Daniel cleared our Basement drain. It seemed the workers were backed up and at the end of our waiting period (2 hr time block) they were needing to reschedule for the following day. I expressed my concerns however they ended up coming out after the originally time frame. I really appreciated them working with us on this as we needed the drain cleared and changing my work schedule was going to be difficult. Daniel was great to work with and i appreciate the company working with us on this issue.

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

I called Plumbing One to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. First off, the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was nice. She helped me out by working around my son's school schedule to get Jesse, my awesome plumber, to my home as soon as possible. Jesse was nice and informative. He showed me what was wrong, fixed it , and gave me advice on a plumbing project that I plan to tackle in the near future. I would absolutely call Plumbing One again. Thanks Jesse!

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.
