I had a Jacuzzi installed by this company. They did a great job. The plumber that came in was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me step by step in terms that I could understand. This was one of the few pleasurable experiences that I have had with companies in a service industry. The best part of it all was that it didn't cost me as much as I thought it would.
Called this place 2x and left messages-no one ever returned my call. Guess they have enough money and don't need any more business. I certainly won't call back a 3rd time. I'll take my business to someone who can at the very least return a call.

I was remodeling my home and I needed the gas line for my fire place moved over about 7ft. Steve from Norwood Plumbing got it done for me. It was a hassle free service call just the way I like it. I will be referring Norwood Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

I used Norwood Plumbing to replace my toilet. the plumber did an excellent job. He even went the extra mile by clearing a sink for me. I'll be using these guys from now on.

We had a continually growing wet spot in the ceiling. We ignored it for months until finally the ceiling caved in. It was a disaster. We new that it would be expense but it had to be fixed. I called Norwood Plumbing. They were great. They were able to fix the the leak and a much cheaper price than we expected. They were also able to finance us since we didn't have the money upfront for the repairs. This is a great plumbing company.
Norwood Plumbing replaced a sewage ejector pump in my home. They were fast and they did a great job. I'm having 5hem come back out to replace a toilet.
I Have a salon in my home and I needed to replace my regular sink with a salon sink. I called Norwood Plumbing to do the work. They did a great job. It looks really professional and they did not leave a mess behind. The plumber was really nice and he gave me some free advice on how to save energy with my water heater.

My water bill was very high so I called my water company for an explanation. they told me that I probably had a leak somewhere. I called Norwood Plumbing to see if they could find a leak. They discovered that the toilet in my bathroom had been running constantly causing the huge water bill. They got the toilet fixed that same day. I'm glad I found a great company that knew what they were doing.

Norwood plumbing had a very fast response when a pipe bursted under my house. I did get some water damage but their quick response and repair saved me a lot of money. I like the fact that the job was done professionally and quickly.
I own an Exxon gas station. The toilet was backing up onto the floor. I called Norwood Plumbing to get this emergency issue resolved as quickly as possible. They were out to my business within an hour. The plumber snaked the toilet and had it repaired in 20 minutes. Great positive experience.

I've read through the reviews and some explained they had challenges getting through. Unfortunately, I've been calling all morning and am yet to get a live person. I would recommend investing in a part-time person that can take calls to set up appointments. We live in a fast paced world where we just don't have time to leave a message and hope someone gets back. Not being able to get a hold of a live person could be costing more than hiring a part-time person to answer calls. Just a thought.
I have used Norwood Plumbing 2 times and I was happy with the service both times. this second time was to repair a toilet that had water coming from the base. They pulled the toilet and replaced the gasket. That resolved my issue

I had the best experience ever with this company. My toilet backed up in the middle of the night. I called Norwood Plumbing at 1:45 am and the plumber was there by 2:30 am. He repaired my toilet and even helped me to clean up the mess.
After I made an initial call, my tenant set an appointment with Alvin to repair a leak. I wish I could report on what kind of job Norwood Plumbing did, but they were NO CALL, NO SHOW. The height of unprofessionalism. I gave one star because I couldn't give ZERO.

Glen from Norwood Plumbing came out to my college park home within an hour of my call. He was very thorough and he got the leak in my sink repaired quickly.
It was a very good experience working with Sam from Norwood plumbing. I contacted them over a holiday and a weekend and I was able to get someone out to my home by Monday for the work I needed done which was fine. Sam came in looked at everything in matter of minutes he told me what I needed do be done and gave me my quote which was reasonable. I agreed and he went and got the materials and my toilets were up in running in no time.
I will definitely use Norwood plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

I heard water running behind my kitchen wall. I also smelled mildew. After about to months I finally called a plumber to have it checked out. Steve from Norwood Plumbing discovered that there was a pipe leaking badly and rotting away my floor boards. I did a great job at repairing the leak and referring someone who could replace the rotten wood.

I had to have the water line outside of my home replaced. I called several college park plumbers that would not be able to do it in a timely manner. Norwoood Plumbing was able to get out in the morning to access the issue and they had it repaired that same evening. This was by far the best experience that I have had with a plumber.
I was amazed at the job the plumbers did when they came in and install my toilet. The installation was fast and there was hardly no clean up on my part at all. They did an awesome job and I would recommend this company to anyone that may need their service.

We had water in the cabinet area that continued to reappear after we dried it out but couldn't find a leak. We finally decided to call a plumber for help. Norwood Plumbing discovered that the leak was in a water line that ran behind the dishwasher. They got it repaired and we haven't had a problem since. We were pleased with their work

I noticed that my water bill had been really high the past few months. When it got too high I finally called a plumber. They found a leak in my backyard that I didn't know was there. Thy discovered that I had an old water line that had rusted out and was leaking underground. They were able to fix it immediately. Thanks to Norwood Plumbing my water bill is lower.

I recently bought my house and now I'm finding out that the builders cut lots of corners. Unfortunately the plumbing was poor. I had to have the entire line that leads from my house to the city sewer replaced. It was not cheap but Norwood Plumbing had the best price and they did a great job. They had to dig up my yard to do the repairs but it looked really good when they were done. Now my toilets and faucets are draining correctly.
I had water backing up into the basement through the washing machine drain. I thought that the washing machine drain pipe was clogged. I called Norwood Plumbing and they discovered that the main drain line from the house to the street was clogged. The y had to dig up my yard and get under a concrete slab to access the clog but they got it taken care of. I am a satisfied customer. I will be using Norwood Plumbing anytime I have a plumbing issue.
