They sent a technician out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back with the part and before I knew it I had hot showers again. Extremely pleased and satisfied with this company. On two unrelated issues the receptionist triage the problem, got us qualified plummers who quickly, and competently fix the problem.
I felt the cost was reasonable, for I couldn't have done the work like these gentlemen did.
Appreciate the calm demeanor the receptionist has when dealing with excited persons.

We had a leak at our salon, and within 45 minutes Gabe had showed up and repaired it. Could not be more grateful for the ready and knowledgeable staff. The owner rammed my pickup today after stopping to let me turn into my doctors office, then claimed he was going with flow of traffic and I cut in front of him. He is dishonest. This was witnessed by another driver. Very sad.

I absolutely recommend this company. My experience was incredible and I highly recommend. I needed a slab leak detection due to the hurricane and the tech that came out spent time patiently explaining everything to me. He was able to find the leak and also do the repair the same day. Again, excellent service and I appreciate their honesty in this horrible time we've all experienced loss.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
