fix is scheduled for 12-18--2022. Today was the estimate and I'm impressed, so far. Matt Davis was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. He was not just polite, but personable, as well. He was efficient and got a big redirection of my kitchen drains done in what, to me, was a reasonably short amount of time. Can't say enough wonderful things. 5 star rating is well

62 year old galvanized pipe, valve replacement. Water Heater replacement. The repairman was prompt, honest and offered several options based on cost and not once was there any pressure for a hard-sell. Travis Castillo did his best to meet my requests and had a plan “B” & “C” just in case. I was made aware of all the efforts taken and I appreciated the information up front. The 1st repairman contacted in an extra set of eyes and they provided a complimentary video scope of my 110 year old pipes and gave me all of the options and quotes for improving/replacing my pipes. was professionals and explained thoroughly. Ruben was thorough, found multiple leaks under the building and fixed them. We thought the water heater needed new heating elements as well, but he waited to check on the hot water after he corrected the pipes. He saved me from having a costly, unnecessary appliance repair. Our kitchen sink clogged the morning of the day we were having a dinner party. Irwin came for a same day service. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. He did the project and checked the rest of the sink plumbing, some of which had small leaks which he adjusted/fixed. I was thrilled with the service.

Prompt. On time. Professional. Nothing was left behind for me to clean up. They were accommodating to my job schedule, and completed the installation accordingly. I received a follow up call with in 24 hours to make sure I'm glad with their services. All in all they will be at the top of my list next time I need anything.

Master bathroom toilet was backed up. Brent arrived out and let us know the options and ran through what may need to be done from the easy all the way to any major project that might be needed. Turns out he just needed the auger and that was it! professional and courteous. Will give them a call the next time our toilet has a tantrum!

While I did previously leave a review, I didn't go into detail. Josh went above and beyond to support us with our failing water heater and was upfront with our options. Even restored our water pressure issue by removing some shoddy plumbing work the previous owner left, free of charge! It was a bit pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for and what I got was stellar service.

We had our electrical panel upgraded. Silas and Max were awesome! They were professional and did fantastic work! They communicated with me step of the way!

I was desperate to have a clog removed from my shower/tub. The plumber was respectful and professional. He was able to take care of the stoppage in all of 5 minutes. I am grateful, I couldn't get anyone to clear it for several days. I think the pricing for the work was fair.

Mr Johnathan Hair, did an outstanding job, he not only remedied my drain problem. He inspected the drainage system and discovered some serious leakage occurring under the house, a corroded cast iron drain pipe. Which probably was leaking for quite some time. The pipe was leaking in several locations. I am so thankful his professionalism and truthfulness. I would endorse Mr. Johnathan Hair for any plumbing project you are need of…AIRBORNE!

They installed heating and with home remodel a few years ago. This last year assessed and serviced heating and system. Now removed on functional frozen garbage disposal and installed new garbage disposal and associated piping replaced.

The number listed on the google business page and on their website sends you to a call center that connects you to random plumbers. When I asked the guy why I wasn’t able to get connected to Miguel and Sons, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back again, it said that number was not in service. Seems like some kind of scam. The number is definitely listed on Miguel and Sons website too ??‍♀️

I've used On-Time quite a few times, and they are always professional and skilled. Their work and fix charges are reasonable, and I can get a repairman out within just a couple hours. I would endorse them to anyone.

They were prompt and able to get out there today (a Friday). excellent communication. I felt the price was a bit high compared to previous plumber doing the same work ($650 vs $500), but other than that I was happy with the service.

Ian was knowledgeable and completed the fix in a timely manner. He expertly answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process. I’m thrilled with the work and the cost was reasonable.

Andre came on time, was polite, masked and gloved, with the appropriate equipment to clear the drainpipe. The blockage was cleared fairly and we tested it by running a hose at max for a minute. I endorse his task and service!
