Amanda Plumbing is AMAZING!!!!!!! We had them out on Sunday for a leak in our ceiling. My husband could not find the leak. It turns out it was from our upstairs toilet leaking. Tyler was so kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also installed a toilet that we needed installed as well. I was surprised about how reasonable their prices were for the weekend. Tyler was out to us within an hour of us calling. Thank you so much. We will be calling you again when we decide to go to a tankless water heater.

I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.

I would not recommend them to anybody! They came to our house a few weeks ago to fix our garbage disposal, & our hot water tank. They fixed the garbage disposal, & it works great. The hot water tank? Not so much! They changed the setting on the HWT, & we thought that's all that was needed, but soon after they left, we noticed that our HWT was slowly dripping water onto our basement floor, & has been ever since. My husband called them, left a voicemail, & told them what was going on, & then I left them an email on their website, saying the same thing. We've heard absolutely nothing from them! We even paid them $75 for the service call for them to come out the one time that they did, & now, we can't get them to come back out here again!

Harmony called me as soon as they opened to schedule my appointment. I have a home warranty and started the request through them. The man told me they could come today, gave me a time frame and showed up earlier then expected! The plumber was very nice and respectful. He changed my valve and gave me a new water line and was done in less then 30 min. I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews but I do know that plumbing issues are rarely as straightforward as ours was. I would use this company again based on our experience with them.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
