Tony arrived as promised an hour after my first call and though he couldn't snake the sewer clear that night due to blockage he arranged to have his supervisor Mike out the following day to run the camera to determine the cause and go over options. Mike arrived as promised and by later that night Tony was back to jet the line to clear the blockage. He returned the following morning to jet clean the rest of the lines. Technicians were on time, polite and friendly. Scheduling was easily handled through office and communicated with me on the phone and through texts. We had a problem with our old tankless water heater that was no longer available and Stuart called me himself to discuss our options. The option we chose involved an electrician also and the office was able to arrange scheduling this for me also. There was a small miscommunication between the plumber and the electrician but Tony was able to handle this and have it corrected in the same day. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing Repair Service Co. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. My tech suggested a replacement part that was very much needed. It only added a few dollars to my service call fee and will prevent having future problems of the same type.

I have never written a negative online review before, however your customer service is so poor I felt obligated to post. I had the misfortune of using your “service” after our washer unit’s main pipe began to leak. Two technicians came out to diagnose the issue and claimed to have unclogged the pipe in question after 30 minutes. The main technician then steps out to “call management” about the total cost of the operation and comes back and charges me $300 for the work rendered (on top of the $120 initial fee you charge). I realized this was an illegitimate business when the only way to pay was through Venmo/Zelle. I gave the technician my email in order to receive an invoice, shockingly that never arrived. We ran the washer after they departed, unfortunately the leak persisted. We called your office to reschedule and have the technicians come back, only to have them cancel on us each of the next three days. We spoke to your customer service team multiple times and every time they said management would call us back. My last attempt to reach management involved me holding for 30 minutes, only to have the operator hang up.

I don’t expect to get my money back from this racket, however I hope someone reads this and takes their business elsewhere.
