I was referred to Blue Skies Atlanta by a friend. My hot water heater went out on a holiday plus it was a weekend. Gareth returned my call immediately on a holiday, he sent out one of his employees the next day to replace my hot water heater. Jonathan called and gave me a time frame that he would be at my house and he did arrive in that time frame. Jonathan was very nice, professional and very efficient. Jonathan even called me the following day to make sure everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend Blue Skies Atlanta. They are the best!!!😁

I had a blockage in the main line which disabled the entire plumbing system of my house. I contacted BSA and requested help for my service issue, and within minutes, I got a call from the owner of the company, who personally came out to my house to evaluate the repair. Afterwards, he called in a company plumber and both entered the crawlspace and proceeded to cut out a section of pipe to clear out the blockage and promptly restored service to the house. I was extremely pleased with the entire service experience and would highly recommend this company!

Gareth was referred to us by our neighborhood plumber for some work related to our septic project. Gwinnett county no longer allows dual tanks, so we needed a pump put in to divert our basement septic flow to the larger tank in our backyard. This would have been a massive headache but Gareth made it very easy. He was clear in communication and he and his coworker William knocked it all out in one day. He also referred an electrician to us to install a new circuit for the pump. Thanks again Gareth!

Called for a quote on an old leaky tank and was able to get a replacement and it installed about an hour later. The owner and the person who installed the tank was very polite and helpful and even helped me locate an AC company. Would recommend to any and everybody.

Rinnia Jacuzzi tankless water malfunction. Error code 12 resolved. Fixed the same day. Exhaust Pipe came loose in the attic. Discovered during inspection and put back together. I did not have hot water for a week. I don’t know these things or else I would have resolved it myself and that is why we needed a professional.

Called on Wednesday job done Thursday at a reasonable rate. No issues to complain about 👍

I cannot recommend Blue Skies enough. They (Jonathan) were helpful in every aspect of the process and professional to a T. We had a huge project that included installing a tankless water heater and digging up old pipes from the house to the street. They were on time, stuck to budget (which was a very fair price), and kept us updated on their progress along the way. If you need any plumbing inspection or work done, you'll be so happy you called Blue Skies. I wish every service provider was as great as they are.

We had our tankless water heater upgraded with Blue Skies. The did not charge to come give a quote like several other companies I called, which I really appreciated. Their price was great for the service and they even repaired an issue with our PRV without charging extra. Our plummer Harun was great to work with and stayed late to make sure the job got done despite a late start due to an emergency call. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Skies in the future.

I discovered Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing from the Lilburn Local page on Facebook. I called because I had a clogged shower drain. The person who answered the phone was professional and scheduled me for an appointment ASAP. I received 2 phone calls after that keeping me informed of the plumbers arrival time. Gareth arrived exactly on time, unclogged my drain quickly, and was very polite, professional and helpful. I will absolutely use Blue Skies Atlanta for all of my plumbing repairs from now on.

When my water heater died and was leaking, first I called another large local plumber. They sent someone right out, charged me $69 for an estimate, and quoted a price which I thought was too high. After asking around to others in my neighborhood, I called Blue Skies and they sent someone right out to give a free estimate. The price they quoted was 15% less, and seemed more reasonable so I went for it. The plumber (Harun) got me a new water heater, installed it, and brought all my fittings up to code, then he ran me through everything I needed to know about adjusting and maintaining the water heater. They will definitely be my first call next time I have a plumbing issue.

I was merging onto 78 this morning and had nowhere to go other than straight. One of your drivers proceeded to stay in the far right lane and did not allow me to merge onto the interstate. This is unethical and a dangerous safety hazard.

As the ambassador of your company, you need to retrain your drivers on road laws and safety.

This is the best plumbing company. If you have a plumbing issue call them. You will not be disappointed. Scheduling the service was very easy, the team arrived on time and did the repair I needed very fast and with very high quality. I had a slab leak which involved locating the leaking pipe; demolition of the concrete, exposing the pipe, repair and building back up the concrete. It is a difficult repair but Jonathan and Rayan did everything with a smile on their faces and very friendly attitude. They even cleaned everything at the end . I am very happy with my choice to call this business. Most importantly their prices are more than acceptable compared to the estimates from other companies. Blue Skies Atlanta- remember that name if you have plumbing issues.

Jonathan was great! Extremely helpful and personable. And fast! He even fixed a tub drain during the estimate process - took him all of 30 seconds, but would have taken me 30 min to figure it out. Estimate was free and was very competitive with another company. Easy decision to go with Blue Skies. He was even able to do same-day repairs (initially just requested an estimate). We have found Gareth, the owner of Blue Skies Atlanta, to be a professional, trustworthy, honest, and lightening-fast plumber. His can do attitude and flexibility on the job is most appreciated, and I genuinely trust his work, knowing it will be done - and done right.

For example, we had an HVAC installer who overtightened our hot water heater intake valve, resulting in no hot water. We were told all the hot water heater piping needed to be replumbed to correct the issue, and the estimate was outrageous. We held off until Gareth was able to swing by the next day in-between jobs. He quickly assessed the situation, and provided an interim solution which gave us hot water right away until he could return in a few days to install the replacement valve, which he did. Problem solved, and the price was right!

As part of our kitchen reno project, Blue Skies Atlanta capped off existing water lines and ran new ones to the relocated washing machine, installed a new hot water heater (challenging due to its location), installed a new garbage disposal and sink drain, and hooked up the dishwasher. We also had Gareth convert the 3-handle shower valves to 1 lever in 2 bathrooms. The quality of work, professionalism, punctuality, and pricing can't be beat. We are very pleased with their work and will continue to use Blue Skies Atlanta for all our plumbing needs!

He took the time to explain everything he did and to show us step by step how he fixed the problem. Very impressed with the service and will definitely call them again with our plumbing issues.

We had a complicated job that I was anticipating would take 2-3 days to complete but he and Ryan came out and got it all done in a matter of hours while we were working from home. I’m a first time home owner and I punctured two holes into a pipe while trying to mount a broom holder. I assumed I hit a metal beam and not a water pipe. Such a rookie mistake!

I removed the screws and spackled the wall and asailed all was well.

The hole slow leaked for a little while so I didn’t notice it until the paint started to change colors. I called Blue Skies and scheduled an appointment. William came out and confirmed my error and was able to fix it with no problem. He was even able to save the dry wall so I wouldn’t have to purchase a new sheet for a small fix. Blue Skies Atlanta is a great company and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is not my first time using Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing. They've been super responsive to my new home's plumbing needs and are always on time, courteous, and professional.

This time around we had Jonathan come in to help resolve a pipe issue we've been experiencing, and not only did he detect the problem and suggest a solution, he fixed it right then and there.

I used Blue Skies to replace my water heater. They were very responsive when I called and set up an appointment the day I called. The technician, Harun, arrived right on time as promised. It was immediately evident he was professional and knowledgeable. He got to work right away. He took his time to do it well, even though he finished late on a Friday night. Along the way he explained everything he was doing, and was honest and upfront about pricing. I would absolutely call them again.

Had major plumbing work recently done by Brad (highly experienced), and interacted with Gareth, the owner, periodically throughout the project. Gareth is one of the most reputable business owners I have ever dealt with. It reminds me when companies would operate with the philosophy customer is king. You will get the royal treatment when dealing with Gareth and his team and you need to look no further for another plumbing company for your needs.

My husband and I saw the truck in our neighborhood and it was right on time as we had a leak from a bathroom running through our garage a few days prior. We called and were able to obtain an appointment for a tech to come out immediately. Brad was sent to us and he fixed our leak the same day! Brad was very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We hope to not have any pesky leaks in the future, but if we do, we'll be reaching back out to Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing for sure!

Unbelievable great service! You can tell they love what they do. Showed me the problem on camera and was able to clear the clog. Offered a follow up for a more permanent fix to tree roots growing into sewer pipes. Owner called after to follow up on the job!

My wife and I are a bit picky and typically do not care for most of the repair people that come to our house. Harun was awesome. He was on time, nice, professional and fixed our problem…clogged toilet. He was determined not to let the clog defeat him. We are very happy.

We have used Blue Skies for a small project in the past just new toilets in three bathrooms but when we decided to add a bathtub into our master bathroom we knew we wanted a plumber we could trust and that was Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing, they explain what they are doing, they have fair prices and outstanding customer service.

Our water heater went out in the after noon and Ryan replaced it by the evening. Easy to work with. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. Had a leaking pipe and needed a quick repair. They walked me through shutting everything off on the phone and then had someone out here quickly to repair. Very professional, great work, trustworthy and honest, and good value. Will absolutely use them again.

Blue Skies was excellent! They came the next day and completed the work. Great customer service and at a reasonable price. Gareth did plumbing work on our house a while back when he was at a different company. The work was solid and held up nicely. After digging for a bit, I was able to track him down and I’m so happy that I found him and Blue Skies. In my opinion, straight forward and pleasant is what you will get with this business.

We've used this plumbing company twice now and have been very happy with their responsiveness, quality work, and reasonable prices. The last time Ryan came to the service call and he was very quick. I appreciated that although he had to cut into the drywall for the repair he took care to cut it neatly and save the drywall so we could easily repatch the wall. Thanks, Ryan!

Imagine my surprise when I walked down into my basement and discovered a random open pipe gushing water. I am a DIY girl, but leave the professional things to professionals. This company was that and beyond.
Their office kept me always in mind and called to make sure my dogs were taken care of before they arrived.
Harun was timely and super informative. Being a diy-er, he answered all my 1000 questions and gave me future troubleshooting lookouts. He was just down to earth, genuine and knowledgeable.
Their company even wears booties which is so refreshing to know they are professional but also respectful of my house.
