I rented a ProPress with all the fittings for a job that needed to be done they were very professional the tools were in excellent condition and they even helped me take the tool boxes to my vehicle it's a great place to rent they also sell a lot of Milwaukee products at a reasonable fair price

We called Leland because we used a leak detection company and they said that we had a hot water leak underneath the floor between the dishwasher and the cabinet.
Steve came out and pulled out the dishwasher and drilled a hole only to find no leak. Steve was amazing, he was able to find the leak, he was methodical and conscience of the fact that he would be as gentle on our home as possible. We were amazed how efficient and calm Steve was, he listened to us and waited patiently while we filled him in on some of the past work that was done on the house. This is why he found the leak, in spite of the fact that we called the leak guy back out when Steve was there, and the leak guy told Steve it was under the cabinets. I will tell my friends and family to use this service and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs! We all need our go to trusting plumber and this company is top notch. Oh and they are fair and their fees are more than reasonable. Thank you Leland and Steve!

Called after hours, tech Jamie called me back within minutes, showed up 30 minutes early, knew exactly how to solve the problem. He was in and out. Well worth it. I can't say enough about Jamie's quick response, his knowledge of the system and absolute respect for myself and family. Much appreciated. A++++

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Troy was incredible. Explained that the company was doing their best to protect the clients and their associates so he would be exercising more caution than normal in his interactions. He explained everything he would be doing then explained again what needed to be done to mitigate anything that needed attention on our AC system. We worked out a schedule and am looking forward to getting those things accomplished. Highly recommend

It's so hard to hire anyone today to do work and you never know who or if they will show up. We were in need of a shower faucet repair in our spare bathroom. I looked online for local plumbers, started reading reviews and making calls. To my surprise, when I called R G's the woman on the other end (Marsha) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure they would be able to come out on a Monday, she reassured me that Ralph would be able to come out and fix the issue. Ralph got to my home at 2:20 and an hour later the job was complete AND cleaned up! Definitely worth a call for your plumbing needs!
