We have had to do a ton of repairs after buying an old house that was poorly flipped. Jeff and the whole SLAM team have been incredible from start to finish. I will never call another plumber again. These guys (and gal at the office) are the real deal: honest, hardworking, smart & skillful, great customer service, good sense of humor and wit, competitive prices; they are total professionals. SLAM puts the and then some into their business. After their very first visit, I already felt like they cared about my home and my satisfaction. After their fourth, I feel like part of the family. We're not done with all the fixes yet, but at least I got to know these great plumbers (aka great humans) -- I know they have my back, and at the end of the day that is a pretty shiny silver lining.

Recently had a tree cut and stump grinding done. Water collecting on front yard made me fear the sewer line was damaged. Had a plumber come out and run a camera through the line. They claimed that the sewer line was cracked and in need of repair. The estimate provided was substantial. Apart from plumbing work, the job would have required my front yard and possibly sidewalk to be dug up.

I contacted Carl for a second opinion. Within 3 hours, he came out to my property and ran his camera through the same line and to my surprise, there was no crack. No tree root damage. No work to be done at all.

American Service Specialists saved me thousands of dollars just by being honest. It is difficult enough being a single female homeowner without having vendors take advantage. It is definitely a relief knowing that moving forward, I don't have to worry about who to turn to for plumbing needs.

Main guy has a very bad attitude, shister rip off. Will never use them again or recommend them. And I am in the remodeling business so I know the tricks they play. Tried to say it was a $600 job and in reality if they stayed working it literally took them a little over a half hour. I agreed on $350 plus materials and I said okay. When he turned the water on it leaked on the other side also. We're talking about a 2' long area and he said that wasn't part of our agreement and charged me a little more. Rip off

This company. Shocked me matt responded immediately very friendly its a busy time with covid. I called again David then called me back within the same day fixed my problem thank goodness it could have been a disaster if David couldent come out as quivk as he did David and his assistant were great ill be using this company in near future

John, was professional and got the job done quickly. He replaced my water heater was able to explain everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company if you need your water heater replaced. The office was also very helpful and kind as well.

Called several numbers and was directed to an answering service with reps who were very kind but couldn’t answer any questions about the services and cost. Would be great to speak with an expert when trying to identify a new vendor

I called this company twice and had amazing experiences! The office employees and dispatchers (thanks Will and Maggie!) were responsive, effective and extremely helpful. The technicians were communicative, efficient and professional. I used their services for a shower valve at my brothers home and a hot water heater pipe at a customers home and I can also say that both parties were satisfied with the promptness of services provided. I am happy to say I have a go to plumbing company if anything ever comes up! Thanks Royal Flush!!
