I had a small emergency and called Atlantis. My call was answered quickly and the lady on the phone was very nice and very helpful.. I was told someone would be out the next morning. The next morning Kerry and Kevin arrived. Two of the nicest professional men I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They were efficient, did a great job and did exactly what they said they would do. Atlantis Plumbing will be my plumbing company from this day forward.

They also use a great communication platform that quickly texts and emails quotes, arrival ETAs, and invoices. Lucky to have them as our neighborhood plumbers.

This is the worst company in Atlanta he never shows up half the time he says he coming then he text you saying can he make another appointment he waits until its time then text then he acts like he cant find part putting it off for weeks

These guys are great. I had Roto-Rooter do some work before, and I think I got ripped off. But NOT J.R. Plumbing! Their prices for a water heater install were totally reasonable, along with doing the work to install another hose spigot on the outside of our house.

I'm an engineer, and I really appreciated the fact that J.R. knew what he was talking about. They are a Rheem dealer and know all about the fancy new high efficiency heat-pump water heaters. If you want a real *upgrade* to your water heater then you need to call someone like J.R. that has dealt with this stuff before.

I totally recommend them and now I can say that I have a plumber that I can call whenever I need them! Thanks!
