They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

a time he will be at my house and he was
on time very respectful very nice very
helpful he pumped my catch basin and
the price was affordable. Then I had a
flood so i called Mike again and he came again and he came
with another man name Mario also respectful very nice and helpful them 2 2gether they get and do there job very well they walked around the property did camera viewing
and told me why i got flooded in the first
place them 2 men are the best they fixed
my flooding problem for the time being til the city fix their problem first then after that I will be calling Mike again cuz they are the best and i
will recommend this company 2 any1 that needs a
plumber thank u so much Mike and Mario

John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, thorough, and incredibly conscientious of not causing a disturbance to my tenants. The price was fair and the work was quickly completed -including the permit process. John has won himself a customer for life, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I give them 3 stars for being prompt and coming right away after I had an issue and finding it, but quoted me $295 to unclog/rod kitchen sink????? I do realize plumbers are expensive and used major plumbing companies before, but sorry this is a rip off amount. I have never paid over $179 for this type of service, to rod sink drain or bathroom drain.

Madden Sewage and Drainage replaced our catch basin with attention to our garden and in a professional manner. They were fantastic. They work is superior and it was done quickly and neatly. Thank you Madden for the great job.

Prime Plumbing Service is the best in town! No need to call anyone else! And, most of the time they can get the job done in one trip because they show up with a huge truck full of every part imaginable. Even brand new hot water heaters on hand!

We had a backflow over the weekend and called Easy Side Plumber Service.They sent out a plumber right away and he fixed the problem very quickly. Even after the water company turned the water back on they still followed up to make sure our water was flowing to our property.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I called Mike for a bathroom emergency. He stopped by as soon as he had time and fixed my problem. He did a great job. 2 weeks later I had a problem with my faucet in my kitchen and he came the next evening and did a fantastic job. I am thankful I found Mike because it's hard to find plumbers who do smaller emergency jobs at condos.
