Just recently moved into my home and along with a new home comes the issues. Had a leak in my dinning room ceiling from the master Shower (second floor). I had an appointment at 11:30am on a Friday. Waited til 2 until I called their front office, the call was definitely rerouted to someone else. The person that picked up only could take a message and not actively try to figure out where Jamari was who was suppose to fix my plumbing. The person who took the message was suppose to call me back with an update/get in touch with whomever works the front office. Safe to say I never got a call back and Jamari never showed up. Wasted my whole day waiting on a no show who didn’t have the courtesy to even send me some kind of update on if they were running late or if they wouldn’t be able to make it. Time is valuable and they wasted all of mine.

I had a problem with my shower and tub stopping up as well as toilet gurgling while using the shower. Jamari was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all questions that I had. I felt like my concerns actually mattered to him. Good service is hard to find these days. The job might get done, which of course is what we want, but being kind and friendly along with doing a great job goes a long way. Jamari has a great personality. Thanks to Jamari for a pleasant experience.

We had another small plumbing issue and have called Plumbers 4 Real again. Our first experience with them went perfectly so that’s who we wanted to call. Horrifying experience. Todd came to our place and tried to fix our sump pump in the basement. One minute after he got here, he turned on the sump pump with the lid OPENED, to try to “test the power”. We were standing right next to him saying the the power is functioning. He insisted to test and turned the pump on without notifying us, caused an explosion of black water.... bad experience.... Only five minutes of Plumbers 4 Real, we got a GROSS basement, lost $40, NO suggestions for fixing. We even had to clean up the mess with our paper towels!

On time and fixed 3 different problems before he left. Jabari was very professional and gave great feedback on future jobs in my house. He is definitely who you should call for any plumbing issues.

Installed Expansion tank above water heater and did a good job but did not need to try up-selling us a new flexible 'code recommended' gas line for the water heater as the existing copper line is perfectly good. These internal home gas lines carry less than 1 PSI so a sturdy copper connecting tube will last forever. Although the tech was friendly, professional and did a great job of connecting and installing the expansion tank via PEX, I felt it was overly expensive for such a trivial task.

Our neighbor used plumbers 4real In the process of fixing their plumbing they ruined my yard they told our neighbor that they would fix it if I called plumbers 4 real once I returned from working out of town we called
7/25 we called and left a message with the after hours receptionist 7/26 they called back and explained the situation again they said they would talk to the supervisor and callback
Waited a week and no response Called back August 1st to see whay was going on & they stated they would call a lawnscaper to come out to repair the lawn that day or the next day
Called again 8/2 the girl stated that she didn't know what to do because her supervisor wasn't available since he had just gotten married and they would call back when they had an answer till this day we have never heard back.
I put in a lot of time and work so my home (yard included) to look exceptionally well & taken care of so the fact that they didn't reach out to fix the damage that was caused and the fact that they failed to follow up and actually do what was promised shows a lot about a business and how they operate. I'm beyond disappointed situation and how it was handled.

Had an appointment for a service call to check a leaky shower. Was quoted over $300 for a service that actually wasn’t even needed. Was a little disappointed that the representative didn’t attempt to try to ensure that he wasn’t able to remove any piece of the spout in our shower to ensure that what he was telling us was wrong was actually the problem. We declined the service, and ended up having someone else come out, remove the faucet without any issue and ended up fixing it for under $100 for everything. We paid the $39.99 service fee to this company, but still felt somewhat misled. Wanted to give this company business because of the reviews we read, just cannot say we were pleased with our outcome.

This is the second time I've used Plumbers 4 Real. This time we had mysterious vibrating pipes. Todd arrived onsite and quickly found the problem was with our hall bathroom toilet. These have included leaks in the house, toilet problems, adjustments of our water heaters, replacement of an outdoor spigot and, most recently, replacement of a shut off valve and pressure valve. We have been delighted with their service. Todd has been our plumber on each of the above occasions and has done a fabulous job each and every time. He is extremely well informed. He takes his time diagnosing the problem and then also takes his time explaining the issue. He tells us why and how each problem needs to be repaired. He reviews the costs involved and always explains possible options. He is an extremely patient and personable professional. He leaves our house with the involved area looking as clean as before the job was done. I can't rave about him and his company enough. We are very lucky to have found him.

Jamari was absolutely awesome! I appreciated his honesty from the jump! He knew I was very frustrated because I had just spent money on a new water heater. Jamari told me from the start that it would be best to get our water line re-routed to save money and time! We called plumbers last minute and we got a quick response! Plumbers 4 Real sent Jamari and he was great! He cleaned our sewer lines. He was informative, clean, patient and professional. Already scheduling for the urinals to be replaced by them!

Had an upstairs shower issue with a leak and needed a new cartridge, nozzle, etc. Todd was cool and went straight to it. He was in and out and didn’t wreck the place in the process 😊

Jamari is absolutely amazing! Our garbage disposal and washing machine were both smelling like sewage at times so my husband asked him to come out and inspect both areas. Jamari was honest with us and told us that our garbage disposal was old, but it did not need replacing. Jamari suggested using a peeled lemon to help the blades and smell for the garbage disposal. Before Jamari came, we had a very loud sound whenever we did turn on the disposal. After he left, we tried peeling the lemon and placing in the garbage disposal. This worked and we no longer hear the noise. Jamari told us that sometimes the disposal can smell like sewage if food is in there. Jamari also let us know how the washing machine can also smell the same at times because of the way the water is coming through to the washing machine. This is our second time using Plumbers 4 real and we are thankful that we have found an honest and reliable plumber.

Jamarii was very excellent. We thought it was a simple showerhead problem but actually it was our water heater pressure. Thankfully, he was very thorough, listened to everything we said and then checked other things, instead of just fixing the showerhead. It could've been way worse if he didnt. I can not overemphasize what a wonderful interaction I had with this company! I was horrified to discover water flowing into my yard the day after Thanksgiving. I had no plumbing knowledge and had no idea how to solve the problem. On top of that, most companies weren’t available for days given the holiday. I sat without water for 2 days until I called plumbers for real.

Jamari, from Plumbers4real put me at ease from the initial encounter. Everyone from the office staff to the men who completed the repair were pleasant and went the extra mile.
