Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. He is VERY knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with services and up-charging. He finished the job quickly, efficiently and even tested the sink and dishwasher to make sure I was happy with his work. GOrooter will be my go to for plumbing from now on!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Juan's services, you will not be disappointed!!

Had a severe break in my sewer pipe. Pierce Plumbing Service sent a tech over to video the pipe. They found the break under my garage floor. That same day they jackhammer the floor, dug up the pipe and replaced it. Everything’s working great now. They even mopped the garage floor when they were done. Great job

Power Plumbing replaced the failed wax ring which caused problems downstairs; they successfully dealt with the bad original installation of the toilet, unclogged the bathroom sink, and replaced parts which caused the toilet to run so often. I smiled as I wrote the check. Highest recommendation.

Very satisfied with the work done by Chris and his helper Tony. They knew what they were doing, very professional and efficient. Even though another job got them delayed 10 minutes, they gave me a call to let me know about the slight delay. They cleaned up very well and took old parts with them. Will use them again in the future.

He took the time to explain what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. He was not just polite, but personable, as well. Called at 10:38am they said the tech would call soon. 8 hours later, no calls, no technician. I have called multiple times a day, always the same, they will call you in 10 mins... what a mess of a company
