I was having issues with a backup with my sewer line and was unsure who to call. John and Sonny with I Find Leaks came out to my house and ran their cool sewer camera through my sewer lines to look for issues. It seems the issue is going to be with a city line, which may not end up costing me to repair!! Unfortunately in may be under my nice travertine pool deck. :O( These guys were AWESOME and VERY honest!!!

Between the two companies Plumbing By Gus and I find Leaks ....they fixed the problem PRONTO! Both companies explained the problems and repaired the plumbing! Great guys to work with, no run-a-rounds. Trust is a must in these days and times! You must beware of shady companies!

Jeremy came to our home at 8:00am on Tuesday morning and immediately located the hot water line leak. He then preceded to go through the tile and concrete and put a patch on the leak and he was actually gone from our home by 9:15 and there wasn't even a speak of dust. He has his own secret way of drilling through tile and concrete without making a mess.... go figure. He was very nice and we enjoyed having him in our home and so appreciated his professional and so efficient work. I would recommend the company to everyone!!!

John was great to work with! He took his time to talk through my issue with my pool skimmer line. I explained that my pool service guys did all that they could do with no success. Although this was not his specialty, he was up for the challenge. Within 30 mins of troubleshooting and MacGyvering, my clogged skimmer line was resolved!!! Sonny arrived promptly on time to find my water leak. He did a very thorough search to discover a small water leak in our commode.

Seriously amazing. If they were there 20 minutes, I'd be surprised. They went right to the leak area, identified specifically where it was, dug into the wall to confirm, and they were done! And it's a good thing we had them come out -- we thought the leak was a few feet to the left and lower in the wall. Their hole was much smaller than ours would have been had we started digging around looking for it. Well worth it.

I find leaks and they scheduled an appointment the following business day. They were here early and called prior to be sure I was home. Sonny checked everywhere until he found the leak at the street next to the city shut off. They were honest, upfront and charge a flat rate. They dug up the hole so the leak was exposed and easy for the plumber to fix. Hopefully I never have another leak, but if I do, I will definitely call them again. Five stars!

I received my water bill which was extremely higher than normal. I researched and determined there must have been a leak somewhere outside or in our house. I called I FIND LEAKS this morning and spoke with Sonny. He was EXTREMELY helpful and honest. Over the phone he gave me guidance on how to check to see if I actually have a true leak by telling me how to view my water meter and what it should be doing with the main valve closed and open. Based on his guidance we determined that there was something going on inside the house and not the outside line. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out. His earliest available appointment was Tuesday which I scheduled. He told me that he was booked today (Saturday) but if he got done early he could even possibly come out today. Shortly after I hung up with him I did some investigating and noticed that our outside hose that I hadn't used in months was still running just slightly running. I immediately called Sonny back and told him what happened. I cancelled the appointment. He was happy that I was able to resolve the problem without having to pay to have him come out. AND he gave me tips on water efficiency. Even though I didn't use his service I would highly recommend them and God forbid I do ever get a leak will definitely call them.

February 2019....our porcelain plank floor was very warm in an area where a broken copper hot water pipe had been repaired 2 years ago. Sonny located the broken pipe and suggested a replumb rather than repair since the foundation hot water copper pipes had problems in the past. Sonny referred us to Gray Water Plumbing for the replumb and we were very, very pleased not only with their work but the fact that they accommodated us so quickly with the knowledge we had out of town guests arriving the following weekend and would need water!! We were having an odd situation, when calling around explaining our situation and trying to get quotes- I felt like I was getting jerked around and people just saw $$.
When I contacted I find leaks at first  i didn't  expect to get a response till the next day through an email inquiry, but to my surprise. John responded with a fresh, concerning,  attitude to help us.
Why we chose I findleaks: Because of John's up front honesty, and scenarios of how this could turn out and what we were looking at worst case scenario- we were prepared and hoped for the best.
John explained & educated me the whole way through from initial email, to the end of the job. What we were told by another plumber, John researched and had a game plan for when he came out to do the job. To John surprise, it was a rather odd situation but knew what he had to do to fix our problem. AMAZING! Finally refreshing to deal with a company that’s genuinely interested in helping and providing excellent customer service. John saved me time, stress and money!! I first called them for a camera sewer line inspection before I bought my house and talked to Jeremy. He was so informative and explained everything in a manner that was very easy to understand their process - I knew they were the right guys to do the job. All went smoothly and the video was great.

I reached out again 2 months later after the toilets gurgled and overflowed but after reporting the sewer back up to the city. When the city worker came out, he said it was most likely because they were cleaning out the sewer lines out back before switching up his story and telling me there wasn’t water running into the sewer drain and I needed to call a plumber to fix the clog or problem. Then, I called I Find Leaks to ask a few questions and to see if they could recommend a plumber. Water came up from the toilets as I was on the phone with John and he came out right away to inspect the issue. He ran the camera through and confirmed there was no clog in my pipes. As it turns out, it was the city’s jet cleaning machine that caused the issue at my house and my neighbors. THANK YOU GUYS!

I recently had a clogged drain from my laundry room to kitchen. Other plumbers tried to fix the situation and suggested I Find Leaks. After putting a camera into the pipes there was still an area that could not be reached and recorded due to twists and turns. Our business had a small hole in the main line, but with such low amount of volume coming out, it was a difficult catch. Ifindleaks worked with our plumber to assess the situation, use their knowledge and experience to locate the leak, and help us put this mystery to rest. Great work, and quiet. Sonny came out to handle a weird issue, the details with which I will not bore you. He found our cleanout that was buried a foot deep, discovered a surprise second sewer line, fixed the original problem, and then gave me tips on how to take care of my lawn since we're new to the state. After doing a general inspection checking all toilets and faucet locations Tyler user gas pressure to locate a pvc leak between the meter shut off and the shutoff next to the house. Located a leak coming from some pvc elbows a foot from the house shutoff valve. Tyler was courteous and located the leak quickly. I Find Leaks was referred by our plumbing company. We had a higher than average water bill and I noticed our meter was turning when there was no water being used. Tyler came and found our leak within 30 minutes - a galvanized hot water line in the crawl space. He explained what precautions to take prior to the arrival of the plumber. Furthermore, he even called our plumber to brief them of our situation. Happy with the results and would be willing to use I Find Leaks in the future.

Sonny and Tyler are Rock Stars! In our new construction home we had water leak damage in one of of our bathrooms, and sewer gas leak in our master bathroom and in the attic. They assessed the leak issue, and recommended a smoke test for the sewer gas leak. Sonny crawled into our attic to identified the leak. He has also been super responsive sending videos and detailed invoice so that our builder can correct the issue. They're coming to do another smoke test with the plumber and roofer so that there's no doubt of the issue. Going forward, they're our go to plumbing team!

Wow, I spent thousands of dollars on terrible plumbing companies and another leak detection company (I won't mention the name) and was apprehensive about this leak detection stuff. Ridiculously good service! I had a slab leak diagnosed, and called John over at I Find Leaks due to all the amazing feedback here on Google, as I now needed to find the dang leak. John and Sonny showed up, went to work, and had my leak found, a hole drilled, and a temporary patch applied WITHIN AN HOUR. I could not be happier with their service, and if they did regular plumbing work, I would have hired them to fix the leak permanently and become my regular plumber! I have a rather large leak of under the slab which was pin pointed today by Ifindleaks. I found Sonny to be very professional and hard working. Big Thanks to Jeremy of I Find Leaks! ... we have reclaimed water for irrigation and discovered a leak that was using 111k gallons in a month – our city quota was 17k! – so you can imagine the magnitude of this leak!
The big deal is that Jeremy thought he found it the first time (traced to a broken cylinoid) but we later discovered that that was only a small part of the problem. The real leak was somewhere else. So we needed him to come back and search again. Without hesitation – or asking more money, he happily came out 2 days later and then found the real culprit leak. He said, we're square, we like to see the job done right. Wow!

Kept playing phone tag, (which I thought was really weird for a company). By the time I finally spoke to some one, I already was able to resolve the issue. So I never made it to set up a service call, the 2 stars is because no one should have to volley calls for 2 days if you take pride in customer service. I have had rats in the house even after I had the house sealed--Technician Tyler came with his smoke machine and used it to detect leaks in the sewer system under the house. I work at a property management company and have been working with IFindLeaks for a little over two years now. They have great customer service and always on time. They have done pipe jetting for us which came out awesome. They even put a camera down there to show us before and after. They also have done mold clean up in some of our homes. They have done water extractions for us and went out to the properties as soon as the water line broke. Lastly they have done leak detections for us. They have always found the leak and mark the exact spot. Best company to use for the items I mentioned above. The best part about this company is they are completely honest about everything. We set up an appointment for 8 am on Saturday (no extra charge). Even though it was pouring outside, they showed up on time. Jeremy and John came out the day after Christmas because I suspected a possible moisture issue that had bothered me for over a year. I’m a research queen and went on line and found their positive reviews so i called them. They had a break in between jobs and were at my house within 45 minutes! Fortunately there was not a leak but some other issues that were most likely caused when the floor was installed. Another issue I had that i mentioned to them was our master shower would have 2 inches of standing water for the first few minutes while showering then it would drain. We had 2 other plumbers out last year that snaked it and couldn’t fix it or explain why it was doing that. Jeremey and John told me that there used to be a tub in that location and the piping was not updated correctly when it was remodeled prior to us buying the home. These guys are honest, incredibly reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them any day of the weekend. We had a hot water leak under our floor and our plumber suggested we call this company so it could be located. They sent Tyler to our home. He was very polite and professional. He found the precise location of the leak, and jack hammered the concrete. He took the time to show me the leaking pipe. He put all the dirt he dug out of the hole in a bag so it could be used to fill the hole when the pipe is fixed by the plumber. Cleaned any of the remaining mess, leaving it ready for the plumber. Hopefully I’ll never have another leak, but if I do, I will be calling “I Find Leaks”.

The man from I Find Leaks was on time and professional; the leak area was thought to be in the middle of kitchen floor. Plumber came out and cut laminate floor, subfloor and got through the foundation slab only to find the leak was not there. I Find Leaks came back out and found that actual leak was approx 7 feet away, under kitchen sink. The plumber repaired slab and fixed leak, but it cost us a lot more and we now have to replace kitchen floor.

I was overwhelmed this past weekend with a sudden leak in my living room and office that was seeping up through our hardwood floors. It Turns out our home got hit by a lightning strike Friday night that cooked my water heater and ran through the hot water pipe and caused it to burst. Called to help locate a leak in our bathroom that wasn't obvious and our plumber said would save a lot of unnecessary mess if he had to keep poking around. Unfortunately I called The Pink Plumber first and was assured they could find my leak even under the slab, which takes specialized equipment. When the guy arrived, he informed me they don't actually do that. He would verify there was a leak and then call another company they work with who would then come out to find it. I already knew there was a leak, I didn't need him for that. So, I sent him on his way and was pretty ticked off. Luckily, I found I Find Leaks and called. Sonny happened to be at Ace Hardware right down the road and agreed to come over even though this was Saturday. He arrived and although the landscapers made it difficult due to noise, he was able to find the leak. He then recommended a plumber, called him and explained where the leak was. Again, this is a Saturday. After Sonny was gone the plumber called me back and will be coming out later today to hopefully take care of it. Sonny was wonderful and I highly recommend this company. It's crummy when you have a leak like this, and I'll have to deal with the city regarding the water bill, but at least I feel very confident in Sonny and am very pleased with the service he provided.

I called them because my Plummer told me that they cannot find leaks in pipes. The guy arrived at my house and spent 10 minutes finding the leak. He couldn’t even temporarily patch the pipe. All he did was put a piece of tape on it. I still cannot use my water and here’s the best part. For 10 minutes of work and not fixing it or even temporarily patching it......$257.00! This is highway robbery and completely ridiculous! I chose the wrong profession I guess. I want a job that pays $257 for 10 minutes of work. I will not be using these crooks ever again.

Same day service before noon time! Jeremy and his assistant found the source of the water seeping from beneathe my kitchen cabinets in less then 20 minutes! He explained that it was a leak in the copper waste arm and that he sees this kind of leak often in 1950s era homes like mine. I appreciated Jeremy's courtesy and willingness to answer my many questions. ( I had my kitchen totally renovated in 2016 and I was terrified at the prospect of my nice wood cabinets and quartz countertop needing to be pried loose from their moorings!) I Find Leaks was recommended to me by a plumber. They have the state of the art equipment and reasonable. They found exactly where the roots were located underneath the house and had a solution of jetting the pipes. The other option was to tear up a new floor in the kitchen. Thank God we didn't have to do that. They were prompt and curious also.

These guys are great ! I had a pipe leaking under my slab, it was sounding like water was running but there was no apparent leaks ! I replaced my toilet flush valve and my water heater. Had a weird situation with a very slow leak that ended up being a PVC to metal valve junction I hadn't found. Jeremy was able to identify the issue easily and I got the problem solved. Wish I'd called earlier.

We purchased a new home just 3 weeks ago when water started leaking out of the floor boards in the garage....on July 3rd! Nothing like having a plumbing problem over a holiday weekend! Our plumber recommended we call I Fink Leaks so we could pin point the leak. The owner of I Find Leaks came out on July 4th. He not only found the leak which was about 12 feet away from where the water was coming out of the floor boards, but he stayed ALL day and helped the plumber find the pipe which was about two feet into the concrete of a foundation footer. It would have been easy for him to leave as soon as he found the general leak location, but he was determined to make sure he had the location right and to find the exact pipe! He was professional, worked well with the plumber and went above and beyond for us. Most importantly, the leak was right where he thought! Very respectful and honest person, showed up early and gave me an honest opinion on the matter. Also gave recommendations for things to look into. I felt he was a good honest person, I feel that I would recommend him to most everyone.

On time.. personable.. found the leak and the plumber only had to remove one piece of travertine tile even though the small leak in the copper pipe was 2 feet deep!..

Yay!!! Jeremy found my leak in a shower drain pan after three plumbers told me the pan was fine. I called I Find Leaks on the advice of our plumber after they could not detect the leak in plumbing under the slab of the house. Called to schedule an appt the day before Thanksgiving and to our surprise they had an opening the day after Thanksgiving. Jeremy was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled window of time.
