What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Mark did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field of work. I really appreciate this company sending their best to resolve my plumbing needs. I would recommend “Ace Solves It All” to others for sure.😁

The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

My parents referred me to Mark Keane 2 years ago when I was moving out of my home. We were trying to move a Seccua water system and other companies didn't have the experience and said they would have to charge for extra time to research. Odd, but true. Mark got the job done and the price was about half of what we expected. Fast foward to today, we had an issue with a crack in a pipe. I called and spoke with Christie. She was so kind and helpful and she talked me thru the issue, allowed me to text pics, and provided so much consulation that even when I realized this would be covered by a home warranty I still wanted Mark to come out so that I could have peace of mind. I totally trust this company. He did what he could for me but stopped short of what would be safe to wait on for the warranty to cover. We even tried to get him to do the work but he said we were safe to stop where we were and to let the warranty cover the rest. By the way, the home warranty company still hasn't called or come out and we are approaching the 24 hour mark. Hmmm. I wonder what that water bill would have been if I didn't have Mark out to the house.

Gibson B. and Travis V.did an amazing task installing several smart switches for me on 3-way and 4-way circuits. Both gentlemen ‘‘twas respectful and kind and demonstrated excellent care in working on my house. I would use this company again for future needs!

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

My window of arrival was 11:30-1:30p. But Austin arrived much earlier, and I was happy about. He got in and went to work right away. He was quick, and professional. Kind and polite.

Had an issue with water pressure, Ron informed me that the city chooses the pressure, but walked around the property and found an issue with my pipes. When i tested the pressure afterwards I could immediately tell the difference. Much better pressure. Really professional work. Exact price i was expecting based on the hourly rate provided when i booked. Highly recommend this company and Ron.

Micah Johnson did a super job of clearly fixing my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He was expeditious in completing the tasks. He is another reason I continue to use Frank Gay Services for my mechanical needs.

They just re-piped my home and their staff is exceptional. Dustin was the foreman on my job and he kept me informed and explained everything to me before they started. The staff at my home were great to have around and were very personable why still doing their job. James did my drywall repair and I expected lots of dust, but to my surprise there was limited clean up. Yes there was some dust, but that is to be expected with drywall repair but it was minimal. Eddie came to my house today to fix my kitchen faucet. When he came the faucet needed to be replaced. I didn't have the replacement at home. He ran and picked one up. I am on a very tight budget and he somehow made it work. He worked within my budget, and I was still able to get a nice faucet. The customer service was second to none. I highly recommend him and his company. He is now my new go to person for all my plumbing needs big or small. Call Eddie for all your plumbing needs.

We used Max for 2 toilet installations. I called him and within 3 hours he was at my home and finished the job quickly and effectively. He was very personable and friendly. The quality was top notch and he kept everything very clean and even cleaned up after himself (as you know toilet installations can be dirty and smelly). I’d highly recommend his services and I will be using him in the future. Thank you again and hope to work with you in the near future!

Just tried calling twice. The automated phone has options for Staff Directory, Emergencies, Commercial, HR, Permitting, etc. but has no option for residential and hangs up on you if you push 0 and would like to speak to someone. I was calling for a residential full repipe.
