Had a plumbing emergency. Major blockage in the sewer line. Toilets backed up, sewage backing up into the shower. A real mess. My plumber was not available and recommended I call Rotorooter. Called Saturday morning and they were there, as promised, by early afternoon. Narcis was the field supervisor to first show up and soon assessed that he had to call in for assistance. Emanuel, the assistant plumber, was there shortly after. Both were so professional and polite. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient. Price was fair and reasonable.Thank you!!!

Update on earlier reviews. Now a five-time (and five-star!) customer with Fix & Flow. Chad uncovered a drain pipe burst resulting in a complete kitchen demolition to mitigate water damage to the floors, etc. Just completed a repair to the burst pipe, but also discovered a leaky water line pipe that was repaired by the mitigation company. Fix & Flow really has your back as a customer. Can't recommend them highly enough. Yes, pricey, but competent beyond your wildest dreams. A classic case of you get what you pay for -- the best.

Hired these professional plumbers to install gas logs on recommendation from Home Depot. Had 10 am appointment but tech didn't come until 5 pm. Expected to be instructed on do's and don'ts of apparatus. I'm a nurse. If I gave you a shot, you'd expect me to tell you what to/not to do, right? I had the same expectations from Bobby the plumber installing my gas logs! Was not instructed how to use apparatus until I specifically asked. Was not informed that I needed to open chute even though I have ventless logs and chute was not opened by tech. Smelled strong gas odor with each use. Called company to report gas smell after 1st use. Did some troubleshooting over the phone with Todd. Was informed they were very busy (due to bad weather here) and wouldn't be able to get to me for a week or so. I was ok with that. Bobby came back out today. I didn't realize I would be charged for the call out since I JUST paid for the install and IMMEDIATELY reported something was wrong. Not only was I charged $105 after I just paid $257 (which was $75 higher than my phone quote from them) to have unit installed, but Todd got very nasty with me over the phone and told me that he just sent an expensive tech to my house for nothing and a waste of time when the tech could have been on a $10,000 job. How rude!!! I have been very patient with them due to their busy schedule, and to be treated so rudely is despicable! What if I lit a candle or something and my house blew up due to the gas in the air?? Would that still be for nothing?? I paid the $105, but I will not recommend this company to anyone and will not use them again.

Matt, Dave, Sean, and Dan must be the best plumbing crew in town. They really saved me from an unfortunate situation. Their work was top notch, they explained in detail everything they were doing an why. They went above and beyond - they saved a Japanese Maple and kept my yard looking great despite having to dig a 12 foot hole.

Mr Plumber replaced two valves under our kitchen sink and reconnected at gas cooktop after a countertop replacement. Service was timely and work was well done.

Called for a stain on ceiling we thought might have been caused by master bath.The guys quickly assessed the situation and solution in a practical manner. The stain had been caused by a toilet that had run continuously while out of town - water is insidious.
They were on time, polite .professional, well skilled and most importantly honest.
