Have had great experiences with McFarland Plumbing in past and today was no exception. They called a few minutes before arriving and showed up on time. Alex was the plumber and he was really pleasant and efficient. He explained everything carefully after he diagnosed the problem and then gave me options with estimates before doing any work. He finished up, cleaned up nicely after himself and was quite professional overall.

Service was great! They even came over the weekend to help do an emergency repair of our heater

Asher Martinez was amazing! He arrived when my bathtubs were filling up with poop water and I needed someone to save the day. He was and knowledgeable and was able to get the project done, even though we don't have an outdoor clean-out. He was able to explain the problems to me so I understood what was happening. If I ever need plumbing professionalism again, I hope they send me Asher!

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

This company is wonderful. Someone reached out to us shortly after moving to New Hampshire with an offer to lock in a excellent rate for the year if we chose them for our fuel needs. We never had oil tanks before, and their team was super constructive in educating us on how it all works. They even gave us a free cleaning to schedule whenever we wanted! I would recommend this company to anyone. from the people on the phone to the ones delivering the oil are and helpful.

left me one week without water because they broke water main and took one week to replace.so $10k later nothing was done and original problem still there.

Dustin and Casey came around 8am . They both were professional and friendly . They went straight to task on uninstalling the old boiler and water heater. Dustin informed me about how he planned to install the new boiler and pipes. I'm short time they had it installed and cleaned up the task area. Couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Drained still backed up nothing they can do now - call and called no answer

Jim was extremely responsive and was able to get me in quickly to replace my water heater. Him and his colleague(sorry I cant remember your name!) were fast and respectful. Jim took the time after installation to explain what things meant on the water heater and I appreciated him mentioning the temperature it is set at to avoid burns as a burn nurse! All in all no complaints and our hot water works?
