RESCUE is a perfect name. I had a mess in my kitchen, clogging pipes, leaky pipe under the sink, a leaky faucet.....and Mario came to the RESCUE. I called them and was able to obtain Mario right away. He answered all of my questions patiently. He showed me the problem areas. He gave me a clear and firm price and told me how long it would take to do the job. It took less time and he worked diligently at it. He did not leave until he felt I was satisfied. Mario is very personable and also professional. I will gladly recommend him to anyone.

This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well

Today's interaction with John Baethke & Son Plumbing was at least my second positive experience with this company. They are the best! They were easy to communicate with from the beginning. The plumber was awesome (Nathaniel). He was thorough, upfront, spoke in a way that I could understand (since I'm not a plumber!). I highly recommend them. And as a landlord who is almost never physically present for these repairs, I was able to pay over the phone and that means more to me than anything else. Thanks again.

Roto-Rooter was the best plumbing service I've received in a long time. They are available 24/7 and the technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet two employees on the same day of service who worked quickly and accurately. I will definitely use them again if I experience any problems. I recently hired Vanguard for the second time (for an issue unrelated to the first) and both were very positive experiences. I talked with Jan to schedule the job. He communicated promptly and clearly and asked for a bunch of pictures of various pipes and fixtures so he could make an accurate estimate. On the day of, the plumber George (who had done the first job as well) showed up on time, respected the space in terms of shoe coverings and a mask, and effectively communicated the problems, his solutions, and any related choices that I needed to make. He was honest when the job went more quickly than estimated and cost less than the estimate. I appreciate that because it means I can trust him in the future if a job goes long and he has to charge me more than estimated.

My condo's plumbing is a gosh darn mess and I'm definitely going to call Vanguard the next time something goes wrong.

Highly recommend Rocket Plumbing and Geoff for any plumbing issues. Geoff provided excellent service, communication, diagnostics, and repair. We needed reconfiguration of the valve placement for a new dishwasher. Happy with the solution and work that was done!

We used J sewer and drain to unclog our drains. He was reliable, timely, fair. We recommend his work.

Garbage disposal died and First Chicago Plumbing came out and took care of it quickly. The best part was that the plumber took the time to educate me on how my kitchen plumbing works. I learned a lot and feel like I now have an understanding of how it all works.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. He was very straightforward with his explanation and was very patient and friendly on the phone with me even though I'm just the potential buyer and not even his current client.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

We've utilized Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding Inc several times and just used them again for the installation of a new pressure-assist toilet. Everyone we dealt with in the context of the service was a pleasure to work with. Jeff Martins, the plumber who performed the work, did a terrific job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. Couldn't be happier!

Great service and explained everything. Pretty simple problem of a clogged shower, but good to know some additional details on where it (most likely) was located and how my particular system/building works.

I can't say enough about Van Der Bosch! When other companies couldn't get someone out to help us for over a week, Van Der Bosch was able to send someone right away. The quote was super quick and very reasonable. Jose, our plumber, was extremely knowledgeable. They were even very flexible when we had a problem with our building water shutoff and had to reschedule. Jose went above and beyond and I highly recommend you give them a try!

Maryann was very customer friendly very informative. The plumber did not give me the same price Maryann quoted, she quoted 150.00 per hour, he wasn't even here a good 25min, and he charged me 165.00 dollars, but it is what it is. I understand that if they are here for 15min its still 150.00 dollars, but why would he charge me a extra 15.00 dollars. I've known Mr yerkes for many many years, he was always very knowledgeable, and helpful with any Diy project I was doing, by me being a female I made many mistakes, and Mr yerkes had many laughs on me, he his a great friend .I wish he still had his hardware

Paul and his crew are awesome. We had a major plumbing issue that basically took our whole house out of service. His crew identified the problem and quickly fixed it. They did great quality work and took pride in it. Will gladly use them again.

Chas was great. I got a very quick response and service appt. Answered all my questions and fixed the issue. Highly recommend and will be using Apex again for any plumbing issue I have.
