I just had my water line from the street to the house replaced. Michael Jones was the plumber. He was amazing. Not only was he on time and professional but he completed the work without issue. He knew I was stressed about the work so he took the time to show me the pipe and how rusted it was. In fact, he took the time to show me and explain the process every step of the way. He was very conscientious with his work, check and rechecked, and made sure everything was back in its correct place, in order and working fine. I have to say with Mike it was the little things that he did that added up to make all the difference. I have dogs and he made certain my gate was locked every time he entered/exited and he was great with them. He didn't even think twice about putting my hose away; other plumbers have left it on the ground. In all honesty Mike really sealed the deal when he came out to quote because of the person he is and with one simple act - he locked my gate so my animals wouldn't get out. Not everyone things of that detail and it is major for me. Thank you Mike.
I highly recommend GForce plumbing. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful from the first call until my call to let them know how great Mike and his work are. I was not simply another job to them; they all took their time with me on the phone and didn't rush me off.

Called this morning to schedule appointment to have plumbing in unfinished basement completed and fix leak in one of the bathroom from a shower. After appointment scheduled, I receive a call that they do not service my area and she will remove the appointment. She stated they had decided at the beginning of the year not to service areas over 30 mile radius. I explained I was a returned customer and they had serviced my area in 2015 for replacement of piping from street to the home. The adviser called back after speaking to the service manager - Jamie and I was informed they will not come out. And while waiting I found out I'm 26.5 miles away but if you don't feel comfortable coming to Ellenwood , I won't feel comfortable with you performing the work. And why did Home Advisor recommend you if you don't service my area....That's sad....

The Gforce team is always very responsive, on-time, and highly professional every time. I like the way they communicate ahead of time to let me know who is coming and exactly when he'll be at my door. Keep up the good work!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were on-time, professional, and did a full replacement of the water heater FOR EXACTLY THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED. Look at other companies' reviews and you'll see plenty of examples of upcharging, hidden fees, and surprise charges. Not the case with this company. They even replaced a leaky pipe (at my request) unrelated to the water heater, on the same call for very little extra cost.

Beware folks G Force costs too much! My 86 year old mother called to have her disposal looked at and $440.00 later she had a new disposal!!!! We called G Force and asked them to do the right thing after finding that a top of the line disposal on Amazon costs $98.00. My mother is on social security and cannot afford to spend this kind or money....all I can say folks is to look for a different plummer.

I highly recommend G Force plumbing from the smallest to largest jobs you have. We've used them numerous times over the past few years and most recently to replace a sewer line run from our house to the street. I was very concerned for our yard with this job and everyone from the plumber to the backhoe operator took extreme care in minimizing the impact of the work. They cleaned up when they were done including replanting plants that could be saved and spreading pine straw over the disturbed soil. Every time I call they are prompt and courteous and communicate clearly with me every step of the way.

G Force Plumbing is an excellent firm to deal with and I highly recommend them. As an owner of an aging home, I am quite familiar with encountering plumbing issues that require immediate attention. G Force has provided excellent service in a timely way on multiple occasions. Over the past few years, they have installed a hot water heater, whole-house pressure regulator, front yard sewage line, and backwater valve in my home. Each of these jobs were clearly quoted and were done in such a way that they will not need to be addressed again for a long time. Furthermore, their team worked hard to manage the damage that some jobs cause, such as turf damage when digging the yard, and sheet rock damage when replacing pipes. My yard was smooth (and seeded) when they were done digging, and their drywall cuts were communicated in advance, cut on the square, and easy for me to patch back in. I recommend this group without hesitation. The quality and care that their work exhibits has certainly earned my repeat business.

Needed a plumber to replace a polybutelene pipe so we could get water to our house from the street. We obtained 3 estimates and G-Force had one of the best, but not the lowest. However, they use directional drilling, which is low impact on your yard, but, most importantly, they rearranged their schedules so they could come the next day to restore our water. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and it was an excellent job. Everyone on the crew was friendly and happy to explain each step of the process. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I previously used Gforce to help me when I was creating the bathroom in the basement 5 yrs ago. They were great back then that I knew I had to call them back once our basement was completed. Malcolm on the phone was great and was able get someone to me immediately. Tim on the day was on time, professional, quoted the amount and he quickly installed vanity, toilet and shower. He was patient even when the toilet I purchased was missing the bolts and gasket. I ran to Lowe’s to get what was needed. I will have them come back in a few weeks once my kitchen cabinets are delivered and have him install the sink. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thanks!!

Our water heater was in our crawl space. Our crawl space is prone to flooding and we lost our water heater due to heavy rain 8/9/17. After trying to see if we could fix the water heater, G force worked with us to figure out a solution to relocate our water heater. Honestly, it wasn't an easy task. Our house is 50 years old and has renovations. They spent a lot of time working through various solutions and options for us.
Today was the install. It has been a day-long project to relocate our water heater. Everyone we have worked with has been incredibly professional, honest, thorough(both in communication and the actual work) friendly and kind. They knew what they were doing and I felt very comfortable having them in and out of my home all day.
After observing the challenges our home presented, I don't think the average plumber could have handled this project. I am not sure most plumbers would have presented the solution they were able to think through.

Mitch Trimble was an excellent representative of G-Force. Professional and knowledgable. He did a whole house inspection, told me my options. Everything was clear regarding club membership. After receiving outrageous quotes from Home Depot contracted plumbers for a hot water heater replacement and installation, I expanded my search. Enter Google search. I browsed a few companies specifically in the Dunwoody area and was impressed enough by the Google+ reviews for G Force Plumbing that I contacted them first over the other listed companies.

My first contact was with a very professional, well-spoken woman who promptly transferred me to Joe. Joe was very helpful in not only giving me an estimate over the phone (time saver!), but also in explaining the difference between builder and consumer grade heaters and providing me great detail about the company's background and warranties. He answered every question and concern I had in great detail. He gave me such a sense of confidence in the company (and a much more reasonable quote), I immediately chose G Force on my first call.

Within two hours, Shock and Buck arrived to install the water heater, greeted me with a handshake and got to work. Minor issues arose during the installation and they immediately alerted me to them. They were thorough, personable, professional and answered all questions I had and even went so far as to suggest maintenance that I can easily do for not only the water heater, but my a/c line as well, to prevent future issues. The best part: I wasn't charged a penny over my quote!

If ever I need a plumber in the future, G Force Plumbing will be my only choice. If you are in an emergency situation, as I was, and need quick, reasonably priced plumbing work, look no further than G Force Plumbing!!

First Tim came out to fix a major rupture we had in our main water line and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sean came to follow up on a separate leak from a different location in the yard and he has been stellar in working tirelessly to figure out the origins of the leak and all the complications associated with trying to address the issue. We HIGHLY recommend G Force and their staff as each has been so helpful and great to work with and their customer service is unmatched!

Had a call back due to minor leak. No hesitation from office to schedule the call back appointment and minor leak was quickly resolved by technician. I will definitely use G Force for plumbing needs and recommend you do also.

They came out to quote for a leak in our dining room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. The technician was right on time and super nice and straightforward. I do appreciate that. What I didn't appreciate was the $224 they wanted to charge to cut a hole in the ceiling just to do a diagnostic (and that $224 would NOT have been put towards the cost of the repair, it was extra). And the problem was behind some tile so they couldn't even repair it! I was ok with paying the $69 service fee because I know it takes their time to come out to do a quote. But $224 for 10 minutes of cutting a hole and looking around and not being able to repair? Which by the way they couldn't even give me a quote without cutting the hole and looking around, so really the cost of a quote was $69+$224. They should have specified that when I called and told them I had a leak in my ceiling, and if they had I would cancelled the appointment. I have no doubt they do good work by all the other reviews, but that is shady to come in the front door and say it will cost extra JUST to give a quote. I did get him down to $112 for the diagnostic (I mean I already paid $69 just to have them come out). Just beware of what type of work you need from them.

Tim checked on the leak, did a thorough inspection inside & outside my home, explained everything he was doing & will do to stop the leak then he gave me the prices it was like the owner came to my home. ALL 5 STARS. Took his tim doing the service, explained what he did & then talked to me about a plan that I can sign up to have regular maintenance checks. Next time I will call GForce & recommend GForce to friends & family. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I was grossly overcharged. I now realize that the total cost of my service should have bee no more than $50, but instead I was charged more than $200. The only cost was technician time (less than 5 minutes of actual work) and the pipe used (less than $20 on Amazon). What a rip off! I will never do business with such dishonest people again.

We had a leak where the outside water line comes into the house

We had several bad experiences with plumbers before finding Mike with G-Force Plumbing. Mike arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, efficient and honest. The prices he quoted us for our remodel job was one third the price we had been quoted by Dupree Plumbing for the same work. We have used Mike a second time and found the same efficient service. Mike will be our plumber of choice for any future plumbing needs.

October 30, 2017 Water line Repair. This company is amazing. I had a leak in the water line coming into my townhouse. They did not have to break my driveway or garage concrete. They used a scope & drilled under the concrete. They ran a new line & hooked up the new line in about 4 hours. Other companies told me it was a 2 day job. Our Technician, besides being a professional & a real nice guys, was fantastic during the whole process. I highly, highly recommend this company for any plumbing work. And by the way their price for my job was about half the price of 2 other quotes I got from other plumbers. Good job G Force.

Chris, the service technician, was on time, fast, friendly and professional. There might be a cheaper service, but he was able to come the day the toilet broke. That's worth something to me.

We had a very low water pressure problem in our bath tub and sinks for long time. There were multiple visits of other technician who couldn't figure out what went wrong and suggested replacing water pipes near the bath tub to resolve the issue... Today, Tim stopped by our home exactly as scheduled to take a look. After careful inspections in multiple dimensions, he explained to me what may cause it. Then, he identified a problem and made adjustments in our water pressure regulator. I was very impressed by his knowledge and simple (cost-effective) solution to the problem. I strongly recommend the service!!

Called G Force to repair a leak at the water meter. Even though it was July 4th weekend they showed up with in an hour! At 6 pm no less. We had several issues the next two weeks as the leak came back. Each time they came right out and stood behind their work! (With no other charges either!) I would highly recommend these plumbers! They were honest, reliable and stood behind their work!

In my opinion these guys give you their word in a handshake and stand behind it 100%! That is rare today!

Jamey and his crew were hired by my neighbor for sewer line repairs. Due to unusual circumstances the line ran threw my front yard. They were very respectable of my property as well as worked long hours to restore her service as quickly as possible. I would certainly call them in the future if needed and would highly recommend these guys.

We have used G Force plumbing for over 2 years now on several projects and items. After attempting several other plumber options, this is by far the best service I have found. Reliable, timely, and great work! Our last interaction was with Mitch installing 2 new hot water heaters. As usual, right on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and work well done. Our long list includes faucets installed, toilets repaired, generator installed, irrigation lines....a number of tasks that have all been completed and 5 stars each time.

Technician was rude, unprofessional, and lacked knowledge. Was only supposed to charge for service call but overcharged us even though he failed to diagnose and fix problem. He will never use this company or recommend to friends and family!

Just had G Force come out to fix a shower that stopped working suddenly. Chris came out in one day. Walked in with the correct part and we were up and running in no time. Terrific follow up the whole way. Even showed up 2 hours early after first checking with us to make sure it was all right. Highly recommend!!

My service appointment was scheduled for 2-4PM, the technician showed up at 1:30 and then left. When I called at 2:05PM to get an ETA, the tech and scheduler said my appointment was being rescheduled for the next day. The tech said he had another job across town, the scheduler claimed the tech had a family emergency. So not only is this company inept, inconsiderate, and clueless, they also lie to their customers.

After reading the Response from the owner' and the obvious 'blah, blah blah' boilerplate stock apology/excuse, I felt compelled to point out that I left a message for the owner, Kim Gibbs, on the day G Force broke the appointment and never heard back from her so I seriously doubt she's looking forward to discussing.

Had a wonderful experience with G-Force and their professional staff. Malcomb took care of my scheduing needs and made sure I was informed on when the G-Force technician would arrive.

Chris Daughterty, the technician, was thorough and did a wonderful job of explaining the problem to me . He was very professional and listened and answered me during the course of his visit.

The issue started with two commodes not working. We had a serious drainage problem and 'pooling' under the master bathroom. We called a well known rooting company and had it 'rooted' several times; but that did not resolve the issue. In the following days, we had it looked at by several local plumbing companies, which resulted in quotes, but no specific diagnosis. We even had an inspector review it; and he did determine and advise us of the cause. We needed a plumber that could do that as well. When we called G Force Plumbing, they came to the house, looked at the situation and were able to determine several issues and the cause of the pooling problem immediately. That is why we chose them.

Two G Force plumbers came and worked one full day in a crawl space varying in height from three to five feet. They did not stop, or come out from under the house, until the job was done. We were in awe! The plumbing works fine now. Thank You G FORCE LLC.

We used G Force for two recent events; one was an emergency and the other was not. In both cases we were extremely impressed with the promptness of the response, the quality of the work done, the professionalism of the plumber doing the work, and the care taken with our home. We don't provide free estimates, they said, but we will charge you $69 that includes a full home inspection. Well, I didn't ask for a home inspection, I asked for an estimate for repairs on a water heater, or replacement if repairs aren't possible. Sounds to me like they're just looking for an opportunity to milk the prospective customer for unrequested repairs. No thanks, G-Force.

Gforce was called out to do a plumbing inspection of our new home. They were very thorough, explained the results to me in great detail, and fixed what was needed professionally and quickly. We've had no problems since, and i cant think of a better testimonial than that fact.

Have used G Force twice. They are responsive, competent and professional. Their prices are fair. The review about $300 an hour must apply to a different company.

My technician worked on the problem on a Saturday. He took his time to explain how the membership work and what to expect with the new unit. He cleaned everything up so there is no trace he was there. Great job.

This company charges $69.00 and be careful they don't arrive after hours (5:00pm) they will hit you with a $120.00 fee. I was told by Jeremy the $69.00 will include inspecting our plumbing and then they will give us a price how much it will cost for the job. The technician came out he went straight to the line outside the home he saw that it was wet (that was the plumbing inspection) and he said I will give you a price

We paid the $69.00 and he went on his way.
We were not willing to pay that much to unplug the system. I will use a plunger next time like we always did.

This was the first time I used G Force Plumbing after a recommendation from a friend. They communicated prior to appointment, they arrived on-time and performed the work as expected. The service technician was very knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommend G Force Plumbing.

Tim was our service rep who came out to fix our loud squealing pipes in our master bathroom. Upon inspection he suggested we replace our system for each bathroom to upgrade to a better system. The builder of our home (Pulte) had used low quality materials when it was first built (only 3 years ago). We agreed and had Tim replace the system in 3 bathrooms. Took care of the squealing pipes and hopefully this will be a long-lasting fix.

I needed a new sewer ejector pump. Mitch arrived right on time, quickly made the diagnosis and gave me an estimate with several options. He was professional, efficient and did a great job. He explained how he made the diagnosis, ruling out other possibilities. He drew pictures to explain the pump system and gave me some good advice. I am very pleased.

Responded very quickly to my inquiry about having a gas dryer installed with an appointment for the next day. They called back a few hours later to ask if I wanted to move the appointment up to later that day. I accepted the earlier appointment and it was great to get a link that let me track the plumber’s arrival. The plumber was professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Just had the best experience with G Force Plumbing. Woke up to a broken kitchen disposal and backed up dishwasher. Water everywhere. Called them and had a tech come in less than an hour (and they provided link to track the arrival time of tech). Diagnosed and fixed the matter in 1.5 hrs (had to replace disposal and clear pipe). Cleaned up and disinfected the work area. Got a customer satisfaction follow up call from the company immediately after tech left. Highly recommend.

I had a terrific experience. I bought an Angie's list coupon to have a Kohler toilet installed for $405 (includes price of the toilet). I love this special because I don't have to go buy and lug a toilet home myself. G Force called me within an hour to schedule an appointment. Mitch showed up exactly when promised. He carefully wrapped and removed the old toilet, then showed me where the flange & brackets had broken (I had suspected this since old toilet leaked). He was able to fix then install the new toilet. He made sure to seat it properly so no wobble and caulked to hide where the linoleum had been cut around the old toilet. Looks perfect! He then fixed my 2nd toilet to stop water from running intermittently by replacing a seal. Everyone I've dealt with at G Force has been friendly and courteous and I always feel I'm getting honest answers and prices.

From initial call to competing of service, everyone was extremely professional. The technician came in and identified the problem quickly. He went through every detail, showing me exactly what the problem was, provided a quote and scheduled time to come back and complete the job. I was notified before both visits when the technician was on the way to my house and he arrived near the beginning of the service window. Very clean, very professional, very thorough...could not be happier!

Finally, a company that is honest, fair, and does quality work! This is the 2nd time we've called G Force Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with their service. We just moved into a home that was built in 1960. For this visit, we had a loose faucet and leak in the bathroom sink. We also have a toilet that occasionally makes a rumbling sound when it is flushed. Mitch was our technician. He assessed all of our plumbing and explained everything in the evaluation. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. He fixed the bathroom sink at a fair price and explained everything he was doing. He also explained that the rumbling sound with the toilet was likely not related to a back-up or clog and didn't concern him. He was just amazing and I will definitely use G Force again and recommend Mitch and the company to all of my friends!

Sean came to inspect a plumbing line for me and was quick to diagnose that there was no leak and everything looked ok. I asked him to install a hammer resistor in the spot and he received approval to do the fix quickly and had the job done in 10 minutes. Great company and very professional.

A friend recommended G Force Plumbing. I used them yesterday for a repair. They did excellent work at a fair price. The plumber they sent...Mathew Thatcher was top notch! He gave me a couple of options on my repair. He was very patient and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions. I know I made the right decision on my repair with his guidance. I definitely would use them again and recommend them. I also would request Mathew should I need future repairs.

50 year old galvanized main water service pipe blew out. Raymond, Jamie and Mitch from GForce brought in a horizontal drilling team and ran 80 feet of new poly 1 from the meter to the house and got us back to normal in about 8 hours. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Zero impact on our landscape (see photo).

The technician was very nice and helpful and after replacing my garbage disposal he wanted to check the water pressure in the house as well as the hot water tank as a courtesy. I will definitely tell use them again.

I had set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon and received a text saying someone would be out between 1:30-3:30pm. When 5pm came around and still nobody from G Force plumbing had been out to my house, I placed a call to their scheduling department. I received a call back from Technician letting me know that they couldn’t come out that day as it was too late but would be there first thing in the morning. I have been using GForce plumbing at my office for 10+ years now as well at my home. The the company has grown so much over the years but so has their service! their technicians are always friendly and they back up their work where so many other like companies tend to blame you for faulty parts or workmanship.

I have used G force several times including sewer line repair, hot water heater and typical leaks and drips. They're very professional and trustworthy. They have become my go to plumbers. Most recently they replaced the large section of my sewer line. It was a big and expensive job but I have grown to trust these guys to the point where I didn't even bother getting other quotes. I highly recommend Jeremy, Jamey and the G force team.

No show. No call for appointment . I waited another 30 mins before going about my day. I cant understand how people cant just call, text or eail when they are going to be so late. It is so simple in 2019. Wasting peoples time.

G force plumbing did an excellent job replacing my water heater and fixing a leaky faucet. They were super responsive on time and professional. I really thought a water heater replacement would be a much longer process but they were in and out very quickly. Excellent customer service and high quality. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We just had Mitch Trimble from G Force plumbing and I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge, efficiency and ability to explain the work he was doing. I will definitely use G Force again. This is our second experience with them and both times have been great. I just was particularly impressed with Mitch and his work.

I had a tankless water heater fail. Tim P. came out to evaluate and discovered that it was still under warranty. Once the warranty coverage was approved by the manufacturer Tim P. kept me informed when he would receive information from the manufacturer. From old unit removal to new unit installation and system testing Tim P. was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend GForce to anyone! My family has worked with Jerry and the folks at G-Force plumbing for years. They are always responsive no matter the time of day or day of week. Most importantly, they provide excellent advice and great service. Also important - they stand behind their work 100%. We had a water heater go out. The water heater was under warranty, and they came right over and replaced it. They managed the back and forth with the manufacture, and it was simply not a problem.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I plan to continue to use them, and I would recommended them without qualification to any who asked.

They replaced the outdoor lines from the meter to the house. Excellent workmanship, would call again. We have also used them on and off for the past 10 years with good results

I called GForce for a problem at a condo I have. They were able to come out quickly which I appreciated. I am experienced with remodel work and knowledgeable about plumbing, timing of jobs, etc. The initial quote I received was 50% higher than the next guy I called that didn't charge GForce's $48 to show up. The company I called was at $400. GForce was at $600 (includes crediting the $48 which they stated they are not doing in the future, so my job will be $600 + $48 going forward). But if I act now, we'll knock $50 off... --- I don't react well to that kind of hokey marketing. Give me a straight price and I'll give you the business. Don't try to make me feel you are giving me a discount from a price that was inflated from the beginning.

I offered GForce three other job's that they could immediately have along with this job and the owner did come down but was still 25% higher than the next guy.

I'm sure they do good work based on reviews, but the jobs I had quoted were not rocket science or re-inventing the wheel. I don't like to haggle to get an appropriate price for the job. I was also told by the owner they are moving to a new pricing guide and he stated their prices were actually going up. This is in addition to not waiving the $48 in the future.

Expect to pay top dollar.

Honest and skilled plumbers. I had a hot water heater problem and they squeezed me into their schedule on a Friday afternoon. Technician was knowledgeable and made sure all concerns were satisfied and questions answered.

the folks at G Force did a HIGH QUALITY job replacing my main water line at my house. Got a few other quotes and G Force not only was the lowest but they drilled underground to install the pipe. So I didn't have to replace/repair my landscape! And they provided a LIFETIME warranty. If you've got a plumbing issue give these guys a call!

Our bonus room bathroom was pre-plumbed and we wanted to finish it out. Tim from G Force Plumbing came over and installed the bathtub along with the shower head, including all supply lines and drain lines. He also extended the water lines to the sink and toilet. The sink and toilet will be installed later, after the rough-in work has been inspected by the county. Tim did an exceptional job. He showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. He took time to explain what he was doing and consulted with us as to where we wanted the shower head mounted (how high). It was a pleasure to have Tim working in our home. I would highly recommend G Force Plumbing.
