These guys are great! They called and told me when they were arriving (not to the exact second, but he narrowed it down to an hour- which is far better than the phone and cable company!) ; they quickly identified the problem. And, they fixed it. I highly recommend BETTER PLUMBING SERVICES. You will NOT be disappointed in service, quality of workmanship or cost. Five stars, for sure!!

My mother had a leak in the bathroom. She realized her spare bedroom floor was soaked! She sounded panicked. She called BPS. She still so upset waiting on them to come. I called and was able to talk to Rick the owner. He called my mother for me and calmed her down so much. He was very polite! Once the tech got to her home he easily found the leak and fixed it. She was so happy. She thought it was going to be days worth of work for them! The tech also referrals for her to use to get her bedroom dried out and new carpet laid. She called them and they were also out that afternoon helping her take care of everything! It’s been about 3 weeks now. She is finished with all work. She has nothing but praise for Rick, the technician, the office staff and the people they referred her to. We are both extremely grateful to BPS! We hope to never have these kinds of issues again. If so the only place we will use will be BPS! Thank all of you SO much!!!

Called, talked to an actual person (not a voicemail), scheduled same-day service. Alan arrived a couple hours later and resolved electric water heater issue within an hour. Very pleased (especially after a few dead-end calls to other plumbers).

I am a contractor and use Better Plumbing on a regular basis. Dan came out to a kitchen remodel we were working. He showed up on time and got everything done we needed. Very professional and knows what he's doing.

Unexpectedly had to call a plumber. Within an hour and a half of calling A Better Plumbing Service, a plumber arrived at my door. Service was fine but very expensive. Replaced a $20 part on our hot water heater and was there less than 30 minutes and charged $225. Won’t use again.

I needed my PRV value replaced. They came and did that. However they made it so my outside water spigot was blocked and not functioning (do to the shark bite). They also charged me extra saying that it was in a hard to reach place and it isn’t. The water heater is in my garage and easily accessible.

If you need any plumbing work done, this is the company to call! We had a water leak and they repaired the problem with efficiency and very fair pricing. Extremely professional. In the past we have contacted other plumbing services and none came close to the 100% satisfaction of Better Plumbing!!! We are beyond satisfied customers!!! Better Plumbing will be our go to for any plumbing needs.

Update: In less than 3 hrs of my original post, I received a call from Owner R. Ingram. He was very kind and interested in learning what happened, and wants to get things right.
He didn't reference the post or ask me to change anything. Thanks for caring enough about my experience to call. Original Post: They were available to replace a broken water heater but in hindsight, I wished I had waited 1 day and let High Priority Plumbing do the job instead because Better Plumbing prices are higher, but product and service is inferior. A year after the heater was installed, a part failed. Better Plumbing wouldn't contact Rheem to get the part and was going to charge me more than High Priority to repair the heater. The High Priority plumber, communicated with Rheem. If you just need a job done, this company is fine, but if you want a great experience and company that really stands behind their work, you might want to consider other options.

I moved to GA 11 years ago. I have used Better Plumbing for all my plumbing needs since then. The owner Rick Ingrahm is as honest, as the day is long. He knows his stuff and has the best employees. They come out, all business, get to work, find the problem and get to work, fixing it! I have had to call on them, 6 or 7 times, over the years and again, just recently. NEVER AGAIN......paid $1200 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...until today the problem is still there...i had to go shovel the water out of the hole that they made..my kids bathroom is a total mess. I just cant believe the owner (Ingram) said that the hole is what GOD did to us when they were the ones who drilled the dang thing. Everytime it rains water floods the second level of my house all due to the hole that they made. My kids have to breathe the disgusting air that results from the sewage that comes up. Absolutely the WORST service EVER!!!!!

Their technician Dan did a wonderful job.He was very thorough and gave attention to detail in workmanship.I have used better plumbing services before and I was never disappointed with their professionalism. If I could say it in one word- Outstanding !!!!

Called for a neighbor's plumbing emergency. They responded within an hour and had the problem resolved. Office staff is courteous, prompt and professional. And the plumber who responded was quick and proficient. I'd always recommend Better Plumbing Service!

They are dependable and honest. Super helpful. The front office ladies are so sweet. The plumbers are very respectable and try their best to explain to me what is going on lol. I will definitely be using them again 😊

On 101921, Better Plumbing Services, 1216 Green St. SW, Conyers Ga, replaced the garbage disposal in my kitchen. I paid $395.00 for this service.
Shortly after, ran my dishwasher and it would not drain. Now I’m a busy person, and not above washing dishes by hand, so it wasn’t until today that I got an appliance repair man to come look at my dishwasher. I thought choosing to call an appliance repair man was what a typical, prudent, person would do! Well, the appliance repair man found that the reason my dishwasher would not drain was because the garbage disposal was improperly installed (there is a plastic plug that must be knocked out so the dishwasher will drain). I paid $183.95 to have this fixed today.

Immediately called Better Plumbing Services to request they reimburse me for the repair charge I incurred due to their improper installation of the garbage disposal. I was told, sorry, they can’t do that because I did not call them to fix it. How am I suppose to know that my dishwasher problem was caused by their botched installation of my garbage disposal.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I had a water leak and I called Better Plumbing Services and Better Plumbing was there within the hour to fix the leak. Price was very good and they followed up with me. I would use them again if the need arises.

My house I just bought suddenly started gushing out water from one of my pipes and I called Better Plumbing Services around 5 AM on a Sunday and they answered when all the other 24/7 plumbing services did not answer. They dispatched out Josh and Rachel who were absolutely great. They came on time and were professional. While working both Josh and Rachel explained what they were doing so nothing seemed like funny business. Josh even pointed out other things he saw but never tried to upsell me. Just advised me on them because he saw that I have children. He didn't lollygag or go out to his truck and get tools for 30 mins. He was constantly working even to the point where he was breaking a sweat. If you choose this company, please request for Josh and Rachel to come and fix whatever is going wrong for you

Had guts in toliet repaired with my kit I purchased and was charged $225.00 and...it was leaking afteI paid 410 dollars for 2 gut replacements and r repair. Not only leaking but loose the whole toliet.

Needed a leaky faucet fixed sameday. They sent someone in reasonable time. They were fast and I had no issues. Would definitely use them again.
