This company came out to repair my leaky faucet. After an hour or so, the man left, but the faucet was leaking even worse from a different location. They came back another day and replaced the faucet with a cheap model. The man couldn't get the faucet to quit dripping and took hours trying to fix it. Finally he left, but the faucet still drips. Garrett said they would come back for free (of course) and fix it. I haven't had them do it because of the mess and hours wasted in my house. I have pots and pans under my sink and since I am elderly, I had trouble getting everything back together. Now today I pulled out a 9x12 pan to do some baking and it was full of water which spilled all over. I threw a towel in there to mop it up, but since my knees are bad I cannot get down there to clean it all up. I put another pan in that spot and sure enough, water is dripping from somewhere - the new faucet, I believe. I want my money back so I can get another plumber in here to do the job right.

I bought a house about six months ago. One of my bathrooms shower started backing up. Called out my friends rooter guy who has a camera , to put down in the sewer line to check for problems and get it cleaned out. He gave me the worse news possible!! The whole line has to be replaced!! Not knowing any reliable plumbers I started researching on line!! These guys were so helpful to me! After a full day of moving I inadvertently snagged an old hose on a pressure relief valve that I didn't even know existed, sending water shooting up about 20 feet into the air under high pressure. I had to turn the water off to my home overnight. First thing the next morning I called Allen's Plumbing for help. They didn't have an opening until 2pm. I booked it and asked if I could be put on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation in their schedule. About 30 minutes later they called me to tell me about a cancellation and they were able to send someone out immediately. Andrew arrived to my home and knew exactly what was required to repair the broken valve. He mentioned the initial design of this pressure relief valve was poor because of exactly what happened to me; the design was highly prone to snag and breakage. Andrew was so great. He made the repair, and then went above and beyond to strap the new valve to the exterior wall to decrease the risk of future snagging and breakage. And he was very conscientious of the time frame, keeping his time at exactly one hour so that I would not be charged another quarter hour for just a few extra minutes of time. It was a pricey repair, but certainly not one I would have even attempted on my own. I found Allen's Plumbing to be extremely accommodating when I was in urgent need of restoring water flow to my home. Now I know who to call if I ever have an emergency!

I want to commend Armor Plumbing as the best plumbing service I've hired in the twenty years I've lived in Pinellas County. It is hard to find a good plumber, and the young man they sent to our home was prompt, courteous, effective, and reasonably priced. I'm told my property manager recommends Armor, and I can easily see why. They are the best we've found since moving to Florida and I plan to call on them again.
