EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! We are new home buyers in area and we have found our for life plumbing team!!! I fought for two hours to replace a seized shower cartridge that resulted in entire house water shutdown (isolation screws also seized), I even broke the screw to puller from pressure. After talking with them at 8:45pm, they explained all possible outcomes and possible prices/rates, so no surprises. After asking them to please come, they were here in 10 minutes, no joke! After being a facilities maintainer in the Air Force, I thought there is no way this guy is going to get this out if I couldn't, so I expected a full valve replacement, drywall work, and a much higher price. The son with his well trained experience
and meticulously skill had it out and replaced in under 20 minutes!!! They only charged me for one hour after-hours-rate since I had the cartridge already ($150). Very professional and pleasant to work with this family.

I had used a big name company (Pro-Tech) earlier in week to replace a seized hot water tank valve and home shut-off valve (my first attempt to remove cartridge). Their tech was here for 1 hr. I was charged $500!!! All he did was put in two $50 gate valves and less than 3ft of pipe in very easy access areas.

I had the best service from Absolute Best Plumbing. Ramon came out within the hour and assessed the issue quickly and easily. He fixed the issue for $300 less than the initial quote that I received. Could not be happier with them!

A company came to install a new refrigerator that I bought at Home Depot, but didn't do it becase they said it needed a valve on the water line behind the fridge. Billy came to install it but he said it wasn't needed. He helped install the fridge and it is working perfectly. He was courteous, honest and extremely helpful. They company was calling to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We had a leak at our salon, and within 45 minutes Gabe had showed up and repaired it. Could not be more grateful for the ready and knowledgeable staff. He was even able to work through a continuous water drip since our main shut off didn’t fully work! We were up and operational on time!! thank you Mercury!

Our AC went out on a 95 degree day at 4:30 in the afternoon. Repairman showed up at 7:30. Got it running by 9:00. Whew. Pleasant. Professional. Can’t say enough good things.

Peter was excellent to deal with remodeling our master bath plumbing, moving water lines for our laundry room, and adding lines for our half bath. Solid work, good guy and a decent price. We definitely will call if we need any other plumbing work done!

Shame on you plumbers that took advantage of senior citizens on fixed income $500 and some for maybe an hours work if that to fix a piece of pvc pipe. Hope people treat your parents better than that.

I absolutely recommend this company. My experience was incredible and I highly recommend. I needed a slab leak detection due to the hurricane and the tech that came out spent time patiently explaining everything to me. He was able to find the leak and also do the repair the same day. Again, excellent service and I appreciate their honesty in this horrible time we've all experienced loss.

Workers are not properly trained to do their job correctly and fail to uncap the street valves on your yard to release air. That causes water eruption in the toilets of homes. We called to complain and spoke to Mr, Walker who was very rude and unprofessional. The company has no accountability. Find another company who cares and is more professional.
