John arrived early, immediately located, and identified the source of the leak. Additionally, he took the time to show me where and why the leak happened. He left with everything fixed and a very grateful customer. Highly recommend their service.

J.R. Plumbing came to diagnose the horrible plumbing job that was done under our kitchen sink and immediately recognized what needed to be done. He got approval from our management company and came back quickly to get it repaired. He did a great job and no more water leaks! I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the job done correctly the first time.

Intially used JR Plumbing to unclog a pipe which they were able to come out the next day and fix it. I was very happy with their service. The techs were friendly. I would recommend them for drain clogs and things like that.

I decided to use them for a bathroom remodel that I was having done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them for doing any type of work for something like a bathroom remodel.

This company is a joke!!!! They no showed on two appointments. Texted and called no response. If you want your time not to be considered then use them. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took payment never showed to do the work

Very unprofessional!! Lack of accountability not only from the employees but the owner as well. I have been dealing with the owner John since October it is now January and nothing fixed. He has a very poor attitude and only concern is giving rushed half service so he could make it to his tattoo appointment. Its always an excuse with these people. Three missed appointments, poor attitude, come to a work site unprepared, and still find the time to cry victim. The owner John had the nerve to tell me a customer he's doing me a favor. lol. I will be also reporting him to the BBB. Contractors like him and his staff makes it so hard for people to trust.

John, was professional and got the job done quickly. He replaced my water heater was able to explain everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company if you need your water heater replaced. The office was also very helpful and kind as well.

It's a long review, but I wanted people to see in detail my good experience with this company.

My water heater stopped producing hot water. Tried to reset the pilot light, called 800 number on the water heater (which was Rheem) and they tried to trouble shoot it. They diagnosed it as two possible causes and would replace the parts but not the labor. I consider myself a fairly good DIY'er by watching YouTube, and the work seemed pretty easy, but I thought this work was best to be done by a pro. Rheem directed me to their authorized technicians list (found on their website) and I called about 5 on the list and a few other plumbers I found on Yelp and Google.

JR Plumbing and Backflow was on the Rheem Water Heater recommended technicians list and I'm so glad I found them! With plumbing, pricing variances are so vast to do the same work, but JR Plumbing was most reasonable for the work that needed to be done.

Communication from the company was professional, prompt, and accommodating. John, the owner and tech, arrived on time and what impressed me was his knowledge and how respectful he was of my home and the work area. It was the small things like taking shoes off in the house without me having to ask, carrying his shoes to the basement and then putting them back on, promptly cleaning up the area, and walking me through the issues. The part Rheem sent was defective, but he said he would call them and have them overnight the new part to my home and he'd come back out. He took care of everything. All I had to do was call them once I got the part, which I did the following day. Upon receipt, he came out, installed it, and we've got hot water.

I now have JR Plumbing in my contact list should I need any future needs. This is an A+ company!

This contractor was hired and sent out as apart of a warranty claim. The tech was very rude and unprofessional as well as delayed in arriving. I'm out of a service fee as a result of their poor evaluation and reporting and they refuse to reevaluate. And then want to estimate $180 for a $25 fridge line!! Rip off!!!

These guys are great. I had Roto-Rooter do some work before, and I think I got ripped off. But NOT J.R. Plumbing! Their prices for a water heater install were totally reasonable, along with doing the work to install another hose spigot on the outside of our house.

I'm an engineer, and I really appreciated the fact that J.R. knew what he was talking about. They are a Rheem dealer and know all about the fancy new high efficiency heat-pump water heaters. If you want a real *upgrade* to your water heater then you need to call someone like J.R. that has dealt with this stuff before.

I totally recommend them and now I can say that I have a plumber that I can call whenever I need them! Thanks!

Never hire this company, they are horrible.
They canceled at the last minute, didn't explain the extra charge, and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife on the phone.
I don't care if they have done some good job in the past. That does not explain the lack of professionalism in treating their clients.

RUN from this company!

JR Plumbing is a great company. He was on time courteous and did the job right the first time. The price was good and fair.

I had three appointments scheduled with JR Plumbing and Backflow, but at none of these times did the plumber show up. The first time, they called during the appointment time to reschedule for the next morning. That would be fine, but the next morning they didn't come or call. After that second no show, I called to reschedule for the week afterwards. Again, a no show. Not recommended, and not reliable.

John was knowledgeable and responsive to all that was needed to correct the issue.

I was very pleased with the quality of service. the pricing was very good and they were very professional.I would definitely recommend them. I will use them again.

Great installation experience!

There no leak detected but I was informed of a needed safety hazard repair that was needed. I was thankful for that The faucets was easily competed. Parts ordered for water heater
