I called Boz in the morning to have an issue with our electrical panel checked out, which was found in a home inspection and everyone at the company was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was referred here by the owner of Skyline Electric, since they couldn’t fit us in.We were hoping to get this issue addressed ASAP and Boz assured me they would get someone out between 12-2. I got a text message with a better time frame and the technician was even early! Mike showed up and he was friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He is just a great person all around. He was able to quickly figure out the issue, fix it on the spot and had the upmost professionalism. He cleaned everything up and wouldn't accept my help.I received an email soon after of a detailed account of what was completed to ensure to our buyers the problem was properly taken care of and everything was safe.I would recommend Highlight Chicago and especially Mike for any work that needs to be done at all. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness I encountered.

He was able to safely restore power shortly after arriving and offered several options to correct the damaged system. His team spent two days installing the system changes and upgrades. My Mom was extremely pleased with the demeanor, professionalism and cleanliness of the crew. My Dad thought price was higher than he preffered to spend but I believed they were competitive for licensed professionals. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Paul and Peter came by my house earlier today to fix what seemed like a power issue with my Hvac. They took their time to resolve the issue and were highly professional and meticulous with their approach. They not only identified and resolved the issue, but also went a step further to ensure I had new wires, switches, and an electrical box to avoid a repeat scenario. I called twice to make two separate appointments and each time no one showed up or called. The first time I was told the no show was bc of weather but no one called to tell me that. The second time no explanation. I’m not going to keep calling to make appointments and wait around again, I’ll find another company.

I called Diaz Electrical Contracting because my electrical lines to my house was damaged after two pole fell. They came out on a Friday and gave an estimate of the work and on Monday by 2:00 p.m. they completed the work and the inspection was able to be completed the same day. Highly recommended.

While the reviews were decent on google, it was highly disappointing and frustrating to deal with this business. My appointment had to be rescheduled three times because the assigned technician could not make it due to a big project ahead of mine. In each of the three appointments, I had been given a time window of three to four hours and I had to stay home to wait for their arrival, only to receive no courtesy phone call, email, or any communication whatsoever. I had to call them, at the end of the time window each time, to reschedule an appointment, three times over. What a total waste of time!
