I hired Ridgeway a year and a half ago when we did our master bath remodel. They messed up the drain for our tub which caused it to leak in to the ceiling below. I had a hard time getting back in touch with them. Lots of false promises and I'll call you back. That never happened. I hired another plumber to correct their work and now need to hire someone to patch the ceiling and paint. Their damage cost me an additional $1,000 in repairs when they could have just come out and fixed it themselves. After filing a complaint with the BBB, that got their attention and called me and offered $700 refund to retract my BBB claim and take down this review. I would suggest hiring someone who is accredited by the BBB and who maintains better customer service.

Tried to call them several times in one day. I was hung up on three times; the last time, they put me into their fax number. Guess they're not interested in a huge plumbing contract from a Buckhead condo complex. Good job!

I called Ridgeway this morning because of a problem with a toilet not properly flushing. The technician spent 10-15 minutes walking me through proper plunger technique. He worked with me on the phone and tried a few things. Just as we were about to give up and schedule a service visit, the clog cleared. I cannot thank him enough. He would not accept payment for the help. This is true outstanding service. Thank you!

Finally.I have a great plumber I can trust. Ridgeway replaced my cast iron pipes in January at the best price and just came to repair a toilet at my rental house. The renter said “ Bryan was “fantastic….prompt, thorough, fast, courteous and wore a mask” plus you can reach Melanie IN PERSON for scheduling. I will be recommending them to everyone. Recently moved to Atlanta, we found our tankless hot water heater was in desperate need of replacement. Through HomeAdvisor, we were synced with Ridgeway Plumbing and our brilliant professional Brian. Diagnosing our issue remotely, same day, he came over for a walk-through of the project. Before leaving, he shared a quote we couldn't say no to, followed by the next day, within 2 hours, replaced our tankless hot water heater and we were up and running. Not only did he complete a phenomenal job, he was diligent and took care of our home. We'd strongly recommend Ridgeway and Brian for your plumbing needs!

My review would be more meaningful if the owner had not hung up on me five times. That left me in a home with no water service.

Actually, thanks to Ridgeway for their FREE inspection, because I found out that it is a roof leak problem and not a plumbing problem that was causing the leak under my bathroom sink. The plumber, Brian was polite and explained what the issue might be that caused, what had appeared to be a leak.

I had a hot water slab leak. Called Ridgeway and they sent out Sal and his apprentice. Absolute professionals protected my flooring and belongings which is no small thing since they needed to jackhammer through a concrete slab to make the repair. Sal missed on the first shot but nailed it on the second. The leak was actually under my tile floor but Sal tunnels under to get to the leak so to not destroy my floor. Top self !

Had a backed up toilet. Plumber came out, ran camera, determined blockage was on the exterior. Writes up a quote and tells me he has to return the next day. We pay $425 for this day's visit. At 12:45 the next day, we had not heard back so called. Dispatcher tells us the plumber quit, and they would get us on the schedule 2 weeks later. Well we want the repair fixed now, and while a plumber quitting is not in your control, remediating the issue in a shorter time frame is. Will never use again, as I just took 4 $100 bills and burned them.

They were very prompt in getting back to me, reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them. Matter of fact shortly after they left I had reached out about getting some other things taken care of. Definitely the first I will be calling whenever I have an issue!!!! 🙂

Very professional and were not only on time but early. They quickly identified the problem and explained solution. Very reasonably priced.

Our water shut off in the middle of the day, out of no where. We called Ridgeway Plumbing and Salvador came out immediately to access the problem. At first glance, he knew what the issue was. He glanced at our water tanks (brand new) and then the water system. Advised my husband to turn off the water system. As soon as my husband turned off the water system, the water started working again!!! Thank you for the quick response and great customer service. First on the list if we ever have another plumbing problem.

We called Ridgeway to snake and unclog a drain of ours. They unclogged the drain and charged us $750 for it, which was fine. About a week later we still had a sewage smell coming from the drain. We asked them to come back to help and they didn't call us back. After two weeks the sewage backed up again and we called them to see if they could come back. They blamed us for clogging the drain and said they would charge us again if they came out.

We called a different plumber that unclogged the drain (Ridgeway didn't remove the full clog initially, it was further down the sewer line). The new plumber also gave us a 6-month warranty.

I don't recommend Ridgeway plumbing because they didn't stand by their work and didn't fix our problem. We had to hire another plumber to fix their mess.

The Ridgeway Team was so very responsive on the phone. Salvador who did the work was super friendly, professional and performed quality work.

Alan is the best plumber that I know. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

I have family in Atlanta, was complaining about my plumbing issues to them only the hear THEY has a good experience. Too bad I don't live closer to use their plummer. My older relatives (not computer wise) asked me to write a review as they were happy and after they heard my story thought it was worth saying-- Ridgeway is the real deal - dependable and reasonable they felt. They have done a good job at a reasonable price for my Aunt and Uncle.

I called Ridgeway Mechanical expecting somebody to come out and survey the job. They sent Keith Guy who listened to me while I tell him that another plumber expected me to hire a tile contractor to remove sufficient tiles so the plumber could get his hands on the faucets and pipes inside the wall, and the tile man would return to rebuild the wall afterward. Keith removed the faucets for inspection and said, why don't we rebuild them with new washers. So we did, and I saved over $600 on the tile company. He was patient and courteous and quite skilled. I needed to disconnect the heaviest ceramic sink in the universe and they got it done in no time. Not to mention they agreed to work on a Saturday morning. I had a faulty pressure regulator, and they came by quickly and fixed it. Their technicians were pleasant, did got work, and their services were reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.

I discovered a leak in my front yard and realized the line from the meter was leaking. I got on Angi and within seconds of requesting a quote, Ridgeway Plumbing was calling me and they had Salvador out within the hour on a Sunday. Salvador did a wonderful job of locating the leak and the copper that runs into the house. He replaced the entire water line and I had running water again. I would highly recommend this company and Salvador based on my initial interaction with them.

Called Friday to set up appointment for Monday to replace garbage disposal. I was quoted $360 (this included the 1/2 hp Badger 5).....guy shows up 1 hour late (does not introduce himself or what company he is representing, or hey sorry for showing up 1 hour and 15 minutes late.) looks at the disposal and said it will be $425.....told him to leave , and take his bait and switch tactics somewhere else.....shame on you Ridgeway plumbing!!!

While visiting my son's home, found he was in serious need of a plumber and had no idea who to call. Called them and received prompt, courteous, same day service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Will be calling them for all our plumbing needs in Atlanta.

I have - past tense - used Ridgeway Plumbing for years at multiple locations for a variety of small to large / less to more expensive jobs. Was very happy with the service until my last interaction mid Nov 2022. A couple last minute/day-of reschedules to accommodate other customers -> I guessed plumbing emergencies at the time. I thought I understood and was willing to accommodate as I did not have an active plumbing emergency - rather a punch list of items needing attention. Then on date of my rescheduled service to do my list of work, dispatch called while plumber was onsite, sizing up the job, and asked to reschedule for a described “rich guy that kept calling for a sink installation. I had guests coming into town and needed a working bathroom. I let dispatch know they could do whatever they wanted but if they rescheduled 1) I'd pull all repeat business 2) I'd never recommend Ridgeway again which I previously had. Plumber left the site. Dispatch called telling me they didn't tell the contracted plumber to leave, plumber made own decision repeating multiple times I don't know why he did that! and owner would immediately fire their plumber of 20-years ... then, in the same breath, (The same plumber) could return upcoming Monday to do the work. I understand scheduling is hard - labor might be thing in today’s labor marketplace . However, I accommodated previous reschedule requests. The explanations of why an on-site Plumber would leave didn't add up. Apparently Ridgeway values other clients $ more than mine. Offering my recent experience with Ridgeway for you to consider if/when you need a plumber.
