I called due to an emergency, Quality Septic were very responsive and booked my appointment same day. They were on time affordable and dependable. The repair was quick and seamless. They answered all of my questions and put my stress at ease. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. A+ service!

This company is beyond unprofessional!!! Scheduled a clean out for 12:30 pm they never showed. I called over 15 times only for them to finally answer and lie about being 9 minutes away. I had to call Pink Plumber to do the job and they arrived within 45 minutes. BUYER BEWARE of this company!

Had a last minute issue and I believe I spoke to a Mr.Jahi and Quality Septic were able take care of the problem and I’m very thankful because it could caused me more trouble had I not gotten the old one repaired.

Quality Septic was on the job!! Installed my new system and everything is working perfectly. What I really liked was how he educated me on the system. Good prompt service and reasonably priced. Feels good to support businesses in the community. Keep good going.

I called them on Tuesday day to confirm a inspection and pump on Friday. I was told to ignore the window for inspection and that I would be told Wednesday night when the inspection would happen. I didn’t receive a window until I called in early Friday morning. At that time I was told that they would not pump it only be inspecting it. To pump it some one would have to come later on. I was told to wait for information that I never got. Because of this I or my agent could not even schedule to arrive in time. They don’t have any idea as to scheduling and how it should be done or relayed to their clients.

Very professional and prompt service that delivered the fix and repairs that I needed for my septic system. Other service providers quoted me way too much. Not only did Quality Septic assess the issue but they also offered me a plan to prevent it from happening again, and he was able to install it the same week. No surprises... I paid only what he quoted. If you're looking for help with septic issues Quality Septic is who I recommend.

Quality Septic is the ONLY company that stayed the course to find the problem and fix it. After years of spending money on shabby work, I finally found a company that knows what they are doing. My only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner!

Very unprofessional. Left a huge mess, promised to come back and finish the job but once he got paid in full, now he doesn’t even return phone calls!! On top of that, I received a phone call from his subcontractor telling me that the check that he received from Quality Septic has bounced and no one returning his phone calls either. He will not stay in business long treating customers this way!!

first their phone equipment is outdated or cheap when you call its static and you hear yourself echo the entire call. i used them to find a commercial septic tank. unfortunately, the previous owners had built over it. I spoke to i guess owner/manager he said he would call city and give me some options. I guess my job was too much work for him..so instead of telling me they will not be able to help they just stopped returning my calls. one time i called a lady answered and then just hung up on me.
maybe they are good at cleaning a septic tank but i would not use them for any big job or commercial. oh i kept getting these phantom text messages from them late at night saying they were on the way. weird and just not worth the hassle.

I am so happy I contacted Sam to help with my mom’s septic tank. The same day I called him we were blessed to have him come by that day. Him and his partner did a terrific job and got our tank and pipes in shape like they said they would. Everything was explained very well. They both were very professional, caring, friendly and very educated on this business. Prices were very reasonable. I wish nothing but more blessings their way and that this business continues to be successful. We will definetly keep them in mind for future referrals and jobs. Thank you so much!

This business submitted a fake invoice to my mortgage company stating they serviced my system when it had not been serviced in years. They also charged me $1500 for a service they did not provide when the system backed up. When it continued having issues, they wanted to charge me $750 to scope the interior plumbing. That’s when I got a different service and discovered that Quality Septic lied and conned their way around our system to the tune of $2500.
