Alfred was our plumber and he was amazing. On time to our schedule, very professional, fast, reliable, helpful explaining how he was going to perform the job and giving us recommendations. Highly recommend this company, the price was fair, and the customer service was great too.

I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Joseph come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals did a great job! They located the blockage in our sewer drain, recommended a solution and then eliminated the blockage. They were very professional and did a great job!! I am recommending them to all my friends.

I’d called another company who quoted ridiculous amounts and frankly the guy who came out try to oversell me. Garrity had installed a hot water heater quickly for our condo building, so I called for new seals on my toilets. They were quick, efficient, well priced and on time. You cannot ask for better. I've used Moody plumbing for more than 3 years now and every time they have done things perfectly- Joe and his team definitely know what they are doing and I wouldn't consider using anyone else for any of my properties. It's a huge plus to actually have a plumber come out and you know it's going to fixed or replaced correctly everytime.

After a couple of weeks being strung along by another plumbing company, I gave Karla at Drain Works a call and they were able to get us on the schedule so quickly for some time sensitive work that I needed done. I wish I would have just called them from the very beginning. Eric and Manny were unbelievably nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in our new home. We had a gas line capped, and also had shut off valves for our washer replaced. Eric explained all of our options, and we really appreciated his honest opinions on the work that we were inquiring about. Eric was also able to give us quotes for some other items that need to be taken care of, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Great value, wonderful people, and super clear when it comes to scheduling which we appreciated so much!! Can't wait to use Drain Works again!

Exceptional service. Provided prompt and professional emergency fix to house's main electric panel. Returned the following week to replace electric panel. Ramon was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He gave us status updates and estimates on the repairs throughout the day. We'll call them first for any future electric work.

Called Jim after a frozen water pipe at my business, he is the best! He was there quickly, fixed the pipe and had my only bathroom back up and running before my next shift. Would absolutely recommend and use them again

Jim replaced my 12 year old hot water heater in less than 2 hours after it stopped working. They responded to replace it the next morning from my call and used a better hot water heater than the big hvac companies were using all for less money too. If you need a hot water heater or repair I would work with this company again as they were very responsive.

I am a new first-time homeowner and had some minor plumbing issues at my condo over the weekend. I called while on my break at work Monday afternoon and Bernie was able to fit me in 4:30pm that same day. He arrived early and got everything sorted for me quickly! Also super friendly guy to chat with while he was working. I’ll definitely call him again if I have any issues in the future.

I was doing a renovation when COVID hit. At that time I converted my pantry to a laundry room. Fast forward a year and a half and I can finally make it a working laundry area. But come to find out the contractor I hired did not connect the splice for the gas line. It's a year and a half later so what can I do? I called after doing a google search for gas inspection and lucky for me Roxanne arranged for Manny to come out same day. He was able to connect the gas line properly and now I can use my new washer and dryer. Thank you!! I'm so glad it wasn't a gamble.
