I have known the owner of Omega Plumbing Service since grade school.There isn’t a nicer, more trustworthy person on this planet. I will never use another company as long as they are in business. They do quality work and are extremely responsive. I highly recommend them .

The best plumber I ever worked with. My main drain has been clogged once a year in the past few years. All other plumbers just did snake jobs to open the line without finding out why. Omega Plumbing Service not only opened the line, but also did a camera job and recording to find out the root cause. The plumber spent almost 3+ hours with a very reasonable charge. Definitely recommend its services.

Omega Plumbing Service has done much work in our home recently as part of a bathroom remodel. An error was made by a previous technician and our shower did not have good water pressure. Justin installed a new water line and fixed the shower pressure. He was very accommodating and helpful. We appreciated his service and expertise.

Mike did a great job replacing a toilet in my house. He was courteous, professional, efficient and on time. I will definitely hire him again. Fred was very helpful in answering plumbing inspection questions and explaining how he would clean out our water heater. He also gave me professional advice regarding a recently installed hot water recirculating pump and smart switch. Let me know the issues before and after and very polite.

The plumbers were outstanding. The two outdoor faucets worked but the shut off valves in the basement leaked and were the old round type. They installed the valve that slides vs turning a knob. They both work great now!!

Omega Plumbing Service went the extra mile for us! We had a slab leak and it caused a lot of stress and worry. The lady in the office was willing to go through some extra hoops other companies were not in order to help us solve the problem. The plumber sent out to diagnose and fix the leak gave us an upfront estimate then worked most of the day to fix the leak. Great service.

They came the same day that I called. They called me before that came. He was very professional and explained everything he had to do. He gave me the price before he started. The dispatcher did an apparently mediocre job, but the plumber that came here was absolutely outstanding. His willingness to spend more time, and figure out a resolution to a tricky job certainly deserves the highest praise. He was terrific. I highly recommend using them.

Our sewer pipe had a blockage that needed to be cleared recently. Omega Plumbing Service sent over a plumber who quickly cleared everything up. He used a camera to inspect the entire system from the house to the street to ensure the blockage was gone, the pipe was in good shape, and there was no other potential blockage further down. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, provided a wealth of useful information, and was eager to share his expertise!

Omega Plumbing Service just did a big plumbing job for us. It took them 2 days for it was a lot of work. They solved our plumbing problems that we had been dealing with for years. They were able to do the work without having to drill through the floors on the inside of the house which was a big relief. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service by Omega Plumbing Service .Joshua came when he said he would and fixed the blocked kitchen sink. Now we know not to dispose of pumpkin guts that way again. He even brought his own buckets. He was less cheaper than we were quoted.I fully recommend them.

Had a crazy problem with a leak in the water line coming from the city meter. Omega Plumbing Service plumbers were careful and afterwards left things in great shape and they fixed the neighbor's broken sprinkler line we uncovered as well. I had no-shows twice with this company. Rearranged my schedule to be sure I was home both mornings and never had a call or explanation telling me why they didn't show up. Finally called to cancel the job and received no apology or explanation. I'd caution against using this company if you want someone timely/considerate.

We had a sewer burst in our home last week and we needed it fixed ASAP since we were expecting some visitors. And they came out in a reasonable amount of time for calling and were quick in fixing the issue. Really friendly and accommodative guys and they didn’t mind the many questions I had and explained what caused the burst. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Called and they called back. Said they’d come the next day because they were busy that day. After I sent them some information they never returned my call nor showed up. Called the main number and no answer. Ended up doing the work myself.

Called at 10:38am they said the tech would call soon. 8 hours later, no calls, no technician. I have called multiple times a day, always the same, they will call you in 10 mins... what a mess of a company

They charge $100 to just show up and give you a quote can't even tell you per hour rate. This is insane !

Look elsewhere - Someone else does the work for them. Rates are beyond expensive.

$200 service fee just to come out
