Pete came by to consult about a drainage issue with our sink. He knew what the problem was right away and helped communicate the issue to our landlord. I would reach out to Rescue Plumbing and Pete in the future for any plumbing issues.

A couple of weeks ago, I found out my toilet was clogged, and I had a broken tank as well. I had checked online for different companies to give me an estimate on fixing the issue. I went through six different companies, and they all had high prices. The last company I checked was this one. I was surprised at how low the cost was. I didn’t hesitate, based on the reviews, it seemed people had good experiences. I made an appointment, and right away, Bob and his helper Santos came over and took care of the issue. They were polite, respectful, and knew what they were doing. They reassured me that everything was going to work out. The cost was relatively low to what I expected based on other companies. I would not hesitate and recommend these guys. Now I know who to go to if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Called for sewer rodding service. They looked into the catch basin and told me that it appeared to be in good shape. Asking why I requested this service, I told them there was a problem with 1 bathroom drainage. They identified the source of the problem by crawling under the house, getting covered in dirt and spider webs and still insisted that this was a free estimate. Jesus quickly shed wisdom on the direct problem...a problem that was not able to be understood or explained by a whole afternoon spent with ABC Plumbing. Highly recommended.

Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding Inc did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet. There were a couple complications but they handled it like pros. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Eddie is absolutely FANTASTIC! We were in a dire situation in the middle of the night on a holiday no less and Eddie was the only plumber that was able and willing to come out ASAP. We were running out of options and our apartment was flooding from a cracked toilet tank in the unit above us and then we came across Eddie's number on google and he not only answered in the wee hours of the morning, but he came immediately (was at our place in under 20 minutes). He quickly fixed the main valve to the whole building, went up to our unit, quickly diagnosed the issue and then he patiently waited for us to get access into our neighbor's unit. He stuck around for over 30 minutes and was just a wonderful, kind person as well. Very knowledgeable about plumbing and a super nice guy! We have used Van Der Bosch plumbing for at least 10 years. As a management company, it is hard to find an honest, hardworking contractor who returns your calls, comes through in an emergency and drops everything to help you. This is Van Der Bosch. They come on time, they get to the root of the problem (they don't just band-aid problems) and they are pleasant to work with even when standing in knee deep sewer water. Highly recommend them.

Called to have someone come look at a leaking sink. He said I have your number, so I'll give you a call. Never called back,so had to call someone else.

I have reached out multiple times for a follow up on kitchen and bathroom work. After they came out and I paid for a service call (which they claim can be applied to the actual work performed) they stopped returning my calls.
