These guys went above and beyond on a weekend when our tankless water heater broke and needed replacement. Not only did they spend Saturday finding the right model to fit into a tight space, which wasn't easy to find, but then they came out on a Sunday morning to install it. The plumber did excellent work. Personable, experienced, efficient--that's how I would describe him. His work is just the best and I can't recommend Pierce Plumbing highly enough.

I had a great experience with Pierce Plumbing Service. My issue was a broken sewer line that was filled with roots. I rented a sewer auger that got stuck in the pipe... I called Pierce Plumbing Service and Sean was out within 2 hours. He came out at 8 o'clock at night and gave me an estimate on the job.. I hired him on the spot. The next day he dug up the broken pipe, freed the auger and fixed the broken sewer line. He also helped me clean up the auger; untangle it and load it on my truck. I thank Sean for his help in-resolving my issue.

Called the company at 6:30 AM this morning after I found out my water heater broke. They promptly called me back at 7 AM and had a tech to my house by 7:45. Estimate was done in 10 minutes new water heater was installed within 3.5 hours. Service was beyond exceptional. I would strongly recommend Pierce Plumbing for any future needs.

Called for service to repair a slab leak on Friday. The following day, James from Pierce Plumbing Service arrived to make the repair. Job was completed in less than 2 hours. The mess was cleaned up and except for a patched hole, the area was totally clean. Excellent job at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company!!

I was very happy with the service from Pierce Plumbing Service . I had a toilet freshener get flushed and it ended up in the main line. My technician first checked the toilet to see if it was stuck in there. It wasn't. Then he got the first snake and found that the freshner was in the main line. Then he got the larger snake and broke up the item in the line. The toilet was then replaced. The tech I had was very professional and to my surprise actually cleaned up after himself. Pierce Plumbing Service came in and offered a solution that didn’t involve tearing up my kitchen, to repair a hot water line leak. They went about the task quickly and efficiently and had us back up and running in just a few hours. They also cleaned up some sloppy plumbing that others had left. The price was a half to a third of what I had been quoted by others.

Pierce Plumbing incorrectly replaced a wax ring on a toilet in a second floor unit in our building. As a result, sewage leaked into the wall and down to the ceiling of a first floor unit. We've flagged this issue to the company multiple times and after two weeks they have still not replied to us to cover repair costs for the damage they caused. We now have to repair our drywall to the cost of more than $2,500.

The technicians came to the house and we’re very efficient and professional. They explained the problem, options for solutions, then proceeded to repair the problem. They came and looked at our plumbing after the repair to make sure that there were no other unforeseen plumbing problems. I hired Pierce Plumbing Service to help me fix a clicking sound coming from the wall whenever an upstairs toilet was flushed. They reassured me the sound was not a leak and likely due to thermal expansion. I have used their service several times and they are always the best and friendly.

Called Pierce Plumbing on Wednesday morning around Noon and purchased their Premium Home Membership as I was guaranteed someone could be on-site that day to repair the plumbing leak that was damaging the ceiling below the shower.

1 hour later I'm called and told that the appointment was moved, because the technician had the day off.

When I called back in, I was notified by the dispatcher than they had called me YESTERDAY, and that I had confirmed the appointment change. Which is funny, because I didn't even call Pierce until today.

2 lies within an hour, and I cancelled all connection with Pierce. I will never do business with someone as dishonest and hard to work with as this organization. I recommend using a real company that doesn't use a call center to try to sell as much work as they can...

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired Pierce Plumbing to replace a wax seal in my toilet. When replacing it they crushed the seal and caused a leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. After calling four times in two weeks I received no response and they have taken NO responsibility to help repair the damage. Complete nightmare.

We originally started working with a different plumbing company that needed Felix's help, and when he arrived, he quickly identified the problems and devised a plan to resolve them. He was a consummate professional who kept me informed at all times. He also collaborated well with the inspector and completed all repairs in accordance with their plumbing code. I would definitely call him again if I ever needed any other plumbing work done.

All work done was great. Plumber fixed up a mess that originated with the old home owner who was a do-it-your-self. Pricing was reasonable, emergency service surcharge was very reasonable. I'd definitely use Pierce Plumbing Service again. I won't be procrastinating next time I need a plumber.

Excellent customer service. Mark was able to come out less than an hour after we experienced a problem with a shower valve and had it fixed in 30 minutes or so. Fair pricing and quality work. Very honest and reliable. I highly recommend this company as they were fair, reasonable and professional. Diagnosis of a broken sewer line turned out to be a cracked sprinkler elbow which saved me a lot of money and digging.

Had a severe break in my sewer pipe. Pierce Plumbing Service sent a tech over to video the pipe. They found the break under my garage floor. That same day they jackhammer the floor, dug up the pipe and replaced it. Everything’s working great now. They even mopped the garage floor when they were done. Great job

Mark the technician came out to our house for an emergency sewer backup into the basement. He was personable, efficient, explained what he was suggesting and doing at every step and did a great job. He also gave detailed options for what we might do for follow-up to prevent the same problem in the future, including estimated costs. Great service.

Available on short notice to fix a leaky gas valve, they showed up the same day. The space to work in was small but they tried to do the job in the confined space without cutting a bigger hole and succeeded. Very kind and easy to work with all around. Especially in contrast to the plumber I worked with before who took 3+ days to schedule, this was a huge step up.

I didn’t need services, needed an estimate to replace a part. Told I had to pay $120 service fee anyway. The plumber was an hour later than he said he’d be. I paid the “service fee”. Yet, never received an estimate after numerous calls and emails. RIP OFF!!

this is a referral service, and not an actual plumbing company. you may get a good plumber that shows up or you may not. I did not and had to go through a maze of companies and phone numbers to figure out who actually showed up at my house. Pierce could not even tell me who they sent to my house. As a consumer, this is rather alarming really.
