The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

I called A 3 Aces to replace my faulty sump pump. They showed up at the house in less than 30 minutes! I had a new pump within the hour at a very reasonable price.

After I made an inquiry via the website at 9:00 p.m., Tim texted me to get the process rolling. By the next morning, the job was already scheduled at a fair price. The tech arrived precisely on time and I want to highly commend him for his expertise, efficiency, and overall great customer service. I enjoyed watching him work and it was evident that he was a very highly skilled professional. I appreciate how he narrated the process and sought my input to be sure that the job met my needs. I also was glad to see the care that he took to cover all of the floors and the stairs to protect my home. Those details really matter. I was frankly amazed at how quickly he, by himself, completed the work.

Have used Gunther several times, and will continue to do so. I contacted the owner over this last weekend due to a leak I found, and was surprised to find out that he was on vacation but still took the time to respond to me! Fast forward to Monday morning, when I was able to get a technician scheduled for Wednesday morning. Technician showed up on time, and even gave me a heads up he was on the way. He diagnosed my issue (turned out to be an hvac issue), and even helped fix a toilet issue that I dumped on him last second (dumped-poor choice of word). The only issue I had, and it’s pretty minor, is that there is toilet water on the floor of my bathroom from where he had taken the pump out of the toilet. Other than that, everything was wonderful and the price acceptable.

I highly recommend Drain Busters! Ian did a fantastic job! I was prompt, gave me advance notice that he was on his way and was able to assess where the clog was most likely located from the slow drain in the tub and he was exactly right. He did a professional job and solved the clog problem quickly
and efficiently. I will use Drain Busters again and will be sure to recommend!

He installed a second gas hook up for my grill. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Very reasonably priced for the service provided. I would defiantly recommend Phil if you need any work on your gas lines.

I have known him for several years. He always did a great job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called you about a cast iron pipe problem at my house. He sent his two sons. They were both very polite and professional. The problem is solved and I am very happy with the results. I will contact this company for any future projects!

Very good work I was just expecting a newborn baby and my shower has started to leak and drain through the floor leading into my kitchen, I also had a water heater tank go out in the middle of the winter and also needed some plumbing things done for a new toilet install in my half bathroom the services that I did receive were fairly priced and was quality work I recommend bucktown C & M this guy is a jack of all trades and if it's something that he hasn't done before he figures it out on the spot!
