These guys are amazing. They worked with me as far as what time would be best for them to come. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Corey and his team to replace a 60 year old sewer line that runs from my house to the city sewer connection at the street. The crew that trenched my yard and installed the new pipe and water line were great. They knew what they were doing and did a professional job from start to finish. I had a total failure in my sewer line during the pandemic. Corey came over the very day I called as an emergency response. He and his high tech equipment were able to determine that roots had invaded cracks in my 93 year old sewer line.

Corey dispatched his team on a Friday to do a pipe busting technique that allowed for pipe replacement without digging up my yard. He and his team were here from 8am to 9pm on a Friday and completely reworked my sewer line.

We detected a major gas line leak on the FIRST night moving into our new house... in December... Plumber's Guild reworked their entire schedule and got to us FIRST thing the next morning. They spent the whole day repairing every micro-fracture and major leak and replacing our 100+ year old piping. They made a client for life with us after that first save-the-day repair. We're on our third repair with them now and it is so nice to have a plumber you can trust. So knowledgeable, thorough, skilled, communicative and honestly everyone who has come to our house are just good, personable, fun people. Corey and one of his guys came to take out an old hot water heater and install a new tankless hot water heater on the back of my house. They did a great job and cleaned everything once the job was finished. Great job, great price and very professional.

Corey and his team replaced our water heater a couple years back and did a super job. They recently took care of a drainage problem and replaced plumbing. Again, they were efficient, clean, and knowledgeable about how to solve the problem without spending more than necessary. Hats-off to Corey and his team!

Corey answered the call and was here within an hour. A National company had replaced a cap in my front yard 5 months ago. The cap burst in the middle of the night last night. I was able to shut off the water at 2am. I called The Plumbers Guild first thing on a Saturday morning. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, what the previous plumber didn’t do right, and fixed the problem the right way. What was most refreshing was that he stuck by his initial quote. Great service at an honest price. Will use them as my go-to going forward.

I had a small leak on my washing machine hose connection. I spoke to Corey who offered several options and dispatched Chad to diagnose further on a local level. Chad arrived ahead of schedule Zand repaired the leak in record time using the less expensive option.
I also had an old nozzle that was not functioning properly outside, and Chad offered to research getting the parts (that had to be special ordered) and return to complete the repair once the parts where secured.

We were referred to APG by a friend... and very glad we were! We had to have a natural gas line replaced (due to the old one being cut while removing the concrete). Chad came out to the house right on time and promised to be back two days later at 8:00... and sure enough, he and Corey showed up as promised and replaced the pipe. They are friendly, professional, and respectful of coming and going in and out of our house.

This was the second time I have used this company and they were great both times. Both times I had a leak.

Guilal Overcharge Plumbing has left me thoroughly disappointed and compelled to share my grievances with others. The combination of their exorbitant pricing and unsatisfactory service has made it evident that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

When I initially contacted The

Guilal for a plumbing issue, I was optimistic about receiving prompt and efficient service. However, my hopes were quickly dashed when I received the final bill. The pricing was nothing short of exorbitant, far exceeding industry standards for similar services. The shock of being overcharged left a bitter taste in my mouth and significantly tarnished my overall experience.

To make matters worse, the service I received did not justify the inflated costs. The plumber assigned to my case arrived late, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Their lack of professionalism was evident throughout the service call. They seemed ill-prepared and lacking the necessary tools to handle the job efficiently. Moreover, the quality of their work was subpar, as the plumbing issue resurfaced shortly after they left.

The Plumbers Guild owner Corey Wimpey and his crew removed a cast iron tub and old plumbing and installed new tub and rough-in for pipes for a tub/shower. The rough-in work (pipes) were loose, as in not braced to the structure correctly and also at the wrong distance from where the finish tile would be! The expensive Kohler mixing valve for the faucet was soldered incorrectly and would not work. I hired a new plumber and had to buy a new mixing valve as that one would not work! The new plumber had to take out Corey's plumbing work and redo it correctly. It ended up costing me double! Corey was supposed to come back to finish the faucet installation but since he knew he had the rough-in wrong, he never called back to finish the job. I would NOT hire him again. Also, has a bad attitude when questioned.

I am the President of the HOA Condo Board for an apartment building built in 1916, and this week we experienced an emergency leak in a cast iron pipe that effected a three condo stack. I had a leak in my house on Friday afternoon. Friday evening, I called several companies who were still open (after 5pm) most of which did not answer and others did not return my phone call. Corey picked up on the second ring! I explained to him what my issue was and he put me on the schedule the next day (which was a Saturday)! He explained the different options that he would take to figure out where the leak was coming from. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He came in, took a look, and diagnosed the issue right away. He was very efficient and fixed the issue very quickly. She scheduled me an appointment quickly for evaluation. Anselmo and Jessi evaluated my current water heater, and I needed a gas powered vent installation. I think most companies would have rescheduled me, but Anselmo and Jessi ventured to Marietta and Alpharetta before they located my unit, an A.O. Smith 50 gallon gas powered vent water heater/thermal expansion tank. It was installed that day; Anselmo is a fantastic technician and Jessi made my life easier by removing the old tank and vacuumed away so that I did not have to clean. Anselmo Mendez did a great job! Arrived on time and removed/installed a new water heater for me in less than an hour. He showed me how to set the water temperature and did me the additional favor of turning off the water to my outdoor faucets so my pipes would not freeze this winter. Highly recommend.
