I’ve lived in St Pete for over 10 years and these folks are by far the most professional in the area. A friend recommended and I have had them out twice for 2 very different jobs, that last one urgent.
Steve was on time, calm, respectful, an excellent communicator and even better plumber! Thanks so much. We were stressed out and you did a beautiful job and I don’t leave reviews often but just had to today.

Two guys showed up before the scheduled appointment time and took on the impossible task to fix something in my very tiny crawl space. They did and amazing job. They were very professional and punctual. Leland will certainly be my first call when I need a plumber again!!

New owner not the company it use to be.I used Leland for 45yrs.The new owner told me today to use another co. Now I see why he has had most of the original men quit.I have 2 homes and they were out once.5 days later still haven't started the job.I don't recommend them.Jean the owner won't be in business long treating longtime customers like this.

Did a complete remodel of my bathroom and every step of the way these guys were great. Robert and Chris are the best.

Leland Plumbing, tried and true, helped us once again. This time we had a root in a pipe on a very steep roof. It was a difficult job which the plumbers handled skillfully.

The service is amazing, but a staff member named Stacy who answered the phone for me today was extremely short with me, rude, and unprofessional.

I had two friendly and knowledgeable plumbers show up in a timely fashion to repair some low flow, and slow drain issues that I was not able to resolve with basic knowledge and equipment. They were very polite, professional and did great work. ALL my issues were resolved (even some more involved defects) in a short order for a reasonable price. (I have worked in the trades in my early years and have a better appreciation than most for the skill sets and such). I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from Stacy at the office, to Ray and his associate who came out to do the job, were awesome. I'm very pleased.

They advertise themselves as the cleanest plumber in town; I'll also add that they're the most reasonably priced! I had a hot water slab leak and had the guys at I Find Leaks come out and do a temporary repair. They recommended Leland Plumbing, and they, too, were wonderful to work with! In and out in about an hour, with the leak fixed permanently, the dirt replaced and a nice layer of concrete to finish the work. Would definitely recommend and I'll certainly be calling them for quotes in the future.

Called Leland plumbing back to adjust temperature on new install of hot water heater while under warranty. Robert (the plumber) spotted another issue we were unaware of and came back to fix that too! Honesty is hard to come by these days. We were impressed and very grateful.

The Guys were fantastic. Removed and repaired some piping under a sink and repaired a water connection behind the fridge. They were super quick, professional, nice and ON TIME! Absolutely thrilled and relieved there's one less project to do. Great work and will absolutely use again if needed!

Came out to look at a water leak on Friday and was in able to repair until Monday morning. Did not show up or call on Monday. I called and they said that they were very busy and could not repair water leak until Wednesday or Thursday. Tried to recommend other plumbers. They failed to honor their word. Very poor customer service. They still charged us $90 for a service charge and did not finish the job

Justin was here within the first 10 minutes of the proposed wait time on a same day call, to properly install the washer and dryer! Dispatch was very polite and the work was done swiftly and professionally. Thanks!

Super fast and friendly!

Out of four other companies this was the one! My hot water heater broke and knowing it was over ten years old I knew I would need to replace it. The receptionist was very kind and went waayyy above and beyond helping me get an accurate install fee. Chris came out ahead of schedule and was efficient and kind as well. So very happy. Thank you!

I just had Leland plumbing out to my house to repair a water shutoff valve and I cannot speak highly enough about them. They answered the phone immediately, scheduled me for a next day service at affordable rates (I shopped around and they were the lowest), and they even had a cancelation so the technician came SAME DAY! Steve, the technician, was professional, fair, very friendly, and did an awesome job. The repair only took about an hour and he was excellent at explaining what he was doing. Management, please give Steve my feedback, and a raise! While he was here, I was quoted on other plumbing work I need done and I will 100% use them again for any plumbing work, without question.

Great company

Just moved into an apartment May 1st
2020. Gulfport Fl 33707. The tenant is required by the property managment to report all things wrong with the
apartment. Within 3 days of moving in.
The report to property managment.
(R.W. Caldwell) Was. The water is many different colors. Yellow- Brown. Green. Orange. Leland replaced some plumbling fixtures. The water is still discolored. Is their test strips avaliable a plumbler can use to determine what is causing the discoloration in the water? And are their solutions? Chris. From Leland said. The water is fine. Yet. From what I am seeing the water does not appear fine

Update 11/17/22 Called return customer but the lady was hemming n hawing plumber may not want to install tankless water heater then unprofessional & noone called me back! Won't use ever again. She could have just told me they dnt install them. No Excuses rude rude rude get some compassion for people seriously. Justin was awesome found my drain clog & fixed a plumbing mess said installed improperly replaced a piece of pipe to resolve issue hopefully permanently. Thx Justin & Leland for their 2hr same-day appt & helping me out. Prices seem reasonable would recommend & use again.

I would like to commend Robert on an outstanding job. I had tree roots clogging my toilet. Robert was very thorough and stayed very late until the job was completed.

Justin and Antonio arrived on time, and were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! I own an older home and needed some plumbing maintenance which they performed expertly. I also had a new garbage disposal installed. Despite my sink not being properly sized for a standard garbage disposal, Justin worked diligently to trim the pieces so they would fit properly. He went above and beyond to make it work! Antonio also worked hard to install a hose bib for my back porch to make it easier to water my plants. I appreciate all the great work that was done and highly recommend this business.

Every time I've called this company with a plumbing problem, they have responded and remedied the situation within 24 hours. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Required removal and replacement of a bathtub drain before and after tub resurfacing. A major concern was possible breakage of inaccessible piping beyond the tub. Gene was able to navigate this concern. He showed up when requested, he was very professional and pricing was acceptable.

Chris and crew are awesome. They are very clean, dependable and reasonable. No job too big or small.

One bathroom, three girls and a clogged toilet at 6pm is not a good thing! Thank goodness Leland Plumbing answered the phone and were here in 45 minutes. Great service, great plumbers!

We called Leland because we used a leak detection company and they said that we had a hot water leak underneath the floor between the dishwasher and the cabinet.
Steve came out and pulled out the dishwasher and drilled a hole only to find no leak. Steve was amazing, he was able to find the leak, he was methodical and conscience of the fact that he would be as gentle on our home as possible. We were amazed how efficient and calm Steve was, he listened to us and waited patiently while we filled him in on some of the past work that was done on the house. This is why he found the leak, in spite of the fact that we called the leak guy back out when Steve was there, and the leak guy told Steve it was under the cabinets. I will tell my friends and family to use this service and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs! We all need our go to trusting plumber and this company is top notch. Oh and they are fair and their fees are more than reasonable. Thank you Leland and Steve!

Great experience! Attentive, thoughtful, careful, ... and yes clean (and covid careful). I'm new to am old house so he fixed my bizarre fixture leak, then stayed a few minutes to show me the main shutoff & city meter, trace the pipes and verify the layout was both code and a justified retrofit years ago. We have more work coming ... will certainly use Leland. You should too.
