We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night. I called and received a call back immediately. They were very professional. I was told the technician would call me first thing in the morning to give me an arrival time. Received a call at 8:00am and the technician arrived at 8:20. He was great, found and repaired the pipe as well as replacing our main shut off valve that was not fully functional in an hour and a half. The technician was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He didn’t even mind our corgi who was very interested in the repair. Cost was very reasonable. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc! Will be using their services for all future plumbing needs.

Jack and Travis were so friendly and quickly fixed our ac issue at a very reasonable price! So happy to not have to try and sleep after another 90 degree day without ac! We have used this company for multiple issues now, always on time and knowledgeable!

My water supply pipes were completely clogged owing to a water softener break, and they cleaned them all out. They were very tidy while working and cleaned up everything, including removing their shoes when they went upstairs to work on the bathrooms! That was fantastic. Even though another job got them delayed 10 minutes, they gave me a call to let me know about the slight delay. They cleaned up very well and took old parts with them. I work for a restoration company that required plumbing services due to pipe breakage from the cold at one of our several 100 projects. I requested a plumber to come out and shut the water off and fix several broken pipes. I got a call stating they were on the way. I explained I was not onsite bt explained how they could get into the building. I told them they could call me with any questions or issues. I never heard back from them. I tried to reach the plumber who called me directly and got no answer or return call. I also tried calling the direct number and no one answered there either. This was on Friday 12/30/23. I was finally able to reach someone there this morning Tuesday 1/3/23. So 3 days have passed. I was told the plumber was there but left because someone else was there making the repairs already. I asked why I was not contacted at that time as I was the only one to authorize any work to be done at that location. I was told they did not know and were very rude! I went out to the property to investigate the issue and found out nothing was done and no one was there. That means water was flooding this basement for 3 days longer than it needed to. Because this companies employees do not care. I called back to explain the issue and wanted to speak to an owner or manager and was told I would have to get a call back from them. Then they asked what the call was concerning. When I explained it to them they hung up on me. I tried calling back to see if maybe we were accidentally disconnected and no one answered.

I would steer clear of this company. It is a shame because I do a ton of work that requires plumbing to be done. I could have utilized this business and made them a lot of money. I guess its good I found out the truth early on.

There are a lot of reliable companies out there that take pride in what they do and the service is top notch. This is not one of them.

The leak was discovered on a Saturday morning. Requested Neyer service via their email site. Scheduling of service occurred early Monday morning, before 8:00, and a service call was set for 9:30 that morning. The service technician was prompt, efficient, professional, and clean. Very impressed!

After our water and sewer mains were severed during work on our underground electrical lines, the electric company (JCP&L) had one of their contractors fix the break. 3 weeks later, water was backing up into our house due to faulty repairs. Can’t speak to the quality of work. However, silverwood is way overpriced. Had them come for an estimate to replace an under mount kitchen sink. They told me $1800. When I laughed in their face, the guy said he would do it in the side for $1200 but I had to tell the company I wasn’t interested. Had another plumber come estimate at $715 and it took him 2 hours. Look elsewhere. Trust me.

I called Silverwood Plumbing and talked to a very nice dispatcher who confirmed that a $150.00 service charge would be assessed for same day service to change out a waterline from my refrigerator to wall and that parts & labor would be additional. It was calculated to be about a 3-minute job and that it would be a quick fix - furthermore I literally have the waterline replacement, but simply didn't have the tools to complete it myself - thus the call to Silverwood Plumbing.

Fast forward 1-hour - plumber calls in and asks for photos, which were happily supplied and then they confirmed $350.00 charge for labor... I doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that this is absurd considering the simplicity of this job. Either way, I went with another company who did the job same hour for $50.00 service charge.

DO NOT USE SILVERWOOD PLUMBING!!!

Had a kitchen faucet and outside leaky faucet replaced and they did a great job. They were on time and worked very fast. They also explained things to me about a leak and what I should look for if it happens. Very professional and very polite. Highly recommended.

There was a leak from an AC unit due to a blockage of a drain causing water damage to the three units below mine. While they were able to remove the blockage, in so doing they left dirty hand prints on my walls, and dirty water stains on the floors surrounding my utility closet. I was charge $895 and given no receipt/invoice. I called three times asking for a receipt for insurance purposes, and asked for a call from the plumber to explain the source of the blockage. I never received a call or an invoice.

They were very courteous over the phone and gave me a half hour window when the plumber would arrive and it was accurate. He was very professional, clean, advised me of cost prior to starting work, explained everything and finished very fast. Would definitely recommend them.

I had the same experience as another reviewer here on Google: had an emergency where my water heater was spitting up water (eventually cut off the water supply) and requested an emergency service call -- they gave me a 2-3 hour window, and even claimed they flagged it as an emergency call. I called them at least 3 or 4 times to check-in over the next 6 hours and they kept telling me they would have the technician call me (never did) and that I was next on the list. Eventually, the guy who answered the phone after hours told me someone didn't show up today so one guy was handling all calls and he wasn't even sure if he'd show up tonight. But after I calmly and clearly just asked for an ETA, or for someone to let me know if someone was even going to show up, he continued to reassure me someone would contact me. No one ever showed up or called me.

I don't care if you're too busy to provide service, just tell it to me straight! Do not tell me you're sending someone over when you don't even know if you'll be able to. I could have found someone else who was available to solve my issue. Think about the needs of the people calling you!!! I talked to at least 3 or 4 different people and each one was complicit in misleading me to think someone would call me and someone would show up. Obviously there's a company-wide culture of misleading potential customers in the hopes that they could fulfill their promise and make a buck, rather than open and honest communication with the aim to actually help the people who call in. I've permanently written this place off. Went with Rocket Plumbing and they showed up the next day within 30 min and seem to really know what they're doing. And they actually called me back ?.
