These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!

The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward. If I ever need work done again, I won't hesitate to reach out to them.

We were having work done on our home and suddenly discovered a water leak in the wall. As Luis had already completed several jobs over the past year for us (installing a new water heater and several toilets), we called him. He immediately answered and was able to come out that night. Water leaks are scary and it was a big relief to know he was on his way over. Luis is very professional, extremely knowledgeable with competitive pricing. After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.

Excellent service, great company very efficient and knowledgeable

Carlos hit and totaled my car last month
while it was parked in the middle of the
day, he agreed to assist me in getting
into a new one because he is the sole
one responsible for the situation. Turns
out he was uninsured, and was
supposed to be holding a commercial
insurance policy. After giving him a great deal of time and being extremely reasonable and understanding even given the circumstances, Carlos has become totally unresponsive. Looking at the reviews it seems as though Carlos does not have the ability to communicate properly with clients, potential clients and others who truly need to contact him.
