The problem turned out to be not a major problem to fix, so he didn’t even charge me!!! Not even for the service call or drive time!

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

Over the years I've been raped by plumbing company prices so I was hesitant about using a new company. A friend recommended Juan from Go-Rooter so I called and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.
Juan quoted me an amazing price to snake my toilet and also threw in a video inspection to make sure no new problems arose from the work I had done. Juan was very professional, and thorough explaining the process.

My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.

Juan is a kind, informative, and accommodating person who charges a fair price for quality work. With our clogged bathroom drain, I did some price comparison and he was both reasonable and able to come the same day. He came quickly, finished the job easily, and did some tweaks to our faucet free of charge. He also has been very flexible in scheduling visits to accommodate my schedule. Reliable and fair.

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. He is VERY knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with services and up-charging. He finished the job quickly, efficiently and even tested the sink and dishwasher to make sure I was happy with his work. These guys do a great job. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and they get the job done. I would give five stars if charge was a bit less. He mentioned cost of living increase but my social security check doesn't keep pace with that. Maybe a senior discount? UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by Go-Rooter. They professed concern about my comments regarding their charge and provided a refund to my credit card. I am extremely grateful for this, and need to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. We had an issue with water leaking from under the kitchen sink. I called Go-Rooter Plumbers and two plumbers came the very next day, as promised and on time. They provided a fair estimate for services and were able to fix the issue on the spot. They were kind and respectful of our home. I'd hire them again without question.

We had an urgent need to have our main drain cleared. Go-rooter responded the same day, and were out in less than 24 hours to perform the service. They used cameras to show us the problem and video to demonstrate the resolution. They were professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...

I would for sure go with Go-Rooter if I ever have an issue again. Juan was super nice, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was in a detailed manner and answered all my questions. He even went back to get another part to make sure that the problem wouldn't persist. There was an additional issue the next day and he came back out immediately for a fair price and addressed the problem.

I hired Alex and his completely reliable and experienced Go-Rooter team months ago, to repair major spillovers from drain cycles of our basement clothes washer. Our DePaul area home was built around 1890, and Alex and his team needed to explore and excavate defects in its original underground works. Their underground rebuilding for my wife and me included damaged-pipes repairs, hydro jet use that disposed of large amounts of sand, bricks and other debris, rebuilding of the catch basin that extended from the laundry area to the home's outside and replacement of collapsed pipe lines, bricks and various surrounding support. We are very satisfied with the team's efforts and results, and we have continued to enlist Alex with subsequent projects. Bill N.

We had a pipe burst late on a Saturday night. Our plumber (Alex) was to our house within 45 minutes and was extremely helpful and gave us advice that actually saved us money. We will use Go Rooter for any plumbing needs we have going forward and you should too.

After having bathtub drain slow after each usage for weeks today was the final straw. We had bad experiences with other plumber in the past. Juan saved the day we will definitely call them on my next plumbing issues.

Called at 830 am. Juan said he could be over in one hour. Right on time. Fixed backed up sink due to a main line clog 5 feet deep in pipe. Took about 1 hr total. He cleaned up after and sanitized whole area. He even put away our bathroom stuff under the counter afterwards! Job done quick and was not overcharged. Definitely would use again.

I had an emergency where tree roots had clogged my unde ground system dirty sewer water was coming up thru my tub and bubbling out of my toilet. I was totally freaked out. I needed someone like yesterday. I called a couple places and could not get immediate service. I then called Go Rooter. They came out that day assesses the situation, told me what was going on and that they had performed a solution that would allow me access to my bathroom, gave me a time that they would return the next day of which they did with a permit and worked very hard . Before the day was over I had total access to my bathroom. The only thing I wanted an forgot to get was a copy of the picture they took of the sewer.

Juan was professional, communicative, and provided us reasonable rates. He was able to unclog our kitchen drain and next door's without issue.

I was having some serious plumbing problems and I had no idea what I was going to do. I had called several different plumbing companies and and they would tell me that they would call me back or they can't get to me until the next day, now mind you I was unable to flush my toilet so I was needing help right away. I called go Rooter and this was in the evening after hours, and they came right out. My plumber or technician name was Bert he was patient honest and did everything he could to help me and explain everything to me. I would recommend this company especially Bert to anybody who's having plumbing problems. I'm not just saying this I really mean it I think God for them.
