Atlantis Plumbing

Plumber was efficient but stole my lamp. He was not supposed to even touch it.

I had a water leak last week by the side of driveway and called Atlantis Plumbing to look at. They sent Jason on 9/8/20 morning. I was at work and he met my wife and explained to her the repairs. He then called me and explained the repair will be temporary as existing blue pex is not reliable, which I knew as most of my neighborhood replaced it. He advised me to replace the water line with black high density poly with 25 years manufacture's warranty that will cost a bit more but will have peace of mind. He was very professional and I was convinced. He gave me the price which was quite reasonable. I called him in the evening after my work and again discussed with him the scope of work and time frame. He very nicely explained again and said that he can schedule on 9/10/20. I was concerned about the grass to be disturbed. He said that he will make sure that there is minimum damage to the grass. Thomas called me in the morning before coming and I told him to call me when done. He called me and texted me the pictures after he finished. I could hardly see the grass disturbed. When I came back home saw site was cleaned and minimum grass disturbance. They did a good job. Next day Mike called me to follow up and this was another sign of their good professional ethics. I will definitely hire them for my future plumbing needs.

Super company. The figured out our plumbing problem very quickly (after we were first ripped off by another brand name plumbing company recommended by Dale Cardwell - what an idiot). Atlantis did a great job making the repairs. Highly recommended.

Whatever you do run from this company. I had a leak and they told me to fix the leak I need to pay $2,150 to install a new water line. After the installation my ceiling started flooding. My floor was filled with water and my sofa soaked. They told me it was a different issue. Now these people send out 3 different professional and all 3 of them gave a different analysis. The owner claimed the leak is not because of them but he is fixing it for FREE but I will need to install a new water heater for $1,650 because the same thing is going to happen. FREE!!!!! These people are mere crooks and fail to accept when they mess up. Keep them out of your house. Now I never had any big issue than a small water leak and this company turned my entire house upside down with the new installation. I did not want to use another company for the heater installation because if anything goes wrong again they are going to claim it is not their fault. When I asked about the sofa that is soaked he stated they would not do anything but can recommend someone for me to pay to have it dried. Also, I have a video of one of the workers taking pictures/video of my doorknob twice and once he came inside and was heading outside the alarm started chirping. The monitoring company told me someone was tampering with the front door alarm. BE WARNED of this company. They are possibly just employing anyone that they can pay for cheap labor. The reviews will definitely throw you off. I think most of these are probably paid to get these good reviews. Technician finished then walked away not answering questions that I asked. The bottle he drank from he left it on my table.
