After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.

Mike came rodded out our bathroom sink and tub. He was very polite and helpful. Answered all our questions. Was fast and got the job done.

Service technician was knowledgeable and polite. My sink was unclogged. However your bank account will also be empty at the end of the service. Very over priced for a simple job. I only learned this after researching once the job was done. $499 for a simple unclogging. Didn't know that I could rent the same tool from home Depot's for a fraction of the price. Although the job was done, I would consider this unprofessional business practice. Again, the work was great but if you can do a bit of research you could save yourself some money. If you don't care about the cost, then this is the company for you.

The IL Consumer fraud act is intended to protect consumers against unfair and deceptive practices including but not limited to charging for goods and service. Overcharging consumers for simple unclogging can be seen as a misrepresentation effort, equipment, quality of service or skill to perform the service.

(815 ILCS 505) section 2

Objectively speaking: $499 for this service is overcharging. This was not a complicated or unique situation.

Right Away is very reliable and provides great value, especially for their price. We have worked with Jorge several times now at one of the properties we manage, and he is very straightforward, communicative and on time.

They severly overcharge! I would recommend using them for an estimate then use someone else to complete the job.

***Updated comment*** After seeing the reply to my previous comment I realized that this company was used as a Subcontractor. Four Seasons is the company that severely overcharges. I will change my rating to 3stars because they had nothing to do with the prices and did complete the job. I would've given more stars but since they just accused me of creating a fake account that was a very unprofessional way to respond

Needed a pressure release valve replaced on hot water heater and when they showed up they said it would be almost $600.00. The next morning I went to a plumbing supply store, bought the valve for $15.00 & replaced it in 15 minutes. They of course charged me $79.00 for the privilege.

What a great service. Henry and his abilities have surpassed my expectations! He is the Guy. You know when you say, 'i gotta guy.'? I can now say, recommend, and count on a guy. Henry, and Havana's Plumbing is that 'guy'. Call him and save him into your phone. He's the real deal!

Mark the technician came out to our house for an emergency sewer backup into the basement. He was personable, efficient, explained what he was suggesting and doing at every step and did a great job. He also gave detailed options for what we might do for follow-up to prevent the same problem in the future, including estimated costs. Great service.

They were very courteous over the phone and gave me a half hour window when the plumber would arrive and it was accurate. He was very professional, clean, advised me of cost prior to starting work, explained everything and finished very fast. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service! Multi-unit condo and commercial building had a sewer clog and it wasn't at all clear where the access point to the sewer was. Nate was soooo helpful and thorough in trying to get access to the sewer and get our issue resolved! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! John and Kevin who worked on the sewer were also great! Would highly recommend Kuhn Plumbing.

62 year old galvanized pipe, valve replacement. Water Heater replacement. The repairman was prompt, honest and offered several options based on cost and not once was there any pressure for a hard-sell. Travis Castillo did his best to meet my requests and had a plan “B” & “C” just in case. I was made aware of all the efforts taken and I appreciated the information up front. His task and attitude were always professional and courteous. The repairman did not consider the job complete until I was shown all that was done and a thural clean-up was performed. Zuniga's first time working with me was great - great technicians, great communication, fixed my issues right away. The second time left a lot to be desired. While the work was technically in line with what I asked them to do [vanity replacement in a tenant's unit], they installed the wrong vanity [then acted like I was in the wrong for telling them so!], and did so directly over the subfloor, without notifying me that there was tile missing...when I'd specifically asked them to notify me as such. They do not do tile, and I understand that, but they didn't follow my instructions and then acted churlish and rude when I gave them the feedback that I was disappointed in this - I would have liked the opportunity to have them refer me to a tile laying company and then to bring them back after the floor was in good shape and uniform throughout the bathroom. Now, I'll have to remove the vanity they've installed, then have the tile redone, then have the vanity reinstalled - a pain for me and my tenants alike.

I gave him this feedback directly, and his response was combative and unhelpful. All in all, there was no effort to make it right or accept responsibility whatsoever. I can handle mistakes, and I would have been understanding if he'd told me This is out of our purview - if that had happened, we could have worked together on a solution. But I can't handle outright rudeness and denial of responsibility when someone's done something contrary to what I asked when I'm paying them.

I don't recommend this company at all. If you do choose to move forward with this company, I would be very, very clear with Walter about what is acceptable and what is not, and be there to supervise the work as it's happening.

We had our toilets and faucets in the bathrooms replaced by these guys. They also cleaned out our drain. The plumbers were kind, efficient and informative. They were able to finish the work at the estimated time. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Sam's Plumbing And Rodding responded quickly to a customer in need. My main water line to the house broke while I was on vacation. When I returned, my yard was flooded. This company provided same day service, did an excellent job, and at a lower price than their competition when I called. I would highly recommend their prompt and excellent services.. Super and attentive. They come when they say they'll come. A little advice to people looking for wonderful service. If you have a lot to get done on any type of fix and in this case plumbing, expect to spend a lot of money PERIOD! That said, since you're going to spend the money, THESE GUYS! We had invasive roots to our drainage system and some other pre-existing piping issues. They cleared the roots and made some more sensible changes to the piping configuration. Brett was the point person for most of the correspondence. This dude is A+. Excellent communication and you can tell he knows what he's talking about. recommend these guys!
