We had water leaking from the ceiling below our kitchen. Royal Flush came out within 24 hours and did an amazing job. Buddy was very professional and helpful. He came in, located and fixed the leak, and went above and beyond to ensure it was done right. I would absolutely use them again!
I'm so glad Royal Flush was recommended to me! I had a rising water bill due to a leak outside. Within 24 hours, I was given a quote, scheduled the installation and had a new water line put in. Steve T. was my salesperson and installer. He was patient, friendly, helpful and thorough. Royal Flush's prices were reasonable (and much better than my first estimate from another company) and they gave me a veteran's discount and offered financing. Called at around 9:00am and Royal Flush had Thomas come out and take a look. Thomas was super nice, found the problem, explained my options and had the fix done in less then an hour. Will definitely be calling again for any future issues.
All star service. Fair prices and probably have the most knowledgeable plumber, Justin when it comes to gas water heaters. On time, serviced when said, completed job and was a no hassle situation or up sales. Got rid of my old water heater that was more than likely a loan to get out due to some issues with how it was put in. No complaints, just hard work.

We had a leaking shower for years now. It leaked on the inside of the valves. A previous plumber came and couldnât fix it. Made it worse actually.
After Thousands of dollars spent on Dekalb Water, we called Royal Flush.
Eury came and was able to get it done with a few hours. He looked at it and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He did so much for us and we appreciate it so much. No more leak and will be getting the water payments adjusted.
It looks brand new and now we can adjust the water easily too. Thank you Eury!

My sewer line backed up and overflowed in the basement bathroom unexpectedly on Saturday. David was dispatched and came immediately. He introduced himself with a bright smile and I showed him to the problem area. He quickly assessed the issue, answered my questions thoroughly and began the work. As he worked, he kept me abreast of his progress frequently and ensured I understood my options. He worked well into the evening (after 11:30 PM) to ensure it was resolved.
David S is courteous, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and communicates very well. He was such a pleasure to work with that I deleted all other plumbers from my contacts and will use Royal Flush exclusively going forward!

Contacted Royal flush to look into problems with water pressure and other issues observed within the home. Turns out that our hot water tank was breaking down and pushing sediment within our lines. I also wanted a kitchen sink faucet replaced. The faucet repair was completed thorough on day one with the water heater tank replacement scheduled for day two.
The installation of the tank took longer than expected because of issues they encountered but work through to completion. I did have them come back the following Monday as several fixtures had performance issues that turned out to be additional sediment that required removal.
The Plumber Harold and his assistance Chris did very well in completing the installations and repairs. While a bit longer than expected the repairs and install was completed with good quality and explanation of what was to be completed and in progress.
Yes, I would recommend Royal Flush Plumbing and would use them for future plumbing services. The office team was also very good with scheduling and support.

Technician David came out for initial diagnosis of a broken and terribly clogged outdoor drain line than involved an entire 6 unit townhome building; and had also caused our home to flood.
He subsequently came back out and jetted entire line without incident, complete with after camera footage, showing a spic and span interior of line, spanning quite a long distance.

I called this company twice and had amazing experiences! The office employees and dispatchers (thanks Will and Maggie!) were responsive, effective and extremely helpful.
