Sean was the most knowledgeable plumber we have ever worked with. He was so descriptive throughout his service and helped save the rest of our basement from continuing to flood. It’s very hard to find a trustworthy company, but we have finally found one. I can’t recommend Sean or speciality drain enough.

Finally a service company you can count on! Up front pricing, and explained expectations before service was rendered… when Sean showed up he took a look at the overall scope of the work needed then quickly got started… soon the drain was unclogged and then he used this high tech drain camera and down it went giving us a very clear sight of the pipes… I think it’s the same camera they use for a colonoscopy but with a 200 feet line… then he was able to mark off above ground where exactly camera and pipes went… this was at a 50 year old plumbing system at a preschool… he marked off exactly where the Reoccurring problem was… then he recommended a solution that didn’t include services he provided but recommended three companies to get quotes from… really impressed with his services and appreciate the expert service! We had a main line blockage on a Saturday night. On Sunday about 7:30am I called and they called back in about 20 minutes. Sean, the owner, was at the house by 10am. The problem was bigger than we thought. We had a blockage in the main line. Sean was able to determine the blockage was outside. He clearly explained our options every step of the way, also explaining the cost. After he cleared the blockage he double checked the line and found another one. We are very happy with the job, Sean was courteous, professional and did an outstanding job.

He is certified for underground plumbing. If you have this problem call him first or you will call him to fix it next time.

Sean came out the same day I called in. He worked with me until 9 PM digging to find the water inlet pipe that was leaking underground. He explained the repair, replacing the galvanized pipe that was over 50 years old and had corroded. He gave me time to research and even call another plumber for a second opinion. He did not charge me for the initial service call, even if I picked someone else to do the work. That alone, shows a level
of trust not often seen in the service industry. The repair was done the next day, and everything was explained an an easy to understand manner. The 50' trench was covered up and the yard was put back into serviceable condition, ready to be reseeded. I can confidently recommend Sean and his company for these difficult to repair underground leaks.

Sean and Specialty Drain have been lifesavers (on more than one occasion now). Their team is always so responsive, and was one of the only companies who were able to come out the day after New Years, and with a confident and positive attitude (which was a plus). Sean is the best! This is the second time we have used his company, once for a sewer backup about 18 months ago and yesterday. We had a leak in our water line running from the meter to the house. He responded quickly and showed up promptly. It was a big job, necessitating running a new line under the driveway. David and Daniel from Abreeze Plumbing were there as well to lend a hand. It took 8 hours of hard work but they figured out a way that is more efficient, cuts down on right angles, did not disrupt the driveway and eliminated some issues that were not to code in the garage in our 40 yr old house. He is a wonderful problem solver and a real people person. Price is always much less than other companies and quality always exceeds. We wouldn’t call anyone but Sean for plumbing needs!

LOVE this company. My shower was slow to drain and my toilets were not flushing. Prior to Sean coming out, the issue resolved itself. Sean came out, used a camera to check the line to the street. It may have been a clog that resolved. He did not see a problem and did not charge me at all for the call. EVEN ON A SUNDAY!

If the problem occurs again he told me he would try to come while it was actually happening. I would definitely recommend them. He is honest and professional.

I had a leak coming from a sewer pipe in the ceiling of the basement where it goes to the front yard. I greatly appreciated that Sean made mine a priority service call because it was sewer water leaking inside the house.

He found the clog by using a camera in the pipe, used an excavator and shovels to dig 8 feet down to the pipe through my entire front yard and to the house under a newly-poured sidewalk and graded/irrigation system/sodded front yard to replace the entire sewer line and get it at the proper pitch. He was extremely careful to move and protect the new sod where needed and not get any equipment on the new sidewalk or damage the irrigation system. Oh, and the sewer line was between the gas and power lines! Scary! He and his crew worked until after 10:00 at night getting it to the point where I could have water again, and all they would have to do the next day was fill it in. They were back at 8:30 in the morning and left the area in great shape.

Sean gave me a couple of different options, but as the house was built in the early 70’s and apparently had a few patch jobs poorly done, I elected to replace the entire line and do it right. I was impressed with all the equipment he had on hand, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. If there was any way this could be a pleasurable experience, he made it one! Oh, they also replaced the “antique” regulator in the house (after testing pressure) which greatly helped water flow throughout the house.

By the way, the cost of all of this was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Sean Fagan and Specialty Drain.

Sean is exceptional. His expertise and level of service were second to none. He repaired our water line and PRV after they were damaged by a GA Power sub-contractor. He came out really quickly after hours and got us back connected successfully. He is someone who goes above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sean fixed a leaking shower pipe behind a wall. He did a very neat job cutting through the sheet rock. He didn’t do a rush job, but took the time he needed to do the job the right way. He took pictures and explained everything in detail so I would know what he was doing. He also replaced the shower and bathroom sink fixtures and valves. Sean did a quick evaluation and was able to explain a logical plan of action so that I could understand the plumbing issue and what was needed for both short term and long term corrective action.

Sean was one of the few people to respond and get us on the schedule for an emergency repair after the cold snap. He initially came out for what we thought the problem was and spent half the night trying to fix it and discovered the real problem. Seeing that we were in real bind he rearranged his schedule to get us taking care of within 36 hours. He was honest and up front about the work, and stuck to the original quote even though he fixed a couple of other issues. I can’t say enough good things about Sean. He was able to come out on a Sunday to help me deal with a major leak in my house from a water heater. The leak damaged the entire lower level of the house. Sean was also helpful in recommending water mitigation and restoration specialists that I’ve been very happy with so far. I felt he was honest, transparent, and explained the situation very well, including my options for water heater replacement. He also repaired another part of the plumbing that had been in need of repair at the same time for a discounted price. He was able to do a partial repair on Sunday that allowed us to at least have water that night (instead of keeping al water to the house shut off) until he replaced the water heater the next day. I can’t say enough about Sean and Specialty Drain. We had been dealing with a sewer line back-up for weeks and after 3 prior plumbers I was finally referred to Specialty Drain. We had another back-up Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. I called the office at 2pm and Sean was at my house by 5pm. He quickly identified the issue and came back the next day (Holiday weekend) to repair everything. He did not leave until he was certain the issue was 100% fixed and I was completely satisfied.

The Specialty Drain prices are very reasonable, they did not push any extra sales/services and clearly explained my options. The repairs were more complicated than originally thought. Once again, Sean diagnosed and fixed a problem; this time it was no water in my kitchen faucet due to sediment build up. Since it was impossible to flush it out, I ended up replacing the faucet, bought it online and he picked it up at the Home Depot down the street, got it installed and I am back in business.
