Chad came out to fix my water regulator valve that was causing a problem. He arrived on time and was very polite. He addressed the issue and offered a solution that was very reasonable. I'm pretty upset I hired Mr. Plumber. I was charged $1,028 for a new Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) with installation, $698 for a new toilet and installation, and $419 to fix a slow drip in my shower that I already had the part for. I looked up the toilet the tech picked out for me and I believe it costs $116 which means I paid roughly $582 for the installation of a toilet. I will say I was in a pretty desperate spot because I had shut the water off to stop the toilet from leaking any further. Overall, I thought the cost was predatory and I do feel like I need to let others know.

I received an email with the $93 or free deal to clear a drain. I called and mentioned this when scheduling the appointment. The technician came today - very pleasant fellow. To take apart the drain on the bathroom sink - $400+, if the problem was further on (which it is - I've already taken the drain apart) - $600+ (involves a machine to snake the line). So I sent him on his way.

Joe from Mr Plumber replaced a toilet drain pipe for us. We had a couple of other plumbers look at the repair before Joe and he was the only one who got up on a ladder to take measurements and calculate angles. The others all were very confident in their diagnosis yet none of them took the time to figure out the problem like Joe did.As a result of spending upfront time measuring and calculating everything, the job ended up being a little different than we initially expected which was a good thing as it meant we wouldn't have to reroute the drain line through new joist holes.We received a very competitive quote from Mr Plumber and picked a date for the work. Joe arrived on time with an assistant and completed the work in a timely manner. I felt like they went above and beyond to to limit how much they cut into the walls and ceiling and they left no debris behind.I was impressed with everything about the entire transaction with Mr Plumber. I particularly appreciated after Joe provided the initial quote, I was provided a direct contact person to speak to if I had any questions. I ended up not needing to ask any questions but I have worked with large companies in the past which have made it very difficult to get any follow-up questions answered once the plumber left my house.

I've used Mr. Plumber twice and they have been awesome to work with. Both times they have been able to fix the issue by thinking outside the box and without extra expense. Other plumbers I've gotten quotes from all went straight for the big buck repairs, but not Mr. Plumber.

The worst plumbing company ever.They charged me $1000 to install a new water heater and this price was solely for the labor, not the product. Extremely pricey compared to other plumbers, but I decided to move forward with Mr. Plumber because they were able to do a same-day installation.1 week after the new water heater was installed, my original issue returned — no hot water. They came back out and told me that this newly installed water heater also had manufacturing issues; leaking water element. They quoted me $625 to repair the leaking water element and $2,159.36 to install a new water heater.The plumber said I should move forward with a new water heater because he “can’t guarantee that repairing the water element would address the problem”. When I asked him why installing a new water heater would cost $1,159.36 more than the last replacement, he said “because I don't like Rheem products and this water heater wouldn't be from Rheem.Something didn't feel right so I called another plumber. Not only did this new plumber fix the water heater element for half the price, but they also listened to my other issues and investigated the water service line from the meter to the house. They identified that replacing the Galvanized pipe with PEX would fix my water volume issue.Mr.Plumber didn’t do their due diligence to investigate the root cause and tried to overcharge me for a solution that wouldn't fix the problems.They just wanted to get money out of me — unacceptable and unethical business practices.

Wes and Nate came out to repair what we thought was a busted pipe line. After the dug a hole they discovered my sprinkler system was faulty and was the problem for my leaks. Once they shut the sprinkler valve off, the meter stopped spinning like crazy. I thank them both for their honesty and integrity. They could've easily told me my pipes needed replacing, but they didn't do that.

The technician Andrew Hulsey did a great job. Professional, courteous and took the extra time to protect my floors and cabinets while he was working in the kitchen. I with everyone that worked on my home was an Andrew.

Fair price...?? you tell me, even with 15% member discount?Struggling with why should i left feedback, specially with 1 or 2 stars... well just occurred to me... as if I'm paying diagnostic for $129, and nothing get done?07/05/2019 - Refunded the membership fee by management. The tech was very polite and professional. He didn’t feel comfortable just doing a half way repair so he came back the next day with everything needed to complete the job up to code. We were dealing with a water heater piping issue that wasn’t done properly the first time. He treated this as if it were his own home, and wanted to make sure everything was up to code and used all the best fittings available. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work he did. He left the home exactly the way he found it.

They were on time but...I specifically asked the dispatcher if they would fix it or just give a quote, could they burrow under the paver driveway, could I send pictures and get a quote. I was assured that they could quote price when they got here, fix it, burrow under my driveway and get any parts not on the truck at Home Depot. All the plumber did was take pictures and tell me the burrowing team did not work on the weekend.

My original time slot was between 2 and 6 pm on Thursday. Plumber arrived after 8.30pm. Your company knew that I had Rinnai Tankless unit and that access to their Help desk is required for most repair especially if warranty repair maybe covered. I was told by your technician that he would be back to my house by 8am Friday morning. I called at 9.30 am to get a status update and was told I was still his first call. He called around ~10 at which point I canceled the call. Through the discussion on Thursday evening your tech did say that often replacing the Unit may end-up being the most cost effective way, this was confirmed when I call Rinnai at 8am Friday morning. Your cost was going to be at a minimum Diagnoses $400, Major Repair $800 (not including parts). I sourced a new unit for $1400 including taxes and delivered with in 2 hours. Your written estimate was $3200 (no detail on unit type).... so ~$1800 for labor.... It took me, a non professional 4 hours to replace the unit, so assuming he would have completed the work in 3 hours or $600 an hour. This is called gouging your customers.... I am seriously considering no longer using Coolray (sister company) for my AC needs moving forward.

We received regular maintenance of our Rinnai tankless water heater, which involves careful chemical flushing to remove mineral scale buildup and any other waterborne debris. Our water heater is installed up in our foam-insulated attic, so we appreciate that the plumbers worked very carefully and caught their minor spillage during the complicated flushing procedure.

My repair was a gas valve replacement and dryer install. The plumber was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and made sure that I was happy with the service. The area looked better than before! He did an outstanding job!

DO NOT BUY THE REVIEWS!They tried to charge me $1200 to install a $150 toilet. I've had this done in the past for $450 which was the cost of the toilet plus $100 for installation. The installation took about an hour. That was eight years ago. It's unbelievable that they would try to rob a customer this way. With all these great ratings and reviews I wonder how this happened exactly.

John was great, the only reason that they did not get 5 stars is because they were late. They did call to inform me that they were running behind but if I were coming from work it would have been an issue. They fixed my problem that same day. He was courteous, professional and cleaned up behind himself. I would use them again.

Audrey was my plumber and she did a wonderful job start to finish. She gave me the time to present every potential plumbing problem I had, no matter how small. She gave honest feedback about what I would likely be better off doing myself (a HUGE sign of a good company/employee). She threw in a few little things for free since I was already purchasing three services. She was also very thorough and explaining what needed to be done to fix my problem, why it was the proper solution, and most importantly did great working making the fixes and later showing me what she did to basically show me where my money went. Professional services like these will always be expensive but I didn’t hesitate at their prices because of the quality of service Audrey provided in the inspection for the quote.

Great Service!! If I could give the technician John Matlock, 10 stars, I would.We had an ongoing problem with our pipes in which we had a few companies give us estimates as to what they thought the issue was. We made that same call to Mr. Plumber and low and behold it was the BEST call we made. Our technician, explained to my husband and i exactly what the problem was, he didn't mind the questions we asked, he gave us estimates based upon different scenarios of of fixing the issue. The underlying issue was a test plug left in our pipes when the house was built. I had a water heater installed in 2019. It has a bad T&P valve which is covered under the warranty. I called to have them replace it but they state I have to pay for them to come out. Why would I need to pay for a repair of a bad part?! DO NOT USE THEM!

John & Seth South, and another technician arrived promptly with all of the equipment needed to repair my broken sewer pipe, which was broken in my master bedroom underneath a poured slab. John and Seth were most courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the process of installing the new pipe. They were very careful with my furnishings treating them, as though the furnishings was theirs They jackhammered the existing slab, dug down approximately 2 1/2 feet to access the broken pipe, replaced it with a new pipe. All this was completed and very cold weather and an abundant rainfall.

Best contractor service I've had at my home. Used these guys multiple times along with their CoolRay partners for HVAC. I give 6 stars out of 5 for these guys. My recent plumber was Blake and he was our hero today. Saved us a ton of work, money, and a possible insurance claim. Very knowledgeable and professional...and efficient.

Wes was very helpful and was honest. He saved me a lot of headache. Pricing was very reasonable.

We found a small amount of water on the floor in our basement caused by dripping from the top of the door frame. We called Mr. Plumber and 2 pin hole leaks were found which needed to be repaired. Kyle, the primary repairman, and his supervisor David did a quality job addressing the leaks, keeping us apprised of the status during the work and leaving the home looking as good as possible. Highly recommend this firm.

The hot water supply line on our 1940 sink was leaking. The plumbers came, assessed the problem, left and returned promptly with the appropriate parts, and did a perfect repair quickly, leaving everything clean. We appreciated the quick response and thorough work.

He replaced my sewage ejector pump (not the most pleasant job in the world, a very dirty job) but did it with such a great attitude and proficiency that he made it look easy and not a big deal. Mr Plumber is my go to service provider. Always professional flawless Techs. Over the past five years had repairs to Sump pump, main water inlet, leaky inside pipe. Each repair better than the original equipment. Excellent work.

Company excellent Jiang however plumber,Thomas never checkedmitor. We reported smell of gas when motor started up. He checked for leaks BUT never put motor on. After he left the red light was on requiring iesbtomcall back for electrician . Max came and was outstanding!!

We have an annual contract with Mr. Plumber because they are responsive, provide excellent service, and are very professional. Nelson Burgos (technician) just did our annual service. He is, hands down, the best plumber we've had at our house. I highly recommend Nelson Burgos and Mr. Plumber for your plumbing needs.

The pilot light kept going out on my seven year old water heater. Rather than risk buying parts for it that may not have been a long-term solution, I opted for a new water heater. Christoper Bishop was very knowledgeable, and an expert in his field. My State water heater should last about ten years, and I could not be happier with the experience.

Renovating a bathroom and couldn't get (what used to be) my regular plumber to come out for a week which would' ve delayed the job, so I called Mr. Plumber. They sent me Chris. He's my new plumber. He was on time and called me beforehand. He installed the pipes, but he also had 3 excellent suggestions on plumbing placement that prevented a potential nightmare in the future. Very satisfied

Nelson provided clear information as to what was needed and why. In addition to replacing two toilets, he replaced the Pressure Valve -- had to dig through mud to find the water turn-off under the house -- went above and beyond to do the job fully and right. I will be using him again for other plumbing needs.

I have used Mr. Plumber several times in the past and have always felt over billed. This latest experience solidified it. I called for an issue about the water heater at a rental property, Mr. Plumber says the water heater can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced for $5,000. They then do an unrequested inspection of the entire rental and states the hvac pipes aren’t up to code and “flow” pipes aren’t up to code and would have to be replaced WTH!! The repair guy was adamant there was no way the water heater could be repaired. I called another plumber that walked me through what was happening, showed me where the problem was and fixed it… for $550. No BSing me, just fixed it and quickly I might add. Hired Mr. Plumber at an older property and they were the only ones available for same day install of a newer toilet. Audrey was knowledgeable, clean and very professional. Also did a great fit job and seal as the new vs. Old toilet left some extra gap space. Will be using their new yearly inspection service that she offered to take care of our water heater flush and also for any other plumbing needs not covered by my home warranty.

These guys rocked it ! I had a faulty pressure relief valve on my hot water tank. This was the 2nd in 2 years. The technician checked water pressure and discovered the main pressure valve into the house was faulty. He corrected that, and did some additional work. He was in and out in a very reasonable time. And the workmanship was top notch as well. I would use these guys anytime I need plumbing work !

I gave Mr. Plumber 1 Star because Negative Stars was not an option.We replaced our countertops in two bathrooms. I had removed the three existing bathroom sinks myself so that wasn't part of the job.Once the new countertops were in place I called Mr. Plumber to come and give us a quote to install three new bowl-type sinks (these sit on top of the countertops) and three new faucets. We already had the new faucets and sinks ready to put in and the existing drains and water lines were still in place and ready.Mr. Plumber sent Kyle (very nice and pleasant), who took a look at what we needed and entered the info into his ipad. The estimate that came back from Mr. Plumber was over $5000. I'm telling the truth without exaggeration: Mr. Plumber wanted over $5000 to install three bathroom sinks and faucets!My wife of course refused, then called me and told me how much they wanted. I called Mr. Plumber to verify that price, thinking surely there was a mistake. There was no one available who could confirm the estimate and I was told someone would call me back.No one called that day or the next. Late the next day I called again. No one was available to talk to me. I was told that Donna in Customer Relations would call me back in ten minutes. 1/2 an hour later I called back but again nobody wanted to talk to me. Meanwhile my wife received a call and was told that the estimate was wrong; the installation would now cost only $2500 to install three sinks, probably an hour-long job.Don't get me wrong; I would have paid a reasonable amount. I understand that companies have to make money and I probably would have paid as much as $350-$400 but the only reason I would have gone that high is because we're in a time of inflation.Take my word for it: Mr. Plumber is WAY overpriced and will gouge you if you let them. They quote enormous prices and then avoid talking to you when you call back. In my opinion, Mr. Plumber views the public as dupes and so quotes astronomical prices.Save yourself some frustration and call an independent plumber to begin with. Avoid these shysters like the plague.

We had a water heater replaced, faucets repaired and another faucet swapped, all in a few hours. We appreciate the preparedness and timely delivery of the service. During the first visit, the technician assessed all the needs, during the second visit he completed the repairs.

Your plumber was very knowledgeable on sump pump systems and got our pump working the way it should. He inspected the entire installation and advised me what I could do to stabilize the pump and improve the performance. I have since done that and am confident the system will not longer be a problem.

I called 4 plumbers for a standard install job. Three were able to give me prices over the phone or at least a price range. Mr Plumber was unable to give me a quote over the phone and wanted $50 just to come out and give me a quote.I googled what the install should cost and it was within 10% of what I paid. However my quotes were: 400, 450, and 1200. All were licensed and reputable. Personally I would never choose a company that charges me before they tell me about what something will cost.The 3 rating is for a model that discourages competition by charging the customer to get a price for services other companies are able to quote over the phone.If you read my first review, it was for another company that gave me the 1200 quote. That was an error on my part and for that I apologize. I don't know what Mr plumber would have charged.

The crew that repaired the leak in the water line from the street to my house was excellent. The crew consisted of Wes, Seth, and Eric. They were knowledgeable and professional. Wes even found several issues that a previous plumber had messed up and quickly corrected them. I would highly recommend this crew and Mr. Plumber. They cleaned up the work area and even hauled a bush that was removed around to the back of my property.

Quick service and good plumber but the pricing is extreme. I had a leak in the water supply line that was repaired in an hour (I already dug it up) and paid $710. Even if the materials were $100, that's $600/hr for labor. The invoice doesn't break down the cost so I can't help but wonder if the pricing doesn't go up when you're not in a situation to negotiate. Something literally doesn't add up here.

Zach my technician did an excellent job repairing and replacing the leaking washer pipes and hot water tank. He made sure the tank was the appropriate size for the crawlspace an made sure to hookup all hoses and pipes where they were easily assessable for me. He also went as far as to explain the different valves in the crawlspace so I would know what to turn on and off when needed. He answered all my questions with no hesitation.

Jeff and Fred assessed a situation for a walk in tub --unfortunately the dwelling was such that it did not allow for the install, but Jeff and Fred went above and beyond doing thorough assessment of the all the factors --actual space, electrical, water heater, support beams, etc., and ultimately advised against the install. They put the needs of the customer first--they were thorough, honest and ethical--they thought about the customer [an elderly woman] not the sale. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen and Mr. Plumber --they do what is right!

Mr Plumber was able to come out same day and immediately diagnose the issue for a main line water leak we had our front of our house. Brandon was able to fix everything very efficiently and much cheaper than other quotes we received. Would recommend!

Mr. Plumber was a great experience for us from the inspection and job estimation process all the way through the installation and cleanup. We had Mr. Plumber come out to provide a cost to replace our failed blue poly water line from the meter to the house. Wes who came out was very thorough and provided a couple options for a solution. We had a second estimation done by another popular company but it wasn't as thorough, way more expensive with their approach and was more destructive to the property. Wes and Seth that came out to do the work were very professional, experienced and the work was exceptional all the way to the final back filling of the trench and raking of the yard. They were very conscious of irrigation and buried services and I highly recommend Mr. Plumber. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

David Dunlap came out to fix our tub faucet, but he also took care of some other things without being asked. Extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing, calm, took great care with everything he did. On time, polite, and could not ask for more.Yesterday, we had another great experience with John Bauer. I really appreciate the professionalism and quality of his work. He swapped and installed two toilets, removed and installed a bar faucet, and replaced a shut off valve - with the lights off during a storm.

Adrian from Mr. Plummer came out to provide a quote on installing a gas line to my kitchen. While doing so I noticed a small drip from a valve on the hot water heater. He immediately knew it could be from too much water pressure coming into the house. He check the water regulator valve and sure enough it was no longer working. This was the reason our toilets were running off and on over the last few months. Adrian saved us tons on our water bill by catching this issue. He replaced the guage and valve extremely quickly. Highly recommend Mr. Plummer!

I had one crew come out to unclog my main drain. Several days later, it was stopped up again. The company sent someone out the next day who couldn't get the drain cleared. The next day, 3 plumbers came out with all the tools and finally cleared my drain -- of paper of all things! All of the follow up work was done under warranty from the first visit. There was no extra charge!! Don't use that strong toilet paper because it does not break down!!! This company definitely stands by their work. I will always use them and recommend them highly!!

I had a plumbing issue (main sewer line clogged) pop-up late Friday afternoon, which is really poor timing. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning, which was great! I've had Ken do work previously when we got our new water heater. At that time, we decided to only use Ken for any plumbing needs we had in the future.We are doing renovations and opted to add a walk in shower to our half bathroom, as well as move our vanity to the opposite side of the bathroom. Ken and Jacob were beasts with breaking up the concrete floor with the jackhammer. It was a lot of work but they were very thorough and did an amazing job!

Austin Ingram performed my annual plumbing inspection. He did a great job. I had lots of questions, and he spent time answering them. He did not rush me. He made sure I understood his answers. He even pulled up photos of various equipment I asked about. Thanks for sending him out today. I learned a lot.

Research is key here. I did none at all. I needed my disposal fixed, Mr. Rooter has great reviews. Called them, very nice and had an appt within a couple of days. The plumber that came by was kind and professional. Disposal works fine now.We were really surprised at how much it was going to cost... should have done our research. I paid $640 after a $50 discount for 45 minutes of work on what I later found out was a $90-$150 disposal I could buy at Home Depot down the street. They're price was $680 (before tax). It was their most inexpensive. Life is hectic, we needed a disposal fixed quickly, so we just said ok. Should have done research on cost!!!! There is no way labor cost $500. That's a lot of money.

Contractor grade disposal had a major leak that was beyond repair. Richard was quick and efficient.. had a fully stocked truck. Came out on Saturday with no extra emergency fee. Replaced my bad unit with a new one and left the area neat and clean like he had never been there!

They do good work, but they are VERY expensive. I paid them $489 to install a garbage disposal. The disposal retails for $93 including tax, and it took an hour to replace the old one. That's $396 per hour for labor.

After trying to get this repair done for a couple of days and others had no availability. These folks were here the next afternoon and completed the repair quickly. While the repair wasa bit more than I expected the speed of service and getting the repair completed off-sets the additional costs. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues that may arise

I have been using Mr Plumber for more than a year now and my experience with leaks, gas heater installation and gas line extension has been great. The scheduling process has always been worked out to my level of preference and need. Bill has done extensive work with gas and his on time, professional demeanor, and excellent suggestions make it a breeze and I am very satisfied with the overall experience with Mr Plumber. I used to have to call someone but now I call a company that ensures my urgent needs are met right away. Excellent service!

Update: spoke with Ms. Cindy and my concerns were addressed and taken care of. Still few companies out there that actually reach out to their customers. That alone gets the highest rating in my book. Service guy came out the next day and fixed my leak. That was a great turnaround and I had just called the day before around 630pm. Did a great job with the leak / pipe and other items.

They did a fantastic job. That was a lot of great work in this Ga heat. Job was done perfectly. We had an emergency water main leak right beside the foundation. I hope these guys get paid well. I would hate to think the majority of the money went to the company.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mr Plumber as they were able to respond quickly to a broken water heater that was leaking through my garage and into the house. Really glad I found them and must say that I was glad they sent me Gary Fuller, who did such a great job... a true professional with great attention to every detail of his work.

Dustin was incredibly helpful. He took the time to thoroughly look for the water leak. He even showed me photos of the problem. Fixing the issue was quick and they're pricing is extremely fair. Dustin was professional, polite, and didn't even mind the audience of cats watching him.

Excellent experience -- he wore his mask the whole time, respecting our space. He cleaned up afterwards, including sweep and wipe down of the flooring. He explained what he was doing well, and clearly articulated the costs of the repair so it was easy to understand and appreciate. $99 drain clean is a false advertisement!!!I was so excited when I saw this special. I scheduled an appointment online, and received a call the next morning. The person that called couldn't really answer my questions about pricing, she said the plumber would let me know when they diagnosed the problem. The special price apparently has LOTS of fine print, so make sure you read it completely and ask questions BEFORE they come out!!!The $99 drain cleaning turned out to be $683.00!!!!!I obviously said NO!!! But they still charged me $49.00 fee!!!! (which I will contact my bank to refuse the charge)What a rip off!!!The plumber, Jimmy, told me to contact a local small business plumber for better pricing.

I was notified well in advance that Austin would arrived ahead of schedule in response to pvc pipes leaking underneath my kitchen sink. It was a simple fix completed within minutes. I was just so impressed with this company's responsive time and with Richard Kaski, the plumber who looked at and bid the job. He is very clearly an excellent plumber who took lots of time to show and explain what had happened to cause the leak in our hot water heater, and the best solution. He went out of his way to solve not only our water heater problem, but to look throughout our condo community and explain why some of our buildings have to have water shut off for just one building, and other owners have to have water cut off to the entire community. He didn't talk down to us at all, but patiently educated us and answered all of our questions. We can tell he is very competent. We have yet to choose which company we'll use (we're getting another bid just for comparison's sake) but we're leaning toward hiring this company, just on the time he took and the education he gave us, I would highly recommend this company at least for you to bid any job you need done. This company also does NOT CHARGE A DISPATCH FEE for a leaking hot water heater. (NOTE: they do charge service fees for some other services, I don't know which, but not for this.)

It took me two hours to remove the handle on my outdoor faucet cut off valve. I couldn't get to the packing nut or the washer. Ryne entered the house and in 45 minutes, he left me with a new cut off valve in place and the water back on. We redid the flooring in our master bedroom and bath and decided to replace the toilet. Mr. Plumber came out and removed the old one, and then returned after the new flooring was complete to install the new one. The flooring installation people had created a bit of a problem, but Jason quickly resolved the issue and got the toilet installed. It looks great!

My plumber came to my home on March 1st to assess flooding issue. It was determined that I needed a new water heater and a pipe in my wall had to be repaired. While he was there I had a seizure! I've never had this before. Adrian remained calm, he called 911, and made sure they got up to my condo. He showed calm leadership, he coordinated with the water mitigation company. I will never forget this because it was pretty chaotic and frightening; the plumbing work still got done. He returned to my home on 3/22 to install the new water heater. He discovered a broken pipe that occurred after cabinets were pulled by the water mitigation company. He advised me to contact my insurance claims specialist about how they wanted to proceed; this turned out to be the correct thing to do. Adrian is a great representation of your company.

Lost customer due to incompetence.“ I am very familiar with this model, and parts are unavailable. You’ll have to do a full demolition“Let me start off by saying I had Mr. plumber out for a pinhole leak not long before having Cool Ray come replace two of our hvac systems. It wasn’t many months later we had another pinhole leak issue around the same area, and had them come out again to remedy this issue. We also were experiencing an intermittent issue with our shower, and I asked to see if we could get that taken care of as well. I was basically told that we would have to replace the entire shower, which would involve demolishing the tiles and starting over. I’m no expert, but his suggestion sounded really expensive and I had recently lost my job due to Covid and this didn’t seem as much of a necessity to address since I still could use the tub.Now here I am, about 5 months later. We developed another pinhole leak, And luckily Mr. plumber didn’t have anything available on the schedule for two days so I was able to try someone else.I won’t say who I hired, but after fixing the leak they suggested possibly doing a house re-pipe since I have issues like this happening. He also took the time to look at my shower and provide details on where I could get the part to save money and also so I could save him time. They are also helping me file a claim with the insurance so the impacts of getting this addressed aren’t as complicated. To me that is professionalism and sincerity to me as a customer. It shows that they care and want my plumbing issues to go away. I can say as a customer I truly care about my new plumbersI’ll end my review by saying, getting a second opinion has been a great thing for me. I wish I had never done business with Mr. plumber, I feel that I would I have had many years of pinhole leaks and drywall crews out and gone beyond the holidays to enjoy a warm shower.

Had to replace pressure reduction valve and thermal expansion tank. Tech was very polite, communicative, wore a face mask & shoe coverings, worked quickly, and left the laundry room clean & tidy. Price was fair & reasonable 10/10.

I did a Google search and came across Mr. Plumber and I'm so glad that I did. My mother's sewer line was backed up. Two plumbing companies came out. The first one said that if they dig, a tree could fall and shouldn't use the water. The guy said that it would be a lot of work. The second company charged over $200 to come out and she never heard from them again. Two weeks without using water. Mom called Mr. Plumber. He came out assessed the problem, he went over homeowners rights with my mother and even offered to speak to her neighbor about the dig. They took great before and after photos. We were beyond impressed! We our so thankful for their service and the customer experience overall. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber. Thank you so much!!!

A master plumber for Mr. Plumber worked on two replacement jobs at my house recently (leaking toilet and very old water heater). He was very informative regarding pricing, pros/cons of repair vs. replacement, and answered all my questions. Very professional and thorough in his work. The two new pieces of equipment in both of these jobs are a big improvement!

I only give it a two star because the plumber was very kind and knowledgeable. But the pricing here is a scam. They tell you before the work starts but I couldn’t believe the pricing. And most of it didn’t even include parts. That was something I’d have to buy separately if I wanted to “save some money”. A joke of a company. Even after I did agree to pay the absurd amount. It only sort of fixed the problem and I was told I’d have to spend another $500 to really fix the problem. Don’t waste your time. Even when I called back because my sink stopped working completely I was just told it was a different problem so I couldn’t get it done for free or get a refund. Not worth it.

Mr. Leonard a plumber from Mr. Plumber is a highly competent, friendly, and outstanding plumber. He took time to answer all of my questions. He worked hard to find the least expensive way to address our issues (replacing several failed cut off valves). He was extremely efficient in doing the work, it looked amazing and works perfectly. It is employees like Mr. Leonard that will keep us as customers of Mr. Plumber.

I was happy to be able to schedule a Monday appointment on the previous Friday. I liked that I received a text with the name of technician as well as what they looked like prior to arrival. Jason was knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue, provided recommendations on staying within code. I appreciated him taken care of our sink issue.

I called Mr. Plumber at 8:00 on Wednesday and spoke to a customer service and told her that all of a sudden I didn't have and hot water. She asked if I could go and look at the water heater to see if it was leaking and it wasn't but the floor was a little damp. She told me to check later before I went to bed and if it was leaking to call her back and she would get someone out right away. She made an appointment for Thursday morning and Brandon called me first thing in the morning and said he was on his way. He was at y house by 9:00. He explained everything to me after he looed at the water heater and told me how much a new water heater would cost and got me set up with financing. He was vey pleasant and got the new heater installed quickly and cleaned up very well. He made what was a stressful situation so easy and I felt much better.

Mr. Plumber saved the day for us. Our water heater ruptured late Saturday night. They got us scheduled for Sunday to check it out and explained everything that was found. Ben was extremely easy to deal with and had us up and running by Sunday Evening. He was very thorough completing the install and inspecting everything.

Had a problem in our shower, leaking in the wall. Dylan came out, repaired it quickly and needed to take a look at our water heater. We found it leaking, all over the place. It was 21 years old and I should have checked it earlier but life gets in the way. Dylan came out the next day, and installed a new one ASAP, we are very happy with his work.

Worst experience ever! After been given the runaround for three days, they ultimately refused to break down and itemize their invoice so that our insurance adjuster can approve the work. More than likely wouldn't offer transparency because of their unjustified pricing. Regardless, we wasted three days and haven't rectified the issue, what makes it worse is that we have a 4 month old and currently no water. I will make it a point to let my neighbors (all 450 homes) know Mr. Plumber is not a friend to the community. Thanks for nothing.

Our technician Audrey was awesome! She was very thorough, explained everything very well (for those of us that had no clue lol), and was very polite/professional. She was on time and did everything she could to help us get a handle on our leak/pipes issues. Genuinely one of the best technicians we've had at our new house! Richard was my technician and he was absolutely amazing! He was on time and was very quick to solve the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the worse case scenario to keep me prepared on if it wasn’t what we thought. (Turns out it was the easy fix that worked!) they are keeping everything very safe during the pandemic and he was extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Mr. Plumber came highly recommended and they lived up to the great things said about them. They are professional and responded in a timely fashion as well doing an overall exceptional job! They begin the job in the mid afternoon and didn’t leave till the job was finished. We couldn’t be any more pleased.

Had an emergency water leak and they were very responsive. Found and fixed the leak and thought the price was reasonable. The technician then went to check the water pressure and found that the regulator had failed and I had extremely high pressure. He quoted me a price which I thought was a little steep but felt confident in his abilities and it needed to be done. His work was good and I have absolutely no complaint there. The shock was the price he gave me $850 was just for the regulator and a new expansion tank for the Hot Water Heater where I thought it covered everything. Needless to say it ended up being over a $1300 bill and I do know a new regulator should only run 300-400 tops. The good news is he was a good technician and their response time was very good. The bad is I overpaid by 450 to 500 so that has a bit of a sting to it. I would like to add that Coolray installed a new HVAC system almost a year ago and I have been very happy with it so far.

Why would you send a crew out to an elderly disabled woman's home to fix a leak, tell her it's 977 and then after she pays you to fix the leak you tell her it's another 1200 to fix a leak that was 12 away from the first one? Are you trying to fleece the disabled elderly? There's no way you can tell me this is an acceptable practice for an ETHICAL plumber. My poor aunt just gave you 1k which is most of her monthly income and now she has just as bad a leak as before. Your techs didn't want to get dirty and that's why they left it for someone else to fix. We trusted Mr. Plumber bc of the name and reputation so this has been a rather disappointing experience, you guysmust have no conscience at all. They fixed one leak and then told her that a leak ju12 inches away also needed to be fixed but he didn't see it when he quoted her. You have 30 years of experience but you missed a leak just inches from the other one? Bait and switch, so unethical. Meadowview Terrace is the location for the elderly lady you guys totally fleeced. I have used Mr. Plumber several times and have been very satisfied. I had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and they were able to come earlier than scheduled. Allen West was my plumber and I was extremely pleased with his service and professionalism. He fully explained what he thought was causing my drain problem, and was skeptical that snaking my drain would fix it, but he did it anyway as I insisted. Turns out he was right and he was still here when the septic tank company showed up and spent a few minutes talking with them about what he found. He also fixed my shower and we are very happy with the results. All in all, I found Mr. West to be pleasant and honest to work with, and he went above and beyond to help me. I will be requesting him next time I need a plumber!

I had a big plumbing catastrophe on January 11, 2022. I had a pipe burst and it literally caused a big sink hole in front of my house. Job- unclog pesky shower drainWe had called a couple of other plumbing companies in the past and tried some home remedies to help our clogged shower. The other companies didn’t seem to care a lot and the home remedies failed.At that point, we called Mr Plumber. Mr. Ron Austin came out and in a matter of hours got me taken care of. Outside of the normal things you read in a review, I want to compliment Mr. Austin - he was patient, methodical, doing things the right way was important to him, and he had the heart of a teacher - he answered all my questions and was very friendly to interact with. The Plumber, Wes Lamb, was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. He was patient and explained everything to me. However the company's price for that category of repair, which he had to charge, was outrageous. The repair took about an hour and I was charged over $1000. I was in a bind and had to have it done since water was leaking down my driveway. I had used them before inside my house and those repairs were reasonable.

We needed a new water heater.I have used mr plumber in the past for a new water line from the meter to the house and they did a good job. The plumber that was assigned to replace my water heater was nice enough and did a good job, BUT the cost seemed way too expensive.When i asked for a breakdown of the cost, he said they do not provide that. The total cost was 2200.00I wanted to know how much i was paying for the new water heater and how much i was paying for labor. It took 2 hours to complete the job.In my opinion they should provide an itemized invoice for their service.If i declined the service, I’d have to wait another 2 days to get on the schedule with another company.I will not use Mr Plumber in the future.

Water heater problems with buckling seam and leaking... ready to cause massive damage. Called Mr. Plumber and they had a truck at my house in 45 minutes. Cory, the skilled plumber on board had all the parts he needed on his truck and within 2.5 hours had replaced the old water heater with a new one. Great guy, hard worker, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Strongly recommend.

Had a faucet leaking issue in the laundry room. A technician came and told it will cost $1300 to fix it and estimated 3-4hrs. I was thinking it is a huge problem since he said it will take 3-4hrs to fix leaking problem. So I said okay. Well, he only replaced 2-3 pieces and finished it less than an hour. I told what happened to other people and they all said it’s a rip off. I tried to call and talk about this to the manager, but apparently the manager is never available to speak. Unless you want to pay extra $1000 on a simple repair, stay away from them and look for somewhere else.

I have been using Mr Plumber and CoolRay for many years. Since November 2021 Mr Plumber has performed several major projects. These projects included re piping my house and new sink install. The last project in April was a new sink install. Imagine my shock when I went into the kitchen this am and found a leak! The drain pipe fell apart! Three months and it falls apart.This is plumbing 101. Very poor quality and unprofessional work.And they can't come fix it till late tomorrow.

Unethical. Tried to charge my elderly in-laws over $800 to service two slow draining drains. When they said “no” price was dropped to $300. Fortunately they refused the service and we later unclogged the drains ourselves in less than 10 minutes.

Very professional, on time and true to their estimates. Justin W. was great! Repaired an old cast iron pipe in the basement. Suggested other work that could be done as some of my pipes are 90 years old, and gave me an estimate, but there was no pressure at all to do the other work. They did the work we agreed upon and did a perfect job. The plumber, Justin, who gave me the estimate was also the one who did the repair, which was great because he already knew the situation. Extremely professional and honest. I will be a loyal customer.

I called about a leaking kitchen faucet. Plumber left me with a $800 invoice saying that the entire faucet would need to be replaced. Regardless of this being extremely overpriced, the plumber didn’t even look to see what the actual problem was. Fortunately, I called a family friend who came and took a look and said that the only issue was a loose nut and quickly solved the problem using a simple wrench. Regardless of the reviews I wouldn’t recommend this company because I feel like they tried to take advantage of the situation. I’m sharing hoping that this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Our tankless water heater was 16 years old and it was getting old. We also had a minor leak on our valve going to the water heater. In other words, it was time to change the whole unit. I already had an estimate from last year when Joe came to look at the unit when we were thinking to replace it. Since we had to wait to be able to afford it, we made an appointment on Thursday afternoon for Friday noon-3pm. Joe called us on Friday morning that actually he could do the work on that Friday 11am at the price given to us last year! That was great news and Joe showed up on time replace the whole unit and was done by 3pm! Very respectful of our property, left us with our new tankless water heater. Everything was cleaned and we pay exactly what was agreed on the previous estimate. Jay did a great job. We were lucky enough to even have one of his previous jobs cancel, so he was at our home super early. He was able to diagnose the waterline leak(after hand digging down a few feet). He took pictures of the leak and the complete process until it was fixed. I have used Mr. Plumber a few times because I know they come out and have all the tools to fix a job. I am so glad to have had Mr plumber take care of our home. We had the entire house plumber and it was completed in one day..they recognized our sewer had issues and they took care of it also. Very professional in every regard. Diagnosed my problem and applied a very thorough fix. The repair was complicated by a natural gas line that penetrated my sewer line. The two plumbers assigned, Tommy Pritchett and Korey Wood documented the problem, worked with the firm that installed the pipe line and ultimately installed a final fix. Do not trust their quotes and assessments! I had Mr. Plumber come out to do a plumbing inspection and to identify the cause of a low water pressure issue. The technician identified that a pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced. When he gave me a quote the first thing he gave me was a sales sheet for a new water heater - despite the fact that I had no issues with my water heater nor did he perform any checks on it. He then gave me a $936 quote to replace the valve. I asked for the quote split between parts and labor and was told that the amount was what was in their book. He also claimed a higher charge was needed because the space would be narrow to get to - despite the fact that there was plenty of clearance. I ended up buying the part at Home Depot for $57 and had a family acquaintance fix it. It took him 20 minutes! I will never use them again. And by the way the price for an inspection was a joke. All he did was look at pipes and turn on faucets. He was in my house less than 20 minutes.

He removed the Toilet so they could Install my new Flooring & he’s coming back to Install it after they finish the Flooring. He’s doing an excellent job.

Needed my water heater replaced late afternoon on a Friday. Ron came out and stayed until 10pm so we would have hot water. Obviously dropping the cash is no fun but from the sympathetic woman on the phone to Ron’s expertise they helped ease the pain and I recommend them.

Chris Bishop came out on Saturday and did the initial walkthrough to determine work needed. There was a leak upstairs but it could not be determined with 100% certainty that the source of the leak was the back upstairs shower/tub. But it seemed most likely source so the estimate was written up with that scenario.Phillip Hurley and Matthew Rink came out on Tuesday and did the actual work. Our house was built in the mid 80's and did not have a whole house regulator so our water pressure was too high. The work included digging out and cutting into main line near the street to install a regulator. We also needed an expansion tank to help equalize the pressure for the water heater. We are very pleased with the work and how professional the work was with the tile work after the new faucet was installed. Phillip and Matt were awesome!!! Put down walking runners as it was raining that day. They explained things as they went and really gave me confidence the work was being done in a very professional manner! You can be proud of these young men!! I also appreciate I was texted their pics so I know who I was dealing with when they arrived.

Dylan is an extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and informative installer. The plumbing in our home presented a difficult case requiring one of the toilets we had purchased be returned to the vendor. After carrying that heavy skirted toilet from my driveway to an upstairs bathroom then back down again, he stayed good natured throughout and even packed all the parts neatly in its box for the return. He installed the first toilet beautifully. We’re very satisfied and plan to ask for him again when Mr. Plumber returns to our home. p.s. Beware when purchasing skirted toilets. They do NOT have the same footprint or plumbing specs as standard size toilets! The salesperson where we purchased them didn’t have a clue about that.

Clifford called ahead, showed up on time, and through a thorough investigation was able to identify and solve our plumbing issue. I'm a repeat customer of Mr. Plumber. The first time was several years ago because I had water backing into my house from the septic... turns out that the pipe leading to the septic was never really pointing downhill. A sump pump fixed that problem and the job was very well done by Mr. Plumber - for the last 6 years I've had 0 issues with any water backing in. This recent experience was awesome again. It was time to replace the hot water heater and we wanted to go with a tankless. Richard came over and his level of knowledge about the tankless and where to place it really impressed us. We knew immediately that we didn't want to bother spending time and effort with other estimates. Coupled with our prior experience with Mr. Plumber, we just went with it. A few days after the estimate the job was done! Richard and his team built a frame for the tankless and handled all the piping. It looks really great and the area was very clean when they completed. Richard was even very kind to my child who was whiny when we were trying to complete the transaction. Overall I highly recommend them!!

I needed an estimate on some plumbing work that was affecting my hardwood floors and Michael my technician showed up and went through the house inspecting all of my plumbing informing me of the fact that I needed to replace all of it because it was all defective installed back in 1985. Explained all my options based upon my initial call! I am now just waiting on the insurance company to let me know what my coverage will handle and I will definitely use Mr. plumber to install new plumbing throughout.

Mitchell Adams was excellent. We had the regular plumbing service inspection done. He was very thorough, testing all of the fixtures and making useful suggestions. Many times routine service inspections are too routine but he was very detailed.

Blind sided by the cost for repair. Would have been nice to have been given an anticipated repair cost during scheduling. I know they can't provide an estimate without seeing it first, but they know that a leaking pipe in the yard will run between $$ and $$. So I paid 79.00 just to say Thanks for showing up.

And then they adjusted the temp on another bathroom shower - the work was great but the price was about $600 for less than an hour's work. I thought it was pricey.

I made an online appointment before business on 12/20. It wasn't urgent, so I let them pick their appt window. Christmas eve between 12-4. OK? I had thought with two full business days before then they could handle it, but still fine. My guests would be OK in that bathroom if done. They call me at 3pm Christmas eve to say that they had a big job and were going to reschedule. Well, I have a heart and gave the guy no worry. My guests weren't arriving until the 26th so it was fine if they came that morning. Great. Got an appointment for 8-10 I call at 8:30 because I hadn't heard from them and now my appt says 8-12. Oh, they'll call. I was just getting ready to call and cancel them at 10am when they drove up with no call. OK fine - go check it out. We had already done some trouble shooting and eliminated some possibilites on a shower with no hot water. The tech, who was very nice and professional, then tells me it will be 1000. Its laughable. Now my hubs is fairly handy and I was hoping to save him some trouble, but that is like 2 1/2 times what a rate should be for this problem. Then he had to stand there wasting 15 more minutes to write up quotes. I told him it wasn't necessary as we would never be using those overpriced services. He HAD TO write it up. Whatever, then to add insult the next day someone calls and some 'discounts' miraculously become available. Like the discount fairy had flown down over Mr. Plumber headquarters and all of a sudden made it an easier job? This is a sham. If you do use them, at least refuse the job initially and let them come back at you with a cheaper price, but I won't do business with people who rake you over the coals and then try to make it seem cheaper. Let alone people who can't show up with lots of liberty on time. I'm sure it was still grossly over priced. Dave Baker - my trust in your trusted people just flopped.

The company sent a plumber out within hours to inspect a water meter leak. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, helped identify whether the leak was my responsibility or the city’s and provided a free estimate but did not charge for the service call. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing emergencies!

I would only recommend this plumbing business to anyone, and John Matlock has saved me ongoing repairs to my sewer line. After a number of services with them, they've shown concrete reasons that I should only use them.1) they don't sell me services I don't need. John was quick to mention that the additional gravel I requested to stabilize my sewer line shouldn't be necessary, only costing me more.2) They've clearly fixed issues to prevent problems that other plumbers said they solved (but didn't). I replaced part of my sewer line where roots were entering (with A-Total). Because A-Total used large amounts of concrete (instead of glue) to seal the PVC sewer line joints, this weighed down the pipe. As a result, the pipe broke in one spot and pulled itself out of another joint, allowing new roots to enter (the same problem they fixed previously). John Matlock made sure the new pipe was level, the ground was compacted, fixed the cleanout to allow access both ways, and sealed the joints with a compound that won't weigh down the pipe.3) They offered me a 5 year warranty, where a previous company wouldn't warranty sewer line replacement work for more than 18 months (or offer me a discount in fixing what they broke). Mr. Plumber fixed a huge problem that I've had for years, and they did so in a thorough manner.I used another plumbing service for years (A-Total) for my office and home, until they had to repeatedly try to fix issues that they previously fixed. This included a sewer line partial replacement.

We had a horrible experience. No one would tell us or give us an estimate for a very simple job of taking off a cap and putting on a gas valve. It would probably take all of 10 minutes. We were quoted $480 or more for the job. Totally utterly ridiculous! They say that they can’t give an estimate because they don’t know how much it’s going to cost until they get someone out to look at it. What a trap!! They were going to apply the $79 fee (just to come out) to the ridiculous price of $480! I am having another plumber do the same job for $170. Even that’s a ridiculous price. Most of the plumbers apparently use the same ploy. They won’t give you an estimate until they come out and if they come out they charge you ridiculous amount as well. What a scam!

We had a frozen pipe break on Christmas eve. Unlike other plumbers who advertise 24/7 emergency service, Mr. Plumber actually has emergency service. Bill was out to fix our problem on Christmas day, even came a couple of hours early. Bill was great! Would definitely recommend

No issues with the quality of the work, but the price was way out of line. We were having new counter tops installed and needed the sink and gas stove top disconnected and then reconnected. Yes - two trips, and maybe 4 hours of work total. But, almost $1,400?Lesson learned: get multiple quotes well in advance if the installation date.

We had a pipe burst under the hot water heater in the concrete slab.We called Mr Plumber since we have been doing business with them since 2008 or 2009. Jason Gardner arrived, assessed the situation. We called Leak Detection Services at his suggestion to locate the leak. After he had come Jason Gardner returned with Jacob Ferguson. The two of them jackhammered the concrete, located the leak, repaired it, had the Leak Detection Services man return to verify there was no more leak and preppped the two holes for our contractor to finish. They cleaned up after the work. Both men were engaging and polite. They kepts us informed of what was happening before and after they were done. We could not be more pleased. Thank you Jason and Jacob.

I have used Mr. Plumber several times. They have been helpful and fixed issues quickly and cost effectively. Even when I decided to fix issues myself, their plumbers have given advice, and come out to check my work when I requested it.

Great customer service from start to finish. I called in had all my questions answered. Although a small job the professionalism and customer service was excellent. Which is hard to come by these days. I had a great experience I would hope that the rest of the staff is the same. Would definitely use again.

The customer service rep was fairly good, and Zach, our plumber was great! On time, courteous, great communication skills and very knowledgeable I also love the navigation system Mr. Plumber has. Zach told me he was on the way, and I could see his location.

Twice this week I have had Mr plumber come out to look at a water backup situation. 1st Tec insisted that we had new sewer lines, even though living here 20 years, and know for a fact they have never touched the sewer line. He said I needed to get underground service come out. They called to schedule it, I called them back and was hung up on. Second call I made was for more back up that was happening with I less than a week. second guy said that he would schedule an underground crew right there with us. Well he got in his truck and left. Hopefully this upcoming 3rd visit will solve my actual issue since I was already charged $1000 for a line clean out and still have blockage. Overall, I would not recommend this company. Lack of knowledge and customer service.Edit- I love how generic they responded with out acknowledging the mistakes their employees made. I know what you told us. I was there so thank you for stating the obvious issues of the plumbing. The issue was on how unreliable your staff was and their customer service is lacking which wasn’t acknowledged at all in mr plumbers response. You don’t tell a customer they are wrong when they are the ones who have lived in the house over 20 years and would know if their yard had been torn apart due to a sewer line replacement. Again, not using this company because even the person responding to reviews is incapable of dealing with the exact issue.

I would not recommend this company. The technician was nice enough, but I was charged $414.00 for using a suction pump to clear the disposal drain. He wasn't here for no more than 30mins. He didn't have to take of pipes or the disposal.

Bill and Myles at Mr Plumber were great, professional and efficient in replacing our two water heaters. If you need to replace your water heaters or fix a plumbing problem....I highly recommend the Mr. Plumber team for your plumbing needs.

I called them about waterAC maintenance and they also talked about their plumbing solutions. Which I had an old water heater. They set me up an appointment came out next day and explained their systems. I chose the tankless system they installed it same day and it was great service. I highly recommend

Justin West was our plumber. He removed and replaced a toilet quickly and without difficulties. The installation of our dishwasher was complicated by the construction of the water inlet line and the drain line. To complete the installation required both creativity and tenacity. Justin needed additional supplies and tools, so he left and returned the next day to complete the job. He was personable and answered my curiosity questions patiently. I would definitely use Justin West and Mr. Plumber again.

Didn't fix my issue. Over charged. They will charge you for the visit. Any work they did or parts they use. Then recommended I tear my wall out and change a part on my recently renovated bathroom. Wild. It was just a Moen shower cartridge. Charged 140+ then finessed the service contract to drop price to 120+. Service contract, they do nothing but visually inspect.

80 dollars to tell me I have a blocked pipe. clearly, that’s why I called you all in the first place. over a $1000 to snake the drain and $300 to put the toilet (that I removed) back in its place. To charge your customers these kind of prices is absolutely ridiculous. I found another company that was awesome, did not charge me to find the issue and charges well below the absurd number that I was quoted. Ridiculous.

Christopher F. and Tommy P. did an outstanding job repairing a broken PVC adapter head with a brass compression fitting. This was no easy task since they had to dig 2-3 feet to get to the pipe.We recently updated our front landscape and even though they had to dig in that area to get to the leak they made sure the landscaping was placed back. This included removing and replanting my rose bush!I will reuse Mr. Plumber again for all future services.

We discovered a leak in one of our cpvc lines from the water heater around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night. I called Mr. Plumber and was told they would have someone out the next day. Kyle came at around 9:30 a.m. that next morning and fixed our leak in about an hour. Incredible service - the speed at which Mr. Plumber was able to get service to us on a weekend was just so impressive. Kyle was incredibly personable and explained everything perfectly. All around good experience.

April-17-2023: Eric and Curtis did a good job in finding the cause of the issues with my two toilets and determining possible remedies and explained what was involved in each step in terms that were readily understood.

Needed the entire house re-piped because of slab leaks. They had to run the lines in the attic and then down into the walls to each water location.We talked in advance about the number of drywall cuts and they did minimal cuts and in closets and inconspicuous places. They did excellent work, two top notch supervisors . Was suppose to be a three day job but completed in two. Men worked hard, stayed with it, kept me apprised of situation, on time. I feel like it is a quality job and will be an asset to the house at such time it is sold. No water leaks under the slab.

Mr. Plumber got me in ahead of the scheduled window. The plumber was in and out because he is skilled and professional. The price was fair for a last minute request. Glad to work with Mr. Plumber and Coolray.

I was able to book the appointment online without having to speak to anyone (yes!) and they came out the next day. Consumer Beware: This review is for the blatant price gouging this company does. We had a plumber come out from this company today and the quotes provided were absolutely outrageous and more than double national averages. While the plumber seemed competent, they charge a fixed price for tasks and refuse to quote over the phone without sending someone out first.The tasks they quoted were not even accurate for the work we were asking and there was no flexibility. For instance, we needed the toilet flange replaced on a toilet already partially installed and they wanted to charge us a full fixed price of $600 to remove an old toilet and fully install a new one. Every task they quoted was wildly over priced.What a waste of everyone's time today.

I received a response to my inquiry right away and was able to schedule an urgent appointment. My technician was knowledgeable and took the time to troubleshoot my problem. The cost was a little pricey, but I felt comfortable with my repair and would definitely use these services again.

I noticed my water heater was leaking so I called and spoke to Ali Martinez who booked an appointment for me that day. My technician Bryan came out at the appointed time and we discussed my options. The water heater was 23 years old and while I could do a repair I was only putting off the inevitable. With that being said I opted for a new unit which was installed the next day, on time and on budget

Our water heater went out and we needed a new one. Since we had previous experience with Coolray we decided to call Mr Plumber, under the Coolray umbrella, and have them come out. We were able to schedule service for the next day, very surprised. Jonathan came out, evaluated our problem and gave us our options. Since our water heater was 17yrs old replacement was the best option. He scheduled it for the next day and came out and took care of everything without a hitch even though we decided to go with a tankless instead of a water heater. They kept up communications so we always knew what was going on, even after hours. We would be happy to call them again if we need service.

Ronald Austin was our plumber. We hav a soft-tissue blockage that caused the basement toilet to overflow with sewage. The floor was filled with waste and standing water. He was very helpful and sympathetic and fixed the problem in one night for under a grand. He wrote the report up right and the guys he recommended to professionally clean were pleasant and sympathetic. All of thisHappened in Christmas Eve.

Did not show up when needing them the most, no hot water. Supposedly they did not service my brand of water heater even though I had a plumbing service agreement for a few years. Very shady!

Great plumbing company! Noticed our old and overdue for replacement water heater had just started leaking - immediately was concerned that it could let go at any time and flood our finished basement. A quick call to Mr. Plumber and they had it swapped out same-day. The plumber sent out named Floyd did a quality installation job with all new fittings and brought it up to code with a needed expansion tank. No hassles and done right...very pleased with the service.

A job done right this time! We discover a leak in our main water line. With Richard Kashi's recommendation, we used a leak detection service to avoid digging in multiple locations. They found we had at least two leaks in the line. Richard and the leak detection pro recommended replacing the entire line since two leaks meant a serious problem. The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time.

Our technician, William Parker, was not only on time but also super professional and upfront with the repair. He was able to fix the issue in under 30 minutes and made our worries disappear.

I’m not gonna lie I was scared to call a plumber because you hear of them overcharging a lot for services, but not only was my service fee fairly priced but it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a technician that has worked on my home. David did a great job. He called ahead of time to see if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. He was able to provide four different options for me to choose from.

John quickly assess and diagnosed the clogged drain and was able to clear it with a 100ft snake with a camera. It was interesting and a bit gross to see the stopped waste and paper, but also provided a level of confidence that the pipes were cleared all the way to the outside of the house into the septic tank. He was very pleasant, careful, and cleaned up after himself. He replaced the seal and reinstalled the commode and he actually resealed around the base of the commode with caulk. Great job and my en suite is back in business!

Allen Craven, Adam Gentry, Jose and Lee took excellent care of us. The services and products were reasonably priced, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service exceptional. Highly recommend these guys for anything you need done. They replumbed our entire house to bring it up to code, installed a bath/shower unit, and will be replacing our water heater. They kept our house clean and damage to a minimum. They were very efficient and courteous. We are very satisfied customers.

The plumber arrived quickly and did a great job. He found the leak quickly, cut out the drywall, and replaced an 18 piece of copper pipe. 5 star experience all the way except for the price. They charged a $49 service fee - no problem. They charged $163 to cut a hole in the ceiling and find the leak - no problem. They charged $413 to replace the 18 piece of copper pipe. That was a problem for me. With a pinhole of water spilling out on my carpet, it was either pay or cut off the water in the house and look for another plumber or replace it myself. I wanted it fixed before my wife came home so I had him fix it. He was courteous, polite, and knew what he was doing. Great experience except I feel like I was taken advantage of. Maybe I'm naive, but I searched the Internet and found prices 1/3 to 1/2 the cost. Maybe it was considered an emergency repair (I did say I wanted someone as soon as possible). Like most homeowners, I didn't know anything about the cost of a plumber until I needed one. Still, I think $413 for $20 of material and 15 minutes labor is excessive.

October 2017, The plumber that was dispatched (Andy) was a true professional. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price and gave me options for other work. The scheduling however absolutely horrible and that's no fault of Andy. I had the call set up online and it was rescheduled immediately. Then the 12-4 window was missed by 4 hours(showed up at 8pm). Then the parts were not available to fix. So basically i wasted an entire Saturday.The last time I used them they were better.Now it's Feb 2018 and they had to come back and fix a warrantied part. Water leaked from the warranted part buckling our hard wood floors and I'm told I'm being charged $250 for the repair which took one hour. Way to cover your $25 part cost. Also they accept no responsibility for the damage. This is absurd....

Did total re-pipe of house to replace old polybutylene pipes. Great plumber with two good apprentices. Finished on schedule. Good job and pleasant to deal with. Supervisor followed-up with inspection the next day. I've used Coolray/Mr Plumber for years.
