Frozen pipes

I have been using Phillips Plumbing for quite a while. I had him remove a toilet and installed a new one and fixed another leaking toilet. No issue, job well done. Recently, I had him change the water pressure valve, fix my leaking bathroom faucet and pipes under the kitchen sink. Any plumbing issues, I call Phillips Plumbing. Great customer service and efficient! He gets the job done!

Pipe broke on Christmas Eve. He came over THAT night and saved Christmas!

I had not been able to use my dishwasher for years before Eric can and fixed the piping under my sink. The water would pool at the bottoms of my dishwasher so I just thought the dishwasher didn't. When my garbage disposal broke, I finally caved and had a professional come out. Eric explained exactly what was going on between my garbage disposal, my clogged sink, and my flooded dishwasher.

Within one business day, everything was fixed and I've been using my garbage disposal and dishwasher without a hitch.

We had a emergency on Saturday morning a burst water pipe. We called Phillips Co and they were here at a reasonable time. Got estimate and work was completed that day. I would recommend Phillips company for plumbing services.

Just don't even waste your time trying to schedule with this company/Eric. I can't think of a successful company that actually prides itself on hanging up on customers. Nor can I think of a successful adult BUSINESS OWNER who throws temper tantrums when a customer tries to narrow down a scheduling window after said window has already passed. Eric, you should really be embarrassed and ashamed of your terrible behavior. I can't even vouch for his work because thankfully, we hadn't gotten that far. At the last minute he ultimately decided to not take the job. Again, thankfully. I will end this by saying I wish I could give 0 stars.

Mr. Eric knows his stuff and will take care of you!! That's why I've called him for 3 jobs and will definitely call in the future!!

I was referred to Phillips Plumbing by our home insurance company. He came out to install a leak detector and shutoff device. He arrived and was very professional and got the job done in a fast yet thorough manner. I will definitely be using Phillips Plumbing again when the need arises

Eric Phillips fixed a big outdoor plumbing issue in a timely fashion, in Covington, GA. I really appreciate his work and having the problem solved.

Mr. Phillips was sent to my home by the warranty company back in June for a kitchen faucet leak and a tub faucet leak. He stated that he fixed the kitchen leak but needed to return to fix the tub leak. He was requested by the warranty company to return. When I spoke with him about a time to come back put, he stated that I needed to be present. I was not present during the previous visit. When speaking to him the next day, he stated that he wanted to be sure to get the tech caller. I was not present during the first visit, but paid the fee by phone. When I reminded him of this, he became belligerent and very disrespectful to the point where I hung up on him because he became so irrate. I asked the warranty company not to ever send him to my home again.

Mr. Phillips. replaced my 20 year old Hot Water Heater with a brand new one. My wife and I were back in hot water 6 hours after the replacement began. He worked professionally, explained how the new heater works and how I could perform maintenance on it to keep it running in tip-top shape. Mr. Phillips' pricing was very reasonable and he used quality materials to do the installation. He was also pleasant and completely professional while performing the task. He was also respectful of the COVID-19 procedures currently in place and wore his mask the entire time he worked. I would recommend Mr. Phillips for all plumbing work and I will be using him again.

This plumber is the worst! Told me it would take 2 or 3 days to get a hot water heater! Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time! Go to home depot and have someone else install your water heater.

I would like to express that I will NEVER use Phillips Plumbing, LLC EVER again! I was referred to Phillips Plumbing, LLC by my warranty service. When I originally called, Phillips Plumbing, LLC, at 9 am, the person who answered the telephone made me feel as though I was bothering him. He did not answer with his business name and I had asked him if this was Phillips Plumbing. Once I had established that I called the correct number, he asked what issue I was having and if I had a claim number. I explained my issue and provided my claim number and he said he would call me back once he received the order.

I never received a call back. When I called Phillips Plumbing, LLC back at 7 pm, the person that answered name Eric, insisted that he was JUST about to call me. Again, I explained my issue to Eric and we set up a time for him to come repair my plumbing issue.

When Eric arrived, he was VERY rude, impatient and unkind. He walked in and demanded his payment and once I asked, “You want to be paid before you complete the work?” Eric threatened to leave. I was confused, due to I have used multiple services referred through my warranty service and have never been asked for payment before the work is complete. They usually wait, just in case the issue need additional service and they have to call the warranty company for approval. After Eric threatened to leave, I agreed to pay him and he proceeded to ask what was my issue. At this point, I have explained when I initially called, when I called back after not receiving a call back and again after payment.

After payment and explaining my issue, once again, Eric insisted that he didn’t see an issue and that I didn’t need any service. I was having a water leak in the tank and after standing in the bathroom with Eric for a long period of time listening to the leak, he finally agreed to complete the service.

I want to express that no customer should ever be treated with such rudeness and inconsideration and I will NEVER use Phillips Plumbing, LLC EVER again.

Do not use this company. HORRIBLE! I have a home warranty contract and I needed my hot water heater replaced. It's a small 50 gal water heater for a one bedroom condo. It took him a week to come out and look at it. He told me the charge would be $489 to do the work. I called the home warranty company and they said he quoted them $419 to do the work.

When i spoke to Eric about it he quoted me different numbers. When i asked him where he was getting the numbers he said it's in the pricing guide. When i asked him who's pricing guide he uses, he said Phillips Plumbing. That's his company. He's Eric Phillips.

Mr. Phillips did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. We will definitely use him again.

Eric is very rude and is clearly a misogynist. Like all other reviews on here, his company was contracted to do work through our warranty company. After arriving, he did not greet me or introduce himself to inform me who he was. Once inside my home he refused to listen to what the issue was. He argued with me the entire time he was here. He demanded I pay him upfront prior to doing any work and then did not perform any work stating there was no issue even though the toilet and sinks had overflowed the night before. After leaving my house, he called my husband on the phone and had a completely different attitude with him, was very kind and polite but continued to state there was no issue. Bottom line, this company has poor customer service and very inexperienced with repairing any sort of plumbing issues beyond attempting to snake a toilet.

He was doing a great job and on time and will ask him again for another plumbing work. Thank you, Phillips. Julie

Do not use the company. Had a service order by my warranty and the plumber did not mention that he does not take credit card when we made the appointment. He walked right out the house and said call someone else. Terrible customer service.

Eric Phillips was amazing. My entire ceiling flooded and he came out did a thorough job and provided excellent customer service. I will be using him again.

Counting my blessings: My toilet water was running quite badly. It was clear even to me that the old float wasn't shutting off the water between uses. However, the water shut off valve to the toilet wasn't working either, so this wasn't a home repair. My plumber came out the next morning (today), and fixed both problems. Mr. Phillips showed up right at the time he said, quickly assessed the problem, and repaired it on the spot (he had me send photos so he would be sure to bring the right parts). We had to dig up the water meter which had been buried, so he could shut it off (and back on) for me. All done and taken care of. Woo hoo! Highly recommended!

This is the worst company in Atlanta he never shows up half the time he says he coming then he text you saying can he make another appointment he waits until its time then text then he acts like he cant find part putting it off for weeks

This guy is the absolute worst. Do not use this company. He called my wife about the plumbing issue then asked me how I got his number after we talked the day before. Long story short he told me to get another plumber. Lol...Absolutely terrible and horrible customer service.

I needed my Pressure Relief Valve replaced. Phillips came on the time scheduled and finished the job in a very short time. He brought the materials needed and had us back up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend Phillips Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

He was on time. After looking over the area, he suggested a comparable water heater. He then picked it up and installed it. He was able to detect and solve some issues that were due to a prior renovation. At the end of the day- hot water!!
