He showed up on time and was very helpful. He took the time to determine that I did not have a drain clog problem it was an incorrect plumbing issue from a remodel. I previously paid another drain company who cleaned the drain but did not fix the problem. I am very happy I called Roto-Rooted and would recommend you call them too.

He took a look at the problem and assessed the situation, explained to me what had to be done with an estimated quote for the repair & went to work right away! He worked very diligently and completed the task in about one hour! He was very clean and professional with the that work he did, & I will definitely be contacting Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing for all and any of my plumbing needs from here on out!

Can't say enough nice things about Zippy Plumber. I called with somewhat of an emergency situation and they had somebody over in about 2 hours and fixed the issue in 15 minutes, They were very professional and kept me informed as to when the technician would be at our house. They will definitely be the first call for my next plumbing need.

My technician Chris was amazing. He was professional, and pleasant. He quickly analyzed the problem and gave a clear explanation of the issue. I’m always fearful that a company will try to take advantage of the situation, but Chris went above and beyond and put me entirely at ease even though the problem didn’t even require his services. NEVER AGAIN......paid $1200 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...until today the problem is still there...i had to go shovel the water out of the hole that they made..my kids bathroom is a total mess. I just cant believe the owner (Ingram) said that the hole is what GOD did to us when they were the ones who drilled the dang thing. Everytime it rains water floods the second level of my house all due to the hole that they made. My kids have to breathe the disgusting air that results from the sewage that comes up. Absolutely the WORST service EVER!!!!!

I called Norwood plumbing after trying to fix a leaking tube faucet myself. The repair that I attempted made the problem about 10 time worse. James came in and had my faucet repaired quickly. I would recommend Norwood Plumbing to anyone.

I had a very unprofessional interaction with a The Dunwoody Plumber employee, or I guess could have been the owner as he looked similar to the guy on the truck.

Stopped at Jersey Mike’s to get lunch and saw a sign in the door stating masks were required. This guy has one in initially but the takes it off to make a phone call and then doesn’t put it back on. When I said to him that I would appreciate it if he would put his mask back on as it was required, his response to me was ANYTHING but professional! Then he only put it on covering his mouth and not his nose. I again asked him to put it on correctly so that it was covering his nose, I was again met with his rude and unprofessional manner. As I was leaving, I saw this same ‘gentleman’ get into a van emblazoned with ‘The Dunwoody Plumber’.

Not the best representation in my opinion and you can bet should I need a plumber in future it won’t be The Dunwoody Plumber! If you can’t be respectful to others I certainly don’t want to support your business.
