robert the owner is communicative and easy to work with. Had a great experience with Palette Plumbing. They had to reschedule my initial appointment but apologized for the delay and had ample appointment times for me to rebook. Jay Jay was AMAZING when they came to provide our quote. Jay Jay was friendly, professional and their expertise was clear. We were offered what I believe to be fair quotes and told they could start this week. Deeply appreciate Jay Jay for their approach and will definitely book with Palette Plumbing now and for future services.
I had what seemed to be a small isolated leak coming down from ceiling. It turned to be a little more than that. Bryan Amenta from Palette Plumbing showed up on time, located the problem, got straight to work and got it taken care of. So far so good.
Palette Plumbing, specifically Bryan, has done a great job installing a new tub to replace the tub that was causing a leak into my kitchen. Very professional and Bryan was very kind and straight forward with estimates. No surprises and got the job done within a day by himself despite the difficulty of the task with removing the previous tub which he had to saw apart to remove. Also were able to recommend a sheet rock and tile partnering contractor to repair the cutting that had to be done.
Edit: Had to call them again to solve a different issue with a leak in our main water line. Jay Jay Barnes provided quick and efficient work and was very friendly the whole time.

Love, love, love Palette Plumbing! Gabriel was awesome. Since we moved into our home 2 and a half years ago, we’ve had issues with laughably low water pressure in the shower in our guest bathroom. We chose to ignore it because we’ve never really needed the shower, but it became more and more irritating over time and we finally decided to contact a plumber. Gabriel was honest with his diagnosis (gave us 3 estimates actually and clearly talked through all 3!). At his advice, we went with the most expensive estimate, which I think will save us headache in the long run. He ended up being able to fix the issue the same day he came out, which saved us a lot of time!
Doing the work itself, Gabriel was quiet, tidy, respectful, and unobtrusive. My husband and I were taking work calls and hardly even noticed that he was here, despite the fact that the bathroom he was working in is in the middle of our modestly sized home.
10/10 stars all around. Great experience! Thanks Gabriel!

We had a stove delivered from Best Buy, who couldn't (wouldn't) install it because they couldn't get the gas line disconnected. They fit me in immediately, Thomas and Caleb arrived, hooked up the gas, checked for leaks, and were done in a very short time. Friendly, efficient, great service. Will definitely use them again.

We have had a few plumbing issues in our home. We had a great experience with palette plumbing. We signed up for the annual plan and had them install the smart system that will detect a water leak. They were professional, courteous and honest. Our home is newer and we had a terrible experience with a previous plumber who tried to charge us triple after coming into our home. It was such a relief to work with someone who was honest and reasonably priced. Also after coming home to a leak it’s nice to know that in the future the smart system will detect and hopefully prevent future leaks. I highly recommend this company!

We were so happy to find Palette Plumbing because this city is full of awful plumbing companies. They're responsive. They work the hours our business needs them to work. Justin was excellent - communicative, punctual and got the job done. I was so impressed with PP's level of service from start to finish. I was also appreciative that he wore shoe coverings and a mask the whole time he was working in my home.

I called this organization after hours, with an emergency. Within thirty mins a technician by the name of Q Johnson had called me to provide his ETA. Upon his arrival Q was informative on the issue as well as on my options. All prices were reasonable and Q walked me through each option in detail. Mr. Johnson also did not want me to be uncomfortable in my home overnight, instead, he stayed until 10pm working on our home. Mr.Johnson was honest, hardworking, and over communicated his timeline as well as just educated me on how to identify an issue before it gets bad - showed me how to read the water meter and even pointed out some things to keep on eye on.
If you are looking for a plumber that you can trust, who is not trying to just make a dollar, and that truly cares about providing great customer service and a long term relationship - this is it! I have never experienced a more honest interaction with a plumbing company.

We had a great experience with Palette and two of their employees -- Emmanuel & Navi. We had a persistent bathroom sink issue and we called in 2 different well-known Atlanta companies. Both said, here's a drain liquid, use it once a week....but I knew something was major wrong and finally the sink because unusable.....and that very day, I was at the Va-Hi christmas market and Palette had a booth there and I thought, well, what the hell. And boy are we ever glad we called them. The problem turned out to be a major pipe installation but, had we waited, we would have had much larger problems.
Navi was great at drawing illustrations showing us the problem....and Emmanuel was a pro throughout....we couldn't have asked for two better plumbers.

Quick response and job scheduling. Prices seemed reasonable. Gabriel, the assigned tech, was a great guy. He offered multiple options with different price points and completed the job quickly. I will call them again with any future plumbing needs.
