We had a pipe burst at our house on mother's day morning and Peach Plumbing had someone out there an hour later to fix it on a Sunday morning. They did a great job for a fair price and were friendly doing it.

Doug & Brian came out to fix our pipes that were impacted by the freeze in Atlanta and busted. We had to work with a masonry to get to the pipes so it was tricky coordinating schedules but Peach Plumbing made it so easy and were a joy to work with!

It is so important to find a trustworthy plumbing company and we have found ours with Peach Plumbing. I would highly recommend their services. We had a issue with a water pipe and they came out on a Saturday night and took their time to diagnose the root cause of the problem. I am thankful for this as it prevented a major problem. Highly professional and courteous. If you want an honest opinion and someone who will treat you right, it is worth the call. We will never use anybody else.

They are no-shows. I called them, & made an appointment for the next day. Instead of coming, they called to say that, We have to delay your service by a day. I agreed, but they did not come the next day and they did not call to alert me. When I called them, they said, There will be another delay. We called you to warn you. Available and reliable for a repair we needed on a weekend.

We needed a plumber at 3 o'clock in the morning for a major main water leak outside. We did an Internet search and made the call. David was extremely responsive and it turned out to be a complicated problem which he was able to fix. This is a great company. I would certainly call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I arrived home from a three-week trip to discover my water was turned off. Peach Plumbimg came within an hour and Made a repair immediately. I was really impressed with the speed and quality of the work and was able to rest assured there on the spot! They will be the only company I will call in the future!

I have used this company before and the service was good. But this last service was not good at all my problem was worst than when I called them out. they did not even do a temporary fix. I can't even use my bathroom now I spent 600.00 dollars and now they tell me I need to spent 11,000 dollars more. Mud was left on my living room floor. I have had other plumbers come out for service this was the worst. they always fixed the problem

Hot water heater blew up, called these guys first thing and they had us back up by 11:00 am same day. Crew was super nice and were even kind to our dog. Totally recommend.

We had an after hours leak along our first floor ceiling from an upstairs tub and they came sooner than their quoted time and worked that evening to find and stop the leak and unfortunately didn’t have exactly the part needed that night and had to return the next morning but was on time the following day finished the job promptly upon return. We were very grateful for this speedy service!

I called Peach Plumbing & Drain after we found a water leak under our house in our crawl space. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the plumber (Jeff) who showed up promptly to identify the problem. He immediately greeted me with a smile upon his arrival. He was quite honestly one of, if not, the nicest service providers I've ever had over to my home. As for the water leak issue, he quickly identified the problem and offered me various solutions to fix it. I was extremely pleased with the reasonable cost of fixing the leak as well as the additional work on repairing our water heater. All ethical business owners should honor the contract when one of their plumbers needs to properly install a significant piece of equipment that fails within twenty-four hours, offer a partial refund, and apologize.

But Mr. Weimar would rather deny his company's incompetence and blame it on the high water pressure required to supply 127 townhomes since 1986. Based on my interaction with Mr. Weimar, he cannot afford to write a check for $7500 for the partial refund and non-performance.

Mr. Weimar assisted the association pays to his company $11,750 before completing the job. The partial refund includes $2150 in property damage because his plumber failed to call in utilities before digging and struck our street light junction box. A promising sign is that an individual needs to be more professionally committed and less desperate to engage in work beyond their skill set.

Adding insult to our injuries, even though there was no signed, expressed, or implied agreement for additional exploratory leak detection after several days of troubleshooting, Mr. Weimar is counter-suing our HOA association for $1650, claiming we did not pay for a half day.

According to our gate entry log, Mr. Weimar's assertion has no merit since we did not have a water leak on Friday, August 26, 2022, and Mr. Weimar cannot prove his plumber was on our property.

Since we paid Peach Plumbing and Drain, LLC, for the back-filling service, when his plumber returned the following Monday to complete the job, he was on site for almost two hours before reporting a new leak. We found a qualified mechanical plumbing company that installed two compression couplings within hours. Another $5275 went to them to correct and repair the docile water pipe that Peach Plumbing and Drain, LLC could not accomplish.

Beware of a plumbing business that does not publish a brick-and-mortar location which could help Mr. Weimar avoid ongoing accountability. It's worth a few minutes to check a business's reputation with the BBB on the front end.

Peach Plumbing was great! We had a pipe burst at 8:30 am and they were able to come out within 2 hours and assist. I called many plumbers and all were unable to help until the following day, but Peach was able to bump me up in line as an emergency and come to help ASAP. When they arrived they were friendly and professional and were able to fix my pipe within the hour! We will be using Peach Plumbing again for all of our plumbing needs. First of all, the customer service rep placed more emphasis on payment for service, rather than the issue at hand. Yes, the techs came out and forced air to unclog the toilet, but the two techs also said their wasn’t anything else wrong with the toilet when there was obviously signs the tank wasn’t filling with water.
Less than 15 minutes of labor and over $450 later, the root of the problem was not identified nor repaired. Basically paid for a band-aid!
Definitely a rip-off!!!

Ramon and Teudy were fantastic. They came in quickly as this was an after hours service request. They had on their masks and shoe coverings which put my mind at ease due to the pandemic. They quickly triaged my problem and gave me a quote on-site. They unclogged my drain quickly that same evening and then were very thorough in running the water and making sure there were no additional issues. I cannot recommend this team enough!

I woke up Sunday morning to a wet soggy carpet. It appeared that I had a leak around a screw in the toilet. I tried to remember if it was righty/tighty but then the screw fell out and I was well on the way to having an indoor pool. I was panicking, and I called Peach Plumbing. The dispatcher was very pleasant and quickly got someone to help me. She helped me calm down enough to figure out how to turn the water off. The plumbers were very professional and clean. They quickly replaced the toilet, did not try to sell me unnecessary services and helped me clean up the water. The next time I need a plumber I will not just pick randomly. Peach Plumbing will now be my only choice.

Unbelievable! I just paid $69 for Peach Plumbing to come out and tell me they wanted way TOO MUCH ($478) to install a faucet! That's robbery! I won't support a company that does this and I recommend no one should.

They arrived next morning for a non-urgent issue. They arrived on time and called ahead of time and sent a picture of the plumber coming. They fixed the issue quickly and saved me a good bit of money when I had bought the part the day before that I thought I needed for them but they actually had the piece in the truck already! Overall definitely recommend them and will use them again for future needs.

July 13, 2020, I called Peach Plumbing & Drain to help me find a leak inside or outside my house. Peach Plumbing & Drain Plumber came by and determine a leak detection company was warranted. July 14, 2020, American leak Detection discovered there was a water line leak next to the front of the house's exterior water faucet. July 16, 2020, the trench was done and the waterline was replaced. July 23, 2020, I purchase sod to cover the bare locations on the grass, however when I turn on my sprinkler system, it did not work. I reached out to Peach Plumbing & Drain and was told by the owner to call back in two weeks, on his decision. I have texted Peach Plumbing & Drain (August 17, 2020) and called them several times (August 17 and August 20, 2020, no call back) asking them their decision; I was told owner was notified. I am being ignore with no response from anyone from the owner to his representative.

I have a older home with poly pipes, and lately they have become worrisome. When i called them to get a plumber out, the receptionist was very friendly and responsive. When the plumber Chris, and his partner came out the next day they sprung into action they found and repaired the leak which was not easy to get to. They both were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done, i mean they take pictures and everything! If you are having any kind of plumbing isses call these guys they are worth the money.

This is by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. I had a pipe burst from my refrigerator line in an extremely difficult place to fix (I am the middle unit of a condo). We needed a pressure gauge put in behind our ice machine and the entire process of booking was a breeze and very professional. I'm fairly used to getting the run around from service techs and it was refreshing to do business with a company that does what they say they will.

Peach Plumbing and Repair is a life saver and we will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

We recently purchased an older home in-town and several nights ago had sewage backing up / actively coming into our basement. A service tech was able to come out at 11:30pm and quickly identify / stop the issue. They had a team out the next day to confirm and clear the system, and were able to complete extensive work to fully replace the main drain system within 3 days.

Mike and Ethan were communicative, thorough, fair and did an excellent job working with us and our needs.

We were out of town when we saw on our Nest camera that our basement was flooding for the third time thanks to the City of Atlanta’s mistake. We felt helpless being away from our house, while we watched our basement flood via camera. We called Peach Plumbing and Drain and their owner and two of their plumbers were at our house within minutes. They took care of the situation until we could get home, and liaised with the City’s crew when they arrived on site.

We had to have some plumbing repaired because of the issues caused by the city, and they took care of us in the best way possible. Their impeccable work, attention to detail, and thoroughness resolved our issues completely. They’ve been our first call for everything in the weeks following our problems with the city. They even found some things that the city hadn’t repaired correctly on the city’s side when they ran a camera on the line. We were able to send this footage to the city and have them fix everything once and for all, all thanks to Peach Plumbing and Drain.

I have been using Peach Plumbing & Drain for the last few years and have developed a good relationship with ownership, dispatch, and their technicians. They are the best. They have installed a backflow preventer, rebuilt 2 toilets, installed a water heater expansion tank, done several leak detection tests, scoped a water line, and repaired a streetside service line leak. Their pricing is fair and their employees could not be more professional. I could not recommend them enough!

Doug Loudermilk and his partner were great. They installed 3 new faucets. At their recommendation, we purchased the faucets. Because of the flimsiness of the drain parts, we had problems with one of them. They returned without complaint, figured out that the piece that was problematic was not made of sturdy material, and found a metal replacement part made by the makers of our faucet and installed them. They were cheerful, knew what they were doing, also responded promptly.
Danielle, who answered the phone and scheduled the appointments was
cheerful and efficient, and is an asset to the business.

After a month the problem came back, another plumber said the problem was not a clogged pipe but inadequate fall of the waste line- it was the problem for the condo association- no charge to me. I did call Peach back - they said they would get back with me- still haven’t heard back. Crickets.

Called for a stain on ceiling we thought might have been caused by master bath.The guys quickly assessed the situation and solution in a practical manner. The stain had been caused by a toilet that had run continuously while out of town - water is insidious.

I had a small leak in my wall that I was able to find but not fix which is why I needed a plumber. I worked with Danielle in the front office and Steve was the plumber sent to my home. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. I felt very comfortable with Steve’s professionalism and thought he did a great job. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Price paid exactly matched what I was quoted. I especially appreciated the extra time Steve took to avoid damage to my molding which saved me on the repair cost for the wall. I detected a huge leak on a Sunday evening in the kitchen. I stepped into over a foot of water. The plumbers were very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and took care of the problem. I highly recommend them!

I had a pipe leaking under my sink that I just couldn't fix myself. He fixed it quickly and I haven't had a problem since! The service was excellent and the plumber was polite and very knowledgeable and they were very affordable. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again should I need to.

Ramon and T came out several times for a plumbing issue we had over 4th of July. They were so kind, professional, and truly passionate about what they do.

I had a freeze break in a pipe that cost $1500 and three separate trips to fix. It just didn't feel like they really cared about doing the job right the first time, or working with me to make things right in the end. It was all about bottom line, squeezing every penny they could out of a vulnerable customer, and certainly didn't care about consumer loyalty. Since I was told their work is covered, I continued using them to fix the problem, but the costs kept mounting after each visit. The manager, Steve, constantly interrupted me, and was very dismissive when we tried to work out a resolution. First and last time using Peach Plumbing & Drain.

They saved us! It was a Saturday morning and the sprinkler system just exploded with water. We couldn’t turn off the emergency valve or the main without turning off water to the whole house. Peach Plumbing was so kind, responsive and professional.

They can't replace a simple washer in a water faucet and will only replace the entire faucet. Cost of installing a new outside faucet > $500. Ridiculous. I had paid their $69 evaluation fee to find that out.

We had a burst pipe in our basement on Christmas Eve. After several companies failed to respond, Peach plumbing had a plumber at our home within an hour. The repair was completed quickly and correctly, all on Christmas Eve. 5 start service!

Our service technician was extremely professional and helpful! Job was completed quickly and efficiently.

We had a water line break in my town home community one night that shut off water to all residents. We called Peach Plumbing that night and they had someone on site within the hour. It ended up being an extensive job, but they stayed through the night to get the job done. I've since used them to replace a water heater at my house and a running toilet. I highly recommend the firm.

Called for help to identify and repair a leak on 10/9/20. The technician arrived to my home without a mask and was inside my home for ~5 minutes before immediately diagnosing the leak as coming from a shower floor. When I offered him to check other areas in the bathroom to look, he declined and insisted my issue was with the shower. Two days later I had discovered more water in another area where the plumber declined to investigate previously. Turns out, the leak was coming from another area and was repaired by another company. I called Peach Plumbing to look into a possible refund as the $70 diagnosis fee did not seem warranted with the lack of investigation. I was told that I would hear from the owner over a week ago. Since then, I have called repeatedly and still not heard anything, despite the receptionist telling me that my complaint had been brought to the owner multiple times now.

Whenever I call for an appointment, there is plenty of flexibility for an appointment and Danielle picks up on the first ring like clockwork every time. I have worked with several of the plumbers at Peach and have enjoyed most working with the A-Team of Doug and Jamal, who are always punctual, courteous, and allow for me to oversee their work due to my pure curiosity of certain plumbing fixes. I have been working with Peach for over 1.5 years now and they have assisted me with drawing a new water and drain line from the street, up a side yard, and into an unfinished annex above my detached garage, as well as have been on-call for a toilet that could never stop running (source of a high water bill), installation of new kitchen and bathroom faucets, as well as updating some under sink plumbing throughout my 2005 home that could use some new stop valves. The gentlemen are professional, explain things to me thoroughly and upfront, and understand my need to update my home ahead of a sale in the next 6 months, so do not attempt to over-scope on any one request. I trust these guys and have referred them to my own parents for similar large jobs. Very tricky tub-drain install as the original install was done from the lower floor which is now inaccessible. As a builder, I was impressed.

Hands down the most professional and thoughtful service experience I've had to date. recently purchased a new condo and had a body sprayer in my shower get stuck so that the only way to shut if off was to shut off the main water valve. Chip, the owner, was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my issue and diagnose potential scenarios of what it could be on the phone, and was able to get the nicest technician, Rodney, out that day to work on the issue! After we acquired the right part, and stopped the sprayer from running, I felt so confident in their services that I hired them for an additional job of replacing a pressure gauge, which Rodney completed in a very timely manner and even mopped up any mess and hauled away the replaced parts! My toilet would not flush due to a block in the line and Peach Plumbing & Drain came out that same afternoon. I did have a small issue, but I do not say that to reflect negatively as mistakes happen. We have had hit or miss experiences with plumbers but used Peach Plumbing & Drain today and cannot say enough good things about the experience. Easy to book a time and about an hour before they showed we got both a phone call with the exact ETA as well as a very helpful email with the name/picture of the plumber who would show up. The actual service was practical and honest without any unnecessary work being done as well as giving good maintenance advice - and they do everything online so we immediately got an invoice with all the details and assessment. Super helpful and professional - keep them in your rolodex!

We are huge fans of Peach Plumbing and Drain. We had a nasty leak from an upstairs bathroom into a room below. They came our quickly, located the problem and fixed the problem in record time and we were very impressed by how tidy they were and sensible, installing an access panel in a wall where there wasn't one before. We've also had them install a whole-house water filtration system and help us solve toilet clogging issues. Great company, with great people.

Christopher (and another guy, sorry I can't remember his name) was my technician! I had an emergency on my hands because there was a leak in my house but I couldn't find exactly where it was coming from. The guys showed up at 9, found the problem, showed me a quote, went to get the part, and came back to fix the problem all within an hour!! They were done by 10 !! They had a great sense of humor and gave me some tips too. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought the quote was a tad bit pricey...but it had to be done. Will definitely use Peach Plumbing again and will be requesting these guys!

We needed emergency diagnosis of a kitchen faucet water leak on a holiday. Ramon and T came out, made the diagnosis for where the leak was and removed the damaged faucet. We opted to get the new faucet ourselves and install. Ramon and T were efficient and specific in diagnosing the problem and communicating our options. Of all the plumbing services we called today for help with this issue, Peach answered the most quickly and sent qualified plumbers to diagnose and begin the repair.

I had a difficult situation where it was hard to determine where the leak was coming from, but they did the best they could to ferret it out with minimal upheaval and expense. They had to come out several times but did their best to take care of me and of my home.

This was my first time using the services of Peach Plumbing and I was pleased. My toilet was acting up and I was able to call on a Monday morning and get an appointment that same day. Jeff came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He did a great job in no time and made sure the toilet worked right before he left. I will use their services again. I need to replace all my bathroom faucets (I will purchase them) and he quoted me a fair price to install them.

Doug came out early to our appointment and he was very knowledgeable and kind. We had 2 other plumbers come out before him and they both told us to replace the water heater without even looking at it. We were trying to not replace the water heater because we were moving soon.Doug gave us all of our options and told us that after trying a few things it still may have to be replaced. Thankfully he was able to fix it without replacing it which saved us over $1000. I highly recommend Doug and Peach Plumbing. Great experience and they are very honest. Hard to come by these days.

Very expensive. I was charged $750 for a faucet and garbage disposal installation. I was told that the cost was less if I supplied the items, which I did. I think it was extremely expensive.

We had a late-night house emergency on the first day of moving into our new home, and Peach Plumbing & Drain came within the hour to help us!! Excellent service at a fair price. We had a clog in our drainage line to the sewer and tried multiple times to fix the problem on our own. Peach installed a clean out and removed the clog (permenantly). Not a single issue since. It saved us a ton of money, as we thought we needed to replace the drainage line. Other plumbing companies would have defaulted to the most expensive option. That was not the case with these guys. I highly recommend Peach and will definitely use them again.

We had a hot water heater leaking and Peach plumbing sent someone out within the hour on a Saturday morning. Our hot water heater was 12 years old so time for a new one. Ramon was our tech and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive throughout. The installation was quick and they did not leave any mess. 5 stars!

Chris was on-time and provided best- and worst-case estimates before getting started on a suspected drain-waste-vent clog. He quickly found and fixed the blockage without requiring the auger, resulting in a best-case bill! We will use Peach Plumbing again!

Peach Plumbing is the only plumber I trust -- and I am so thankful for their fast response, honest and fair estimates, thorough work and trustworthy technicians! I called Peach Plumbing at 6pm when my master bathroom faucets began leaking and I was unable to fully shut off the water with the shut-off valve. They made an 8am next-day appointment, I received a text confirmation immediately -- and I really appreciated that they called, texted, and sent me a photo of the technician when he was on his way so I knew exactly who would be arriving to my home and when. The technician immediately flagged to me that he was concerned about my water pressure -- and within 3 hours he had diagnosed that my water pressure from the city was 2x what it should be (broken regulator valve in the crawl space, which needed to be replaced), showed me photos and walked me through everything that needed to be done with an itemized estimate, replaced both of my master bathroom faucets, and replaced the two shut off valves that burst because of the pressure. The next day, they returned again with the new regulator valve to complete the remaining work in my crawl space. When the work was done, the technician walked me through everything in person, sent me photos of the repair work, and he thoroughly tested every faucet to ensure there were no issues after turning the water back on.

I cannot recommend Peach Plumbing enough -- there was never any guessing about the work they were doing because they walked me through everything they identified as a problem, and walked me through everything that needed to be done, and documented all issues with photos and repair costs. And best of all - they are a local, family-run business. I will call them for all future plumbing needs!!

My first experience with Peach and I was well satisfied; they were right on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They'll certainly remain on my 'go to' list for future work.

Tankless water heater

Peach Plumbing really helped us out in a pinch! A pipe burst behind our wall and Peach made sure to get someone out to us the same day after another, larger company failed to show up to their appointment. Professional service, timely communication, and continued support to help us report the leak to our insurance after the work was done. They will be my first call next time we have a plumbing need!

These guys are fantastic. I actually had them come out on short notice after a Roto-Rooter plumber bungled a job that had been going on for 2 days (seriously). Within 20 minutes these guys (Doug and Brian) identified the problem, explained what part I would need, and made sure that they could get the job as quickly as possible. They were so kind and professional. I will definitely keep this business in mind for future plumbing needs.

My newly installed shower was not draining and I couldn’t reach the original plumber - I found these folks online and the reviews were good so gave them a call. I found the process to be friendly and efficient. I called on a Saturday and they had a plumber out to me by this morning.

The guys who came out were friendly, answered my questions and solved the problem quickly. Almost $600.00 to remove a cap that the original plumber forgot to take off seems like a lot.

Again, overall great friendly service, the price was just a bit to high for services received.

Ramon did a really good job on resolving my issue today. I had a clogged toilet and they replaced the flange. All was done quickly and on time.

We had sewage backup due to clogged sewer drain. We called another company who cleaned out the pipe and determined that we had a break approximately 4 ft below our driveway. They provided an estimate for repair of the pipe section that was quite exorbitant. I contacted Peach Plumbing & Drain for a second-opinion. They were quick to reply and visited my house shortly afterwards. Ramon and Teudy, the two on-site workers, were extremely hard working and courteous and worked with me to find an economical solution. They even took care to leave my place spick and span after excavating my driveway. The company repaired a leak in our kitchen pipes in January 2023. They’ve been back THREE times to repair the same problem. The first time, they were professional and fixed the problem immediately. The problem returned in two months and they returned a SECOND time and fixed the problem. Now it’s the THIRD TIME and they are charging me because it’s been more than thirty days (three times in six months sounds like they didn’t fix it right the first time).
SHOPPERS BEWARE:: they charge you $69 to come out to look at your problem if it’s been more than 30 days.

Arrived as promised, very professional, fair estimate. Returned as promised and completed the job quickly.

We had a serious leak from one of the upstairs showers that literally happened overnight. I'm talking waterfall into our garage. Called a few places first thing this morning. Peach Plumbing was the first company to get back to me and I'm so glad they did. Within two hours we had Ramon and Teudy at our house looking at it and started work. From the initial call to the end of the job, we have been nothing but impressed. The customer service is impeccable, the workers were early, and they left the bathroom better than they found it. We will definitely be using this company again. 10/10.

Although this company did their job and maintained customer service to the full extend, the pricing of the job was ridiculous. They charged me 828.21 for an emergency call. One of my pipes busted and they came immediately which I am grateful for but they charged 200.98 to just cut the wall and another 498.93 to replace a 3/4 plastic pvc

We had two representatives out this morning to inspect the DWV sewage connection in a 100+ year old home. The staff were on time, safe, and professional. The video recording of the inspection was in my inbox within minutes of their departure. Amazing service!

The worst service experience I have ever had. Zero Stars.
We had a sewer back up problem and agreed for them to replace our cast iron pipes. We first worked with Mike McIntyre.

He came out did 80% of the job we agreed to and then said that we should consider doing the other 20% for another $4,000 up-charge.

He lopped a gorgeous Japanese Maple tree in half, with no concern.

When our plumbing problem persisted they sent other plumbers out 4 separate times (the owner Chip came out as well) and told us (a.) we didn't have a problem, (b.) that we needed to stop using wipes, and (c.) that it had rained a bunch so it was the city's problem - that the city sewer was backing up into our pipes.

The other set of plumbers even went so far to tell us that Mike -who had cheated us - was a crook and liar and they wish that the owner would just give us our money back. They said that they were constantly having to clean up after his work.

Then, finally they said it was our fault that we didn't take the up-charge which was actually just part of the original agreement they never finished. They said they didn't see a way to make us happy and needed to walk away from the job.

Overall, they are smooth talking, gas lighting, rude, and irresponsible.

I would absolutely find another provider and I hope no one else gets bamboozled by them.

We ended up calling a friend of a friend (Vitalis Plumbing)
who came out and finished the job the very next day for a fraction of the cost that Peach had proposed. What he found was that Peach Plumbing and Drain had hooked up the new PVC to absolutely rotted out cast iron pipe.

So frustrating to be treated this way. Hope you don't have to.

We had a toilet leak and decided that we needed to replace the entire unit. We reached out to Peach Plumbing & Drain and immediately got a response. We scheduled an appointment the next day and they even went to Home Depot to pick up the toilet that we had purchased as a replacement. We live in an older home with uneven floors and they made sure to do whatever it took to make everything as level as possible. Fast and professional, will use again!

My water heater died over the weekend. Steve from Peach Plumbing & Drain arrived within an hour and a half, went through multiple options to try and fix it until we reached the conclusion that it would have to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and stayed there until the job was done that same night.
