Manny was not only thorough but an amazing personality telling jokes while installing my bathroom vanity/faucet and kitchen sink. His work is tidy and an amazing value and my landlord swears by his work saying he is the best of the best. He did not rush and even if he had to go get parts after discovering more was needed he was committed to finishing the job still within a reasonable time.

Walter is a great professional! He came in and fixed water pressure booster system that was installed by another plumber. He was responsive and gave me options, walking me through the plumbing repair process. He also checked my drainage system and did a complete clean out. I highly recommend using Zuniga's Plumbing services.

Walter and his staff did a top notch, speedy and professional job on repairing, replacing, unclogging the old galvanized pipe of my kitchen and his staff (Sorry, I forgot his name but great quiet guy) even fixed the hot water issue. Most houses in Beverly like mine are over one hundred years old. The previous plumber sent by the home warranty was unable to fix it while Walter and his staff was done within an hour and half. I had hired other plumbers including Roto Rooter (that was a nightmare) and no one compared to the professional job done by Walter and his staff. I called for my dad at 8:30am - busted pipe to the outdoor spigot and water was all under his back porch addition. They came when they said they would. My dad is older so I do the leg work for him for stuff like this. I picked Zuniga after googling plumbers. I picked the right place. Walter was my service guy. I don’t live with my dad so Walter called me every step of the way.

I had a great experience with Zuniga's plumbing. I had an issue with a gas line being installed incorrectly, and they were out the same day to give an estimate, and it was fixed the following day. I will definitely go through this company again.

I am a property manager, and I had a backup at a property which caused the hot water tanks to go out leaving my tenants without hot water. I called up Zuniga's plumbing and spoke with Walter they were out within an hour. They had the best price out of 3 estimates. Walter was very knowledgeable professional and understanding. Never hire this company if you actually want the job done correctly. Please use Dr. Rooters, they are professional and know how to treat customers. Zuniga has horrible customer service and zero consideration for the neighbors. If you want them to trap you in a parking spot over night at your restaurant, then this is the organization for you. After I closed my restaurant they told me they can’t back their truck up so I am trapped until 5am. Please don’t go into business if you can’t understand the basics of customer service.

I will be informing the entire community not to ever use your services. I will also be speaking tomorrow to the GM that hired you for their services and explain to him how you trapped my car in the ally, how unprofessional you are, and how you shouldn’t be allowed in the ally if you can’t drive the truck.

Walter Zuniga is not only a great plumber but a great guy! He arrived on time, fixed my faucet quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber. I will use him anytime I need help in the future.

After hiring 3 other plumbers who said it was normal for my sump pump to drain every 15 minutes, Walter came out immediately and fixed it within 30 min. Him and his staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

After reading all the positive reviews for Zuniga online, I gave Walter a call. He was able to arrange for Manny to come to my house to cap the gas line. Manny arrived on time and was ready to work. He capped the gas line and unclogged the bathroom drain. While unclogging the kitchen drain the pipe broke. Manny scheduled a time to come back the following day and he fixed the pipe and got the water flowing. I highly recommend Zuniga. I am keeping their number in case I need them again.

1st let me say how detailed Walter was with informing me on what was wrong. He walked me through everything with such detail. He gave me his plan and the best most cost effective way to execute it. Him & his crew came the next day, on time ready to work and cleaned all areas they worked in. Throughout the repair he kept me informed on what was being done. I just moved into a house and notice water on the kitchen floor. I googled plumbers and chose this company because of the reviews. Everyone was saying how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I experienced Mannie and I must tell you he is the best! I felt like I’ve known him for years and he is so knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, mind you he came for my kitchen sink but gave me tons of information from how to keep pipes clear and flowing to thermostat settings, weather proof doors to hot water heater longevity. This man is the bomb! All I can say I have a new plumber for life! Thank you Zuniga!

Walter and Manny came and thoroughly inspected my sewage lines and gave me a written contract on sewage work needed to be done. Walter was clear and upfront with pricing. No surprises. It was a lot of work done. Him and his crew completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and pleasant demeanor. Walter worked with my schedule seeing as I was very busy. I was pleased with everything.

Got this number from H. W. H. R Chicago. Walter did not show up for the first scheduled appointment and no response was received after missing the second scheduled appointment. I will be contacting a more reliable plumber.

I traveled from Georgia and needed the work completed during my 5 day stay. Several other plumbers I contracted were non responsive. Mr. Zuninga fit me into the schedule. His crew kept me informed and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. And the pricing was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Walter is very knowledgeable and cooperative and helped me with many issues from minor repairs to updating the plumbing on a gut rehab and working with the city to fix sewer issues. Walter Zuniga & crew were amazing. I’ma 1st time building owner who had a number of bad experiences within a short period of time. My faith in the repair services industry was at an all time low. I even had 3 other plumbers come out prior to Zuniga plumbing for pricing & he was by far the most reasonable & came up with the most solutions for each issue. It was obvious he cared about his craft, his company & me, the client. He knew I was on a budget & we did what he could to give me different options. He even gifted me a couple services gratis, on him to build the client relationship, which is unheard of. He & his crew member gave me maintenance tips regarding my radiators (which wasn’ta part of the service & even showed me how to program my thermostat. He cleaning up everything & even took down old pipes that had been left unattached from prior work before my purchase. I’m very thankful I came across this company & I know if/when I need any future updates or repairs, this will always be my go to company. They are reliable, caring, personable, efficient & they do great work!! I went from old galvanized water pipes to beautiful copper & they even worked until 11 pm one day. My quote did not change & they went beyond my expectations.

Our 100+yr old cast iron stack pipe broke and split in several places. Zuniga and his team removed the entire pipe, attic to basement, and placed a new one in 2 days. He was always on time, responsive to texts and phone calls, and professional. He worked with us to get water restoration to dry out our walls and ceilings and stayed in contact with that project manager in order to work with our home insurance. They made sure to cover my floors and cabinets with tarps and cleaned up afterwards. Walter always kept us up to date on what steps needed to be done. When he ended up not having to do some of the work he initially quoted us on, he adjusted the bill. We paid half up front and the other half at completion of the project. We would 100% recommend him.

I highly recommend Zunigas plumbing for all your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed. During heavy rains, we experience sewage backup in our basement for over 3 months . We spent so much money trying to rule out common causes suggested by other plumbers, but the problem continued. We decided to give it one more try. We called Zunigas plumbing services. Walter came out the next day and was able to identify the issue within minutes. He then used his sewer inspection camera to show and explain the issue.

Let's start with integrity and fairness. I know that everyone is incredibly busy and overbooked. I get it. However, a little honesty goes a very long way. That is exactly what I experienced with Walter and his team and I believe their integrity and fair business practices will be always be rewarded with new and repeat business. They were also extremely empathetic (a prior contractor abandoned the job after receiving my deposit...) and accommodating with regard to my scheduling needs.

Now, regarding the actual plumb work - skillful work done beautifully to code! Walter and his team are plumbing artisans and they stand behind their work. His team removed old outdated rusty pipes and installed new pipes for my bathroom, re-piped sloppy sump pump line work, and set me up for success for my future kitchen remodel. They also just installed my new bathroom sink and faucet, new toilet, and tub/shower fixtures. Because of Zuniga's Plumbing, I have a beautiful bathroom and I have learned a very valuable lesson - NEVER cut corners!! You ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for! Now, I am so grateful and I have peace of mind.

Walter came in and saved the day on our major plumbing issues. We originally started working with a different plumbing company who needed Walter's assistance and he came in and immediately identified the issues and came up with a plan to fix everything. He was a true professional and always kept me apprised of what was happening.

Additionally, he worked well with the plumbing inspector (from Park Ridge) and performed all the repairs as per their plumbing code. I would definitely call him again if any other plumbing work was ever needed.

I had a tub draining very slow, and a constant running toilet I called Zunigas and they came right out. They were able to quickly assess the issues and resolved them within minutes. I would highly recommend this company!

I've hired Walter many times over the past two years and have been happy with the service and value he's provided! He has completed a re-piping job in the past and recently completed a project that was causing water damage from my second floor washroom down to a first floor bedroom. I called him on Friday, he was out same day and after coordinating with my tenants, job was done by Tuesday afternoon. I will continue to hire for future plumbing jobs!

Zuniga's first time working with me was great - great technicians, great communication, fixed my issues right away. The second time left a lot to be desired. While the work was technically in line with what I asked them to do [vanity replacement in a tenant's unit], they installed the wrong vanity [then acted like I was in the wrong for telling them so!], and did so directly over the subfloor, without notifying me that there was tile missing...when I'd specifically asked them to notify me as such. They do not do tile, and I understand that, but they didn't follow my instructions and then acted churlish and rude when I gave them the feedback that I was disappointed in this - I would have liked the opportunity to have them refer me to a tile laying company and then to bring them back after the floor was in good shape and uniform throughout the bathroom. Now, I'll have to remove the vanity they've installed, then have the tile redone, then have the vanity reinstalled - a pain for me and my tenants alike.

I gave him this feedback directly, and his response was combative and unhelpful. All in all, there was no effort to make it right or accept responsibility whatsoever. I can handle mistakes, and I would have been understanding if he'd told me This is out of our purview - if that had happened, we could have worked together on a solution. But I can't handle outright rudeness and denial of responsibility when someone's done something contrary to what I asked when I'm paying them.

I don't recommend this company at all. If you do choose to move forward with this company, I would be very, very clear with Walter about what is acceptable and what is not, and be there to supervise the work as it's happening.

We hired him to repair the downspout pipe and water service line leak in the patio. They did a good job and came back to adjust the shut off valve after the patio paver was restored.

Walter replaced our old water heater with a new tankless model. He is professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond by patching up the concrete where our old tank sat. Appreciate the extra step taken by Walter and his team. Thank you!!

Gas company shut off furnace due to several gas leaks. Zuniga came in and pressurized the pipe system on the unit and located multiple gas leaks in the pipes. They did a thorough job of repairing all the leaks

I would never use Walter for a large job. He ended collecting over $30,000 in prepayment for a job I've been trying to get him to complete for 6 1/2 months now...

If you're foolish enough to trust this man with money, make sure you have everything in writing including firm prices, timelines, and consequences or be prepared for heartache.

He just sent me an invoice 7 months after starting the job with drastically different prices than what was agreed to ahead of time. It looks like I have to take him to court. Apparently, I'm not the first customer that's had to pursue legal recourse against Walter.

He will try and take advantage of you if you trust him. Make sure everything is explicitly stated and written down or be prepared to have Walter Zuniga and Zuniga Plumbing exploit you.

I had clogged floor drains in the basement. First plumber came out and quoted a rather high price. Called Zungia for a second opinion and they rectified the situation for a fraction the price. Def recommend.

Performed a complete reconfiguration to replace and repair the broken drainage copper pipe from the kitchen sink. Also installled new replacement Zoeller sump pump on the same day. Will recommend Zunica if you have an emergency.

Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day
