Great job was done at good price

Really disappointed with our experience with Netzel Plumbing. We had faucets that were previously incorrectly installed (no fault of Netzel), but instead of identifying that and recommending we install new faucets, we were charged for 4 hours of labor for inadequate fixes that broke within a week and were later told we should have just installed new faucets from the beginning. Given we are not experts in plumbing, we were hoping to rely on Netzel for that type of recommendation and transparency upfront.

I had another plumber come and Tell me that I had a broken line inside my kitchen. Because my house is built on a slab he said he would need to Jackhammer the floor and it would take out one of my kitchen cabinets which he would not replace. I called Roto rooter for a second opinion. It turns out the 1st plumber was wrong, It was an outside line that they repaired. There was no damage to the inside of my house. I am very thankful I called them

The plumber showed up exactly on time and discussed everything in detail so that I understood what needed to be done. Even if it was a big job, I will always use them since they are knowledgeable and make me feel at ease.

Joke of a company. Two appointments canceled and I had to call in to find out that they are canceled, not them calling me, two days in a row, with time frames of availability they gave me the day before. Call center says they work for Chase plumbing but are a separate company. Don't have any management and can't give me a name. If you are in a leadership position at this company I would drastically think about how your Call Center team that does or does not work directly for Chase Plumbing actually values your customers and their time.

They were knowledgeable and patient in fixing the plumbing in my kitchen. They were honest and up front with the pricing. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues that I have.

Sound Plumbing is the ONLY plumbing company I'll use in Chicago. I've been burned by other companies that are not honest, attentive or helpful the way that Kevin and his team are. I've had reason to use their services many times now and every single guy who has come is super friendly, professional and efficient. From other plumbers I've dealt with, I get the feeling that they're just trying to get the most money out of you that they can but it's not all like that with Sound Plumbing.

Tom was awesome. Gave me a great quote on toilet repair. Cash. And was done within 30 mins. Just like the other reviews very friendly, explained what he did and said if thr problem happened soon to just let him know because it could be other issues. Cleaned up afterwards , put everything back which wasnt necessary...lol. I would hire Tom again for plumbing issues in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood plumber in Dunning area.

This place was just great, really responsive, service tech came out right away and worked with me to get the parts under warranty. Trip and hourly rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I've used City Wide Plumbing And Sewer twice since I learned they were actually a local company and warranty their work. They showed up on time, were professional and fixed the problem quickly. I felt the charges were fair. I've had mixed experiences with plumbers in the past, so this was very appreciated and I will call them again when needed.

Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys were genuine and amazing. Needed my kitchen faucet replaced and they took care of it at no charge because of the current situation with covid they just want to help as many people as they can. Didn’t even accept my tip. Most importantly they did great work and were very efficient.

Not professional. I asked for reason why they do not service my area and they repeated, do not service this area, that is not professional and sounds like they are hiding something.

I contacted Chicago Plumbing & Drain clean with a main sewer issue. They handled everything expertly and quickly, solving my problem with all the necessary heavy equipment. They charge a fair price for their service, which is worth the money. I heartily endorse this business. Best plumber in Chicago!

I’m not sure where to even begin with this review. Words are not enough to describe what lifesavers Victor and Chooch (sp) were on Christmas weekend when the the pipes from my boiler iced over and broke. I called Victor after picking Plumbing 123 out of a list on yelp for their excellent ratings and because it said they were emergency plumbers. They showed up at my house on the 23rd of December within a couple of hours. Needless to say, they worked tirelessly, diligently and with a sense of humor…which helped immensely, all through the night until about 4 in the morning. They also took the time to look and see whether there were other possible breaks or leaks. Victor even took the time to help me figure out how to shut off the valves on the boiler in an emergency….in case other pipes burst. That same evening unfortunately I discovered another large leak inside the wall this time and once again they showed up in about an hour. When I tell you that their work is perfect I mean it. Victor knows his stuff and is incredibly meticulous about his work. I am truly lucky to have found them and am recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again guys you made a really bad situation way better.
