Thomas Clark came from Delta Plumbing to repair our clog in our plumbing. He repaired the problem which was actually the septic tank line and clog inside septic tank. He was courteous, hard worker, and repaired the septic lines. He left my yard clean after having to dig and replace pipe. Thank you Delta for using qualified plumbers.

The positive reviews for Estes are warranted! I researched and met with several companies before deciding on Estes to replace one of my a/c units. They are slightly more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I received the best customer service from Estes beginning with our initial home visit, ending with the installation. Chris McBride was the rep who walked me through our new unit selection. He was extremely personable and funny (while maintaining his professionalism) and answered every question I asked (all 1,000 of them!). Mark and Jared installed our new unit. I could barely tell they were here as they maneuvered around making sure everything was top notch. Their 4-5 hours of work made me feel confident the install was thorough and handled with care. They were also professional and took their time explaining my new unit and answering questions. I'm tying up a few loose ends with Estes which is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. However, I'm confident they will finalize everything with as much care as they have thus far.

I rarely write reviews and normally only if I feel the service was exceptional. Mr. Rooter of Atlanta has a great set of staff from scheduling all the way through service. Both technicians that arrived at my house were thorough, honest and what is needed more in the world. They should be proud of what they bring to homeowners given their specialized skillset. There is no way I could do what they did today and it ended up costing under what was previously estimated - which was a bonus. Thank you

Good, good people. Fast, professional, and Ray is a wonderful person along with everyone he brings in to help him out. He came out quickly, looked the issues and was here one NEW YEARS DAY fixing it. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling Ray first thing, and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!
