The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

We recently had gas lines installed in our house for a new tankless water heater and cooktop. Shawn and his team did a great job with the installation and management of the overall process. They communicated well, were prompt and friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The final price was right at the estimate provided, which was very reasonable. I could not have asked for a more positive experience and would highly recommend their services.

I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?

I was very happy with the service I recently received from Premium Plumbing. I had a hot water heater replaced and requested a quote on a number of other plumbing jobs. The plumber (Corey) was prompt, polite, knowledgable, carried out the work requested to a high standard and provided the additional information without any kind of hard sell. We have several properties and wouldn't think of calling any other business when the urgent need for plumbing expertise arises. They may not always be the cheapest, but they are without question, the best!

I had a pipe leak at 330 on a Friday. Pinellas Plumbing was at our house within the hour and fixed the leak. Our plumber was courteous and simply fantastic!

I was disapointed. They came and inclogged my tub, but now my hot water trickles out. I called them back and they said it would cost another $700 to fix what they broke. And is isnt their fault caise we have old pipes.
